I was told at a previous dental office I needed thousands of dollars of work, I went to him and he assured me there were a few necessary procedures, but not to the extent the other dentist recommended. I’ve been going to Dr. Bye for several years. The staff is friendly and professional, the office is lovely and everyone makes sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. Whenever I am asked for a dentist recommendation, I refer everyone to Dr. BYE and his office at City Creek Dental. We have been going to them for years. Their office is beautiful and I haven’t met a single person I don’t like. The girls at the front desk are kind and helpful. Though Kelly is my personal favourite, hygeinist, we have been to several of them there and love them all. They make you feel like you’re a part of the family. My children and I love going up for our regular cleanings because it’s fun! We have more fun than we should at a dental office. When my husband needed some emergency work done on a cracked tooth during chemotherapy, Dr. Bye made it a priority to fix it immediately. We are forever grateful for him. City Creek is a 40 minute drive for us, but we prefer them over anyone. Thank you Dr. Bye and City Creek Dental for being the best in the business.

I get nervous every time I have to go to the dentist, even for a cleaning. I have really sensitive teeth, and Dr. Bye and his staff, especially Kelly and Angel, have been patient and so good to me. Everyone at this office is very professional and friendly. I always feel welcomed and comfortable, and the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all my needs are met. Their dental chairs have a massage function which is actually very relaxing for a change. They did great with keeping me informed of my appointments, and during my procedures, continually checked in about my comfort. All of the assistants are hilarious and fun to talk to, and Dr. Bye has some great stories. I am actually excited to go back to their office (how rare is that in dentistry?). My great-grandmother was a wonderful dentist so I have high standards, and City Creek really exceeded them.

I’ve had very good experiences with Dr Bye and the rest of the staff at City Creek Dental over the last several years. My teeth weren’t horrible, but needed some work when I first came in. I never felt shamed about how I got to that position, but always felt proud of the progress my teeth made. My teeth are as healthy as they may have ever been thanks to them. Best dentist around. I have been to a couple of dentists and asked around, as I was never pleased with others I was going to. Dr. Landon Bye at City Creek dental was highly recommend, so I have him a try over 4 years ago. My whole family goes to him, and many of my friends do too (and have thanked me). Additionally, his dental hygienists are very knowledgeable, and clean my teeth for over an hour every time I go. The front office staff are organized, professional, and are ready for my arrival. I called the City Creek Dental office and left a message at 10:00 PM, and Kendra had called me before 8:00 AM this morning to schedule me for a 9:30 appointment today. I hated going to the dentist before and avoided it for many many years. I went to Dr. Bye and love it! I had to have a root canal and everyone was telling me that root canals were the worst and that I would be in a ton of pain. But, I didn’t feel a thing. I was having horrible tooth pain from an infection and called Dr. Byes the day of the infection to set a time I could come by, I was told I could come over the next morning first before anyone else. The service was great, very friendly staff and the problem was immediately found and treated. The next week I had a Root Canal done, and you always hear about how painful and horrible a root canal is. I don’t know about others but for me the procedure went great. The staff are friendly and funny to be around which made the procedure much easier. After the procedure I had no pain. Really sounds to good to be true but It truly felt like they did their best to make me feel comfortable and important to them. Over all this was a great experience with a dentist. I would definitely recommend calling and getting any tooth work done here.

I was extremely impressed with this dental office. I visited for the first time two weeks ago as I had moved to SLC from out of state. The physical office is well appointed and welcoming. Front office staff were great: organized, efficient and friendly. Sarah was the dental hygienist who did an amazing job on my routine 6 month cleaning. For my dental coverage, it was from a very limited list that I had to choose a new provider. None were familiar. So I chose the easiest one to get to, City Creek Dental.
