On my first visit, he promised me I would never feel any pain. What? How is that possible?  Long story short, he kept his promise.  So for anyone and everyone, I so highly recommend City Smiles and Dr. Chris Hill.

Dr. Hill and the entire staff at City Smiles and Smile On are beyond amazing! They are truly the best in the business, they are patient oriented, and they care about you and your dental needs. You are never rushed and always have plenty of time for your visit so that you feel like you are their only patient while there. Dr. Hill listens to all of your concerns with your smile and then together you make the absolute best plan of action that is personally made for you! I had a complete smile transformation and it has changed my life! I know that sounds dramatic but it is absolutely the truth. My smile is perfect and beautiful and healthy and I’m just so happy! When I decided to get veneers, my focus was on finding the best people for the job and City Smiles came highly recommended. It was clear from my first appointment forward this was the right place. The staff are friendly, but more importantly, talented. My last appointment was earlier this month and I am extremely pleased with the results. The professional and kinda staff at City Smiles by far exceeded any and all of my expectations. I can’t say enough about Corey and how knowledgeable, informational, thorough and most of all patient she was with my husband and I. I was extremely nervous to come in due to this long standing anxiety of dentists, but she made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease and gave me a whole new outlook of how personal relationships with your dental healthcare makes all the difference in a each for the visits. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment.

I went in to City Smiles for a consultation and was blown away. I specifically went in for TMJ. The knowledge they provide and approach on treatment was mind blowing! I learned so much and am so grateful for all of the time they spend with me. They really wanted to be sure I fully understood my TMJ and all my options for treatment. Hands down this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. You can tell they really put their patients first. I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend them.

Chris and his team are the best! My teeth look and feel amazing! The office is so clean and the staff is so friendly! 10 out of 10 recommend them! They show you a plan beforehand with all the pricing and prebook all of the appointments needed for treatment which makes it easy to coordinate your schedule!

This is the best dentist office. Very professional! They knew who I was when I walked through the door which was impressive. Sarah cleaned my teeth and was very descriptive and helpful throughout the entire cleaning. Dr. Hill was also very nice and gave me real life advice- not trying to get me to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. If you have a fear of the dentist like I do….. this is the place for you! They’re very gentle and have awesome customer service.

Amazing staff! They are flexible, professional and super attentive to your needs and concerns. They do excellent work! I highly recommend them as your dentist of choice. There communication between staff using their walkie-talkie headsets help to stream line my care during cleanings and other procedures I’ve had at City Smiles. Dr. Hill is a very talented dentist and the care he and his team provides is second to none. I personally suggest giving them a chance for all your dental needs…you won’t regret it!!

Great Dentist! Dr. Hill and staff are top notch. The office I visit is in a great location downtown with the nicest people greeting you upon arrival. I have had a few procedures done by the team and it is always a good pain free experience. They have even taken extra time in addition to my scheduled appointment to fix other issues that have come up. These guys will have you feeling like you are in the best care possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Hill and his staff to anyone needing dental work.

Exceptional care. Exceptional, methodical, quality work. Pain-free dental work. (Something I didn’t know to truly exist before Dr. Hill). Before Dr. Hill (and Mallory) who are the most wonderful out there in the dental profession, I have only ever had painful dentistry. Ever. Without exception. Until now! Dr Hill and team are better than any Los Angeles “elite dentists” by a long shot. May be a little costly, BUT they’re GREAT! You get what you pay for. And I am at ease knowing my money has been VERY well spent. Dr Hill and team are truly the best. And their office in St Louis is GORGEOUS! Was a beautiful place to have quality, pain-free work done, and be treated with kindness and real care. Would I go back?: As I told my fiancé, if I had to go in tomorrow and get the same procedure done again I’d be perfectly happy to do so without worry or a second thought, because of how smooth and painless the procedure was, and how qualified Dr. Hill is! Why I went in: I just went in to have a broken tooth extracted, cleaned out, infection removed, and they were done in under an hour. The process: I’d say the first 25 minutes were numbing me. The next 15 were the actual work. And the last 15 were closing it up and getting me numbed once more so that I would not be hurting the second I left. The special accommodations: My fiancé stayed with me in the dental procedure suite because of my sensitivity and previous bad experiences with dental work. He is very critical and skeptical of all and any new care providers. Especially so when it comes to my comfort and wellbeing. Dr. and Mallory were able to make the unique accommodation of allowing him to sit in the corner for the work. I was SO appreciative of them to make this exception due to my extreme anxiety and worry from my old experiences. And in them doing this, it made me more at ease to have him there and able to give a full experience with the oversight of a loved one. He was able to reach out and squeeze my foot in support through the work.

City Smiles is the best! I always have an amazing experience here. The staff is always personable and kind making my time there as pleasant as it can be! If you’re looking for a new dentist office this is one of the best in the city!

Everyone at the office has made my experience so easy! Cori and Alex were so thorough at my appointments and addressed any concerns I had about the process. Amanda is by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She was so kind during my visit and made me feel totally comfortable. I would recommend this office based on my experience with Amanda alone. Brittany at the front desk is always welcoming and cheerful. Overall, Dr. Hill and his team are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

This place is so professional and very welcoming. They truly want to make sure your comfortable and overall happy with your experience. The dental hygienist I had was AWESOME!!!! She was very informative & answered any questions I had. Overall I highly recommend this business if your looking for a new dentist. Everyone is professional and very welcoming.

Ok, I’m probably one of the only people in the world that actually likes going to the dentist. BUT. This dentist is awesome, and I wish I hadn’t moved so I could go here still! The appointments are online, which I think is a HUGE plus. They also send text reminders instead of calling if you want, which again, I think is awesome. The dental visit itself is pretty good. The space is cool, and has original exposed brick and wood beams on the ceiling. The dentist is super nice, and doesn’t try to pressure you into any unnecessary procedures. I asked about whitening, but was not pressured to get it. The cleaning was gentle, and the dentist does the first cleaning. Fancy xrays, and I felt like I was being taken care of.
