I started working with Dr. Stentz about ten years ago and during my dental journey he and his team helped create the smile I’ve always wanted! This also included collaboration with other dental professionals they referred and I would definitely trust there judgement and referrals again! Over the last year I, due to insurance reasons I chose to see a Health Partners clinic for my cleanings. Worst mistake ever!! After 3 consecutive dental cleanings with HP, they never told me had superficial fillings I should address! After going back to CPD they found more fillings than I could have accrued in 6 months! I have chosen to keep my business with those I really trust!! So disappointed with HP and will ever go back! Once again, Circle Pines Dental have saved my teeth!

Had them as my dentist years ago and they were awesome! New job insurance wasn’t excepted by them so reluctantly had to go else where. Over 15 years later I got new insurance and checked right away if they took it, which they do! They are a little bit of a drive for me but they are well worth it, so happy to be back with them again.

This office believes in making sure you are treated as an individual, recognizes not everyone is very comfortable with dental work, and really believes in making sure clients make informed choices. My children and I all go here. You don’t need gimicky environment to work with children, just calm, compassionate professionals who care about their patients.

The staff was very friendly and took the time to fully answer all my questions regarding my bill and treatment plan. The hygienist was gentle, kind and helped me stay calm as I’m an extremely nervous patient in the dental chair. I briefly met the dentist but she also seemed quite nice. We are seniors with no dental insurance and they explained their “Smile” plan which could save my husband and I sone money. Clean office. Overall very satisfied.

I went to Circle Pines Dental a few years back and loved them. When I got my new dental insurance, Circle Pines Dental was not available in that network. I ended up going to Metro Dental Care and got horrible service. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for service that I knew would be good. Dr. Stentz at Circle Pines Dental was very helpful and listened to the issues I went through. He was very empathetic, and gave me his opinion on what he would do in my situation. In the end, I found out they were covered by new insurance and I didn’t have to get the extra work I thought I would have to. Both dentists there are very nice (I’ve had the opportunity to be seen by both), they actually care about their patients, and they stand by their work. If I wasn’t moving to a new state, I would love to continue to go to them for all my dental work.

I’m always greeted warmly by the front desk, the technicians are super friendly and are great at making you feel comfortable, and the both of the doctors explain things really well and never make you feel like just another body. I started years ago with Dr. Stentz, inquiring about a baby tooth I still had as an adult. With his recommendations I proceeded with Invisalign to straighten my teeth then the plan was to pull my baby tooth and build a bridge. The bridge is in place and I am obsessed with my teeth, which growing up I was always embarrassed of. Thank you Dr. Stentz and your compassionate and professional staff. I lost a crown on a day my usual dentist was closed, and these folks were able to squeeze me, a random patient off the street, in for a repair with three-hours notice; and the crown looks great considering they had no moldings to work with! Not to mention, every single staff member I interacted with went out of their way to be kind and pleasant. Especially Heather, one of the dental assistants – I normally get anxious at the dentist but Heather was so personable and made me feel like I had a friend there with me so my dental anxiety was kept at bay. As soon as I get my new permanent crown from my old dentist, I’ll be switching to this clinic permanently. 10/10.

I have been a patient at Circle Pines Dental for over three years and have had a lot of restorative/cosmetic work done on my teeth during that time. All of the staff are awesome. They listen to patients’ concerns. They are great with adults and kids. Both Dr. Stentz and Dr. Shaffer are talented and caring professionals. Deb does a wonderful job with cleaning and is as friendly a person as I have ever met. Juanita and Julie are always happy and they are great at their jobs. All of the dental staff seems to have their patients’ best interest at the forefront of their care. Appointments are easy to schedule during very flexible hours for a dental office. Roni and Erika are cordial and helpful. They both go the extra mile to answer questions about benefits and help coordinate care accordingly. In addition, the communication from the office is incredible. There is no way a patient could accidentally miss an appointment. Overall, I could not recommend Circle Pines Dental any more highly. As I stated above, I’ve had a lot of work done by Drs. Stentz and Shaffer. I am extremely satisfied with the care which I have received from them.

This was my first visit with Circle Pines Dental. When I first walked in, the waiting area was warm and inviting, very classy looking too I might add. The receptionist was very professional and attentive. My hygienist, Sam, was so kind and very gentle with the cleaning I needed (something I was dreading beforehand as I’ve had very painful cleanings yikes). She made the visit much more comfortable by being so fun to talk to. I was also impressed by my first impression of Dr. Sentz. He walked me through in depth any concern regarding my dental health and did not seem like he was just out to make an extra dollar. He was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable.

It’s been awhile since my last visit at the dentist office because of previous bad experiences. I decided to choose Circle Pines Dental and Dr. Stentz was awesome. The Staff at Circle Pines are very friendly and have been helpful with my visits. Thanks for a job well done! A very knowledgeable and friendly group i always look forward to seeing everyone they are so welcoming and and the work is 2nd to none. The front desk gals know you by name and always have big smiles on their faces.
