I’ve been going to Dr Chan’s office for 12 years now and seen his dentistry grow. When he bought his equipment, when he hired his staff, etc. He has been a huge help in making my smile look great! The staff there is amazing and can handle anything you spit at them, literally and figuratively! You can tell Dr Chan cares about your pain and discomfort and will do everything he can to make sure you are as comfortable with his procedures as he is (…).

I’ve had extensive work done with Dr. Chan over the last couple of years and I am so pleased with the level of expertise! When you are at an age where you need dental work that is “re-does” of the “re-does”, it is comforting to know it will be done correctly with great competency.
His staff is also excellent, starting from the front desk.
His dental assistant really took her time to make sure a temporary crown fit just right, and I really appreciate that kind of care and attention. Also the newest training assistant was kind enough to massage and relax my jaw when it locked up and caused me to panic a little bit. Thank you so much for that kind of care and service.

First of all, my husband is very picky about who he sees when it involves his teeth. We “tried” several dentists but none were the right fit.
Dr. Chan is professional, friendly and best of all, his office is CLEAN, modern and with the latest technology. He is thorough with his work and follows through. His staff is superb.
In just one visit, Dr. Chan was able to identify conditions that our previous dentist didn’t catch that was causing pain and he is also very big on preventive care.

Hands down the best dentist in all of OC. Friendly & helpful staff plus Dr. Chan always does a great job with his state of the art equipments. My mouth always feels so healthy when I leave Dr. Chan’s office.

I use to never go to the dentist because of my phobia which led to some really bad dental health. I found Dr. Chan when he had a practice in (a previous location) and followed him all the way to the OC. He singlehandedly nursed my teeth and gums back to health and I will never go to any other dentist.

(…)Dr. Chan was very approachable and took time to get to know me, to examine my conditions, to listen to my primary concerns, and to answer various questions. He then explained the issues using the images. The explanation of his strategy made such a good sense that it was easy for me to make decisions right away. Figuring out the costs and making appointments was very easy thanks to Jody’s efficiency. If you do not have a lot of free time to spare and want to be treated as a person (not as a file), I would highly recommend checking out Dr. Chan’s office.

Dr. Chan came highly recommended from a colleague, and is a fantastic dentist.  He is very professional and personable.  I’ve seen him for about two years now, and always appreciate his expertise and thoroughness.   He is very gentle with his treatments and takes time to explain what he is doing.  

I always recommend him to my friends and family.  Dr. Chan rocks!

My husband and I have not been to the dentist in over 20+ years, (I know, gross). Anyways, this place has the most friendliest staff ever!  At first, my husband would brag about this place and how great it was, I didn’t believe it until I gave it a try.  They greet you, know your name, and the staff ALWAYS takes the time to explain every procedure you need.  I had a deep cleaning done with the periodontal treatment using the laser. Dr. Chan and his assistant explain to me the process before he started the work. During the process, he and his assistant always made sure I was feeling ok and was comfortable.  Once the procedure was done, they went over the aftercare process. This place is neat and organized.  Everything looks clean to touch.  I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist who isn’t rude or scary.

(…)I am very impressed with Dr. Chan and the entire office staff. My 9 year old son has traditionally been very anxious when going to the dentist and the hygienist and office staff including Dr. Chan were incredible with him.  He handled the visits quite well. They even provide headphones to listen to music to drown out the drill noise no one looks forward too. Definitely plan to continue to see Dr. Chan in the future.

Dr. Chan + his staff is awesome. Extremely professional and friendly.  The moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a warm smile. I didn’t have to wait long till I was escorted to take X-rays. After analyzing the x-rays, Dr.Chan was patient to thoroughly explain the health of my teeth and new issues since my last visit.
Dr. Chan and his dental hygienist were extremely meticulous. Thank you Dr. Chan for keeping my teeth looking great and healthy!
