Being out of the ortho game for a while, I had not had to find a new one when I moved to NYC. Yesterday my bottom bonded retainer broke and I was in quite the bind. Dr. Ciccio agreed to accommodate me after my work hours and after their normal business hours to fix my retainer. He and his wonderful staff were not only friendly and accommodating, but also quite effective. I walked out of there with a smooth, perfectly fixed retainer. Highly suggest!

My eldest daughter needed braces and had a great experience with Drs Ciccio and Demarest, so when my younger daughter needed braces we came here as well. The doctors are friendly and kind. The braces they gave each of the kids worked with no complications. When I realized I needed braces, there was no question that I would seek their care as well. I’m half way through my treatment with invisalign and its been smooth sailing. Friendly Smart Careful Kind…. I highly recommend Drs. Ciccio and Demarest.

Absolutely greeted like a long lost relative instead of a returning patient who wanted an adjustment on work done 7 years ago. Dr Ciccio (and partner Dr. Demarest) are terrific and I will always be grateful for their treatment of my daughter’s teeth. After interviewing a couple of other orthodontists (who struck me as hurried and vague), I was relieved to meet such professional, patient and skilled practitioners. (Their credentials are top notch, and as another reviewer noted, they clearly enjoy their work and their patients.) The course of treatment was fully explained at the initial consultation and progressed as planned. My daughter and I were always comfortable at the office– doctors and staff have a great manner with kids and adults alike. If there was ever a concern or question, calls were promptly returned. As orthodontia is a commitment of time and money, I highly recommend this exceptional team. (Treatment is now finished, the smile is beautiful and we kind of miss these doctors!)

After having jaw surgery to fix a huge overbite I wanted to complete my transformation with having perfectly straight teeth. So I needed to find an orthodontist. My surgeon referred me to Dr. Ciccio and Dr. Demarest. I can’t tell you how comfortable they made me feel. They were professional, caring and very informative about the process it would take for me to achieve my goals. My experience with their entire staff was amazing; especially Nicole, who always greeted you with a smile and small talk. My journey isn’t quite over yet, but I can finally see over the rainbow. THE BEST!! I started seeing Dr. Ciccio a little over a year ago. I had been contemplating moving forward with Invisalign (for a few years!), and had seen a few different orthodontists on the UES for consultations. Once I met with Dr. Ciccio, the choice was clear. He is fabulous, and everyone that works in the office is helpful, lovely, proactive, and flexible. I am now at the end of my treatment, and could not be happier with my results. Best decision! I came to Dr. Ciccio with an extremely difficult case. I had gone to just about every famous orthodontist in NYC. None of them could do a thing for me. I was having facial spasms from another orthodontist’s awful work on my teeth, and I was left with a terrible overbite. After careful discussions, Dr. Ciccio made a plan and never gave up on me. During my treatment, I was literally hysterical on certain days I was having facial spasms. I would call Dr. Ciccio on weekends in tears, but he always assured me that everything would be alright and exercised great patience with me. After having to wear a headgear and then moving on to Temporary Anchorage Devices, I was finally on the way to a cure. My teeth and bite aligned and I was left with a beautiful bite and all my spasms disappeared. My overbite was corrected and once again, I looked great. I was a case that all the top dentists ran from. But what I liked about Dr. Ciccio is that he doesn’t run from difficult cases, but instead tries to figure out different avenues a patient can take to assure success. After several years, the ordeal is over and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. He’s always there for all his patients and still answers any questions I need regarding my dental needs. He takes a sincere interest in all his patients and their problems. And what’s more he’s 100% honest, which is an extremely rare commodity in dental world. I cannot rave enough about Dr. Ciccio and his team. You will not be disappointed.

He’s just a fantasik ortho. He took on my case which was extremely difficult. He’s patient and he does adult cases. After many ups and downs and figuring out what to do, he came up with a plan. After 2 years, my teeth came out fantasik. No one would even consider my case due to it’s difficulty. On top of that Dr. Ciccio is available at all times, even during weekends to speak to me when I was upset. I know Dr. Ciccio about three years now, and braces went on after about a year of knowing him. I should have listened to him from the beginning and I could have avoided wearing braces longer. In the end, all is well. THe office is extremely pleasant and kind also. I think if anyone has a difficult case and you are an adult, this is the place to go.

Dr. Ciccio and Dr. Demarest are the kindest orthodontists I’ve ever met, and seem to truly love what they do. I felt completely confident in their knowledge and experience. I transferred to them about 2/3 through an Invisalign treatment with another orthodontist. They fully took over the treatment and patiently explained the options and costs involved. They didn’t push for extended treatment that would have been more profitable for them – they were honest about what was needed, and how it could be done. They were also very thorough and explained in detail how the treatment worked. I never felt rushed out of the chair, or had to wait. They give you their full attention when you show up for your appointment. My retainer had a tear within a few months, and they replaced it with a new one very quickly and at no cost. The staff is friendly, helpful, also knowledgeable and organized. I highly recommend them, they’re excellent!!
