EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! As an emergency physician, I was extremely relieved to find the highest quality of health measures instituted here- everything from requirement for all staff to have regular covid testing, high quality operating room level HEPA filters, sanitation and temp checks/covid symptom survey on arrival, mouth rinses before exam/treatment which helps neutralize virus, as well as masks worn by all. Additionally, Dr. Amini is employing the newest technology in dentistry that I have not seen in any other dentistry office. This is the place to go for dental care, especially in the covid area. Do not hesitate to get your care here! Also, very friendly and professional staff: Dr. Amini is an excellent dentist and he runs a super high quality office!

I must say the overall experience with Dr. Amini has been nothing short of Amazing. From the initial consultation with Naz and Ashley to the actual procedures with Dr. Amini. The entire staff has treated me with white glove service throughout the process. They’ve demonstrated an unrivaled level of service and I’m thrilled to be a recipient of their high level care. Let’s be honest, nobody loves going to the dentist but I have to say they do everything in their power to make sure they handle each patient with professionalism and the utmost care. I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

Visited today and was so impressed with all the safety protocols!!! Was greeted at the door and had the bottom of my shoes sprayed and then hand sanitizer and temperature checked. Everyone was super friendly and professional as always. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. They purify the rooms with Operating Room technology throughout the day and in-between each patient. Have been a loyal patient for more than 15yrs and continue to be impressed. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Amini, his associates and staff at Citident for the past 15+ years. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received and continue to receive there. I try to take good care of my teeth so I do the normal preventative dental check-ups along with teeth-cleaning, deep-cleaning when I need to, whitening, fillings etc. But Dr. Amini and his associates have also done a couple of bridges, several crowns, and Invisilign for me. Citident is way ahead of the curve on dental technology. Crown work can be completed in one appointment. No messing around with temporaries. Why? Because Dr. Amini has a Cerec machine which most dentists do not have. A digital image of your tooth is sent to the machine and the machine creates a ceramic crown right before eyes. You won’t see a lot of files lying around either. Everything Citident does is computerized and stored, including X-rays of your teeth. The offices have recently been modernized and are a complete complement to Citident’s advanced use of technology. It feels so calm and nice in the offices you can hardly believe you’re seeing a dentist. The staff are warm and welcoming; the technicians are professional. And I’ve always found everyone accommodating to my needs regarding appointments or emergencies. Dr. Amini is determined that the work done at Citident is excellent and that you, the patient, are completely satisfied. So, you can see I can’t say enough good things about my dental experiences with Citident. I fortuitously found Dr. Amini – I worked right across the street from his office. I walked in one day over 15 years ago and scheduled an appointment and I found my dentist. Dr. Amini and his tight-knit crew are the BEST.  Such a professional team.  Because I don’t work in the city, he was able to get my Invisalign started the same day I came in as a new patient.  Went beyond my expectations with answering all of my “million” (ocd) questions and got the job done. Can’t complain about the front staff, they made it easy for me to schedule an appointment and was able to get all my insurance information for me without me even asking them to.  CitiDent, you ROCK!  Highly recommend this office above going anywhere else.

I moved from San Francisco to San Diego 10 years ago so I haven’t connected with a dentist for few years. Yesterday I went to to a local dentist in San Diego and she was so impressed with the work that Dr. Amini had done on my teeth from 15 years ago… she said you had one awesome dentist for all this fantastic work done. She was also impressed how I haven’t been to the dentist in years yet my teeth are in such a great condition since I floss twice a day and Dr. Amini he’s the one who encouraged me to floss daily. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team is very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. The office is so clean. They use air purifiers and mask to keep you and themselves safe.

I have been going to the same dentist for years and was doubtful that I could find anyone as good.  Luckily I went to CitiDent.  This was actually the most positive dental  visit I have ever had.  The staff is friendly and are very attentive to your needs.  Dr. Amini took the time to get to know me as a patient and has an excellent bedside manner.  Everyone at the office was professional and kind.  I would and already have recommended this place to anyone looking for a dentist in SF.

Dr Amini is one of the best dentists in the Bay Area. I always had problems with my teeth in the past. I just wasn’t borne with strong teeth. Unfortunately on the top of that I went through some dentists that were nothing but butchers that did a horrible work in my mouth that needed to be replaced in a matter of months. I’m talking about bridges and crowns that had to be replaced up to 3 times at my own expense. I’m talking about thousands of dollars. I get irritated just by writing about it because it all came out of my pocket because I didn’t have dental insurance.  Then 10 years ago I met Dr. Amini. He’s been my dentist ever since. He is not only one of the nicest guy you ever meet but one of the best dentists as well. He has a very high tech office. Great location right off the bart or muni. The office is clean, cozy and you can even access the internet while you wait to get numb. His staff is professional and friendly.  They have a little camera that takes picture of your tooth and you can see on a screen. Dr. Amini tells you exactly what’s going on pointing to the image, your options and gives you the best advices. He is a Virgo with extremely attention to detail. The work he does is beautiful and he will match the fillings exactly with the color of your tooth. You will leave his office with a great smile on your face.

Dr. Amini is amazing! Came to him to get a second opinion after a bad experience with a different dentist and I could not be happier! He spent 20 minutes with me over viewing my teeth and his approach for my fillings. He is very detailed oriented and brings the patient into the conversation and treatment plan which is really reassuring and helpful. I am very scared of numbing and fillings and I was put at ease at citi dent- would definitely recommend

Such a great experience at Citident w Dr. Amini and the entire team. The team makes you feel incredibly safe with their COVID precautions. The dental experience in general is wonderful — They make sure to explain every step of the process to rid you of any fears or anxieties. As a preciously anxious dental patient, I cannot recommend their group more for making me feel at ease. The high-tech atmosphere is also quite cool and you know you are getting amazing results.

I have been Citident’s patient for about 15 years now — Dr. Amini and his staff really saved my teeth when I was in college by educating me and my parents about my various problems.  It’s one of the biggest life events for me, to have had my smile fixed, and boost my confidence in life immeasurably. COVID Update:  I expected Citident to be on top of their COVID game because they always have the most up-to-date and state-of-the-art technology, but I was still amazingly impressed by how wonderful and safe their COVID protocol was.  As soon as you enter, they spray the bottom of your shoes, give you hand sanitizer and take you through temperature checks and a screening questionnaire.  In addition to regular daily disinfection, they have updated air filtration and special machines that disinfect the air (Dr. Amini can explain the science behind it!).  They also have these new state-of-the-art machines that create a suction space around your head, which sucks out of the air any particulate matters around your face.  All staff are gloved and masked, and Dr. Amini himself was wearing two layers of face shields, in addition to goggles and masks.  I was in and out in 25 minutes, and felt incredibly safe.  If only other places / our country was run with the same level of care for health and safety.  A giant kudos to the Citident team for the amazing work, much appreciated!

I’m not sure how the office used to look like before, but the newly remodeled office is TOP OF THE LINE. Super digital and super modern. I chose Citident because they were in network with my plan and is super close to where I work. A lot of my co-workers also referred me and I’m glad they did. Making an appointment over the phone was super easy with their front desk which started and ended with such a happy and pleasant tone. They even have what they call “digital forms” that they sent to me by email, before my appointment so I could fill it out before I came in. Loved that idea, but I have to say it was a bit much and a had a lot of questions. I loved how I was greeted with such pretty girls in the front with big smiles and were dressed so nice and were so friendly (hard to find that nowadays). Dr. Amini was beyond amazing and extremely knowledgeable and way over my expectations of a dentist. We went thoroughly over my concerns and I can’t be any more happy. I’m so happy that dental offices like this still exist.  THANK YOU CITIDENT!

Dr.Amini is a very honest and remarkable dentist! He makes sure you don’t do unnecessary dental work. I am so impressed. Many dentists trying to make money have told me to do a crown or the oral surgery for my wisdom tooth extracted. He explained very thoroughly why he thinks I don’t need one. Now I am getting the Invisalign 🙂

I’ve been going to Dr. Amini for many years. His staff is exceptionally friendly and exceed in customer service. I highly recommend to come see him for all your dental needs. All my friends and family who I’ve recommended have been highly impressed with the state of the art equipment and the cleanliness..very sterile as it should be. Thank you Ashley and others for always making me feel like a VIP!

Dr. Amini spent a lot of time explaining to me how my teeth were doing, what he planned to do to improve things, how the machines he used work, how I should be taking care of my teeth and gums, and he made me feel comfortable by chatting about random things. He was very patient with me, giving me breaks to catch air whenever I needed them, which is often, as I am a mouth breather. I had some cavities and Dr. Amini was able to fill them right away, so I did not have to come back a second time to get that done. I also appreciate that Dr. Amini seems to use very modern tools, which made the experience less unpleasant than it has been at previous dentists. The only comment for improvement I have is that my appointment started 25 minutes late. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Amini and CitiDent!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Amini and I just went in for a cleaning during the pandemic. Dr. Amini and everyone at Citident always go above & beyond to make you feel safe & comfortable (pandemic or not). They are taking extra measures like cleaning your shoes and giving hand sanitizer when you arrive. The rooms are fogged between patients and while you’re in the room there is an air purifier running. Everyone is wearing shields, masks, gowns, & gloves to protect you & them. Employees are getting tested for covid and highly recommend patients get tested beforehand so that they can provide full dental service. I felt totally at ease and am glad I went in. Dental health is still important!

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to the dentist and was, of course, apprehensive about going back. When I came for the first time, I was immediately welcomed and reassured that I was in good hands! Yoshi and Dr. Amini made my experience much more pleasant than I thought it would be! They were kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through steps and let me know what to expect. Highly recommended!

I found this office online based on the recommendations and great reviews. Everything from making the appointment to my experience during my visit and examination was a five star quality. Everyone there is very nice and Dr. Amini is really nice and professional and informative. The office is very impressive with the latest technology in dentistry. I was very comfortable and did not feel any pressure from the treatment manager/coordinator, unlike some other reviews here. I am very glad to find this dentist because it’s not my most favorite thing in the world, but these guys actually made it fun.

Citident 120 Battery St. San Francisco, CA 94114 Many of us have had the experience where we felt we were going more to a mechanic than a dentist. Citident is the only dentist that I’ve been to in the city that I know I will receive high quality service and at a fair rate. I’ll be honest. Twice, when I was with out insurance, I took some advertised dentist’s introductory offers in an attempt to save some money. Once, I could tell during the check up they missed a cavity and I came running back. The other time, I could tell the “other” dentist was trying to sell me the London Bridge, and again, I came running back to Citident. Dr. Amini’s office has always focused on building a relationship with his clients. His staff is always friendly and he creates a comfortable atmosphere for his clients. I’ve always had my options clearly presented to me and have always been giving the opportunity to make an informed decision and participate in my own care. Also, his office has always happy to work with me when needed. Frankly, this is the only dentist I’ll go to. And I’m always recommending his office to my friends. Best Regards, Seth Breedlove
