I love Dr. Campos. I’ve had very bad experiences with other offices where I felt like they were just trying to sell me stuff/ripped me off. My wife and I dealt with Dr. Na & Dr. Campos and I would say that they are both very nice smart bright young doctors. I need some extensive work done after a couple years of neglect and my friend referred us to this group. The office looks beautiful like it was just redone, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I’ve been coming to this dentist for over 25 years. They are so professional, patient, kind and extremely nice. The work they do is impeccable to none! I had the best experience today with all of my technicians and my favorite dentist, Dr. Tenzor! William cleaned my teeth with such grace and professionalism. My teeth look AMAZING!! Dr. Campos is the best! Her office staff is always friendly and courteous, and I am never left waiting for more than 5 minutes which is unheard of for that level of service. Dr. Campos does a thorough job of cleaning, as well as all the complicated stuff which hasn’t happened since I have started seeing her. She’s also not judgey which is important when you fear the dentist and floss only right before your visit. However, she does stress the importance of dental hygiene in a very graceful way 😉

Wonderful dentists and staff who really care about how you’re doing and feeling. I (like many) don’t love getting my teeth cleaned, and have had some not so positive experiences at the dentist in the past. That’s why I like City Smiles so much – I always feel very comfortable during my visits here, never talked down to or intimidated. I’ve seen both Dr. Campos and Dr. DeNonno here and they provide high quality care that is hard to find in the city. I particularly appreciate their honesty – they don’t try to sell you on any expensive treatments and are very forthcoming and nice. Best dentists in the city!

Is it possible to actually LIKE going to the dentist? At City Smiles, the answer is YES. I came in for my first visit (a cleaning) today and I was impressed by how quick and easy the whole process was. This wasn’t the fist-clenching, hair-raising cleaning of my childhood. Dr. DeNonno was extremely gentle and accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what she was doing. Great staff and office. Highly recommend!!

I was looking to find a new dentist that was closer in proximity to my office and saw the reviews that were given to Dr. Campos. Upon visiting the office, the staff was professional and pleasant. The office was clean and properly set up to work under the safety guidelines (PPE, sanitizers, temp check). Dr. Campos was thorough in reviewing the Xrays and provided recommendations that I wasn’t surprised to hear. All in all, a good visit. I recommend and will continue my visits there.

I choose Dr. Grecco due to hearing her specialty in endodontics. My son (4 Years Old) injured his front tooth and I became externally worried the tooth was injured. Nonetheless Dr. Grecco seen him the same day and was sooooo amazingly sweet to him she sat with him patiently explaining to him what she was doing asking him questions to find out how he felt and made the visit feel more like a play date. Jeremiah watched cartoons on the screen while she examined the injured area and didn’t fuss or fight too much with her thankfully he is okay and thankfully Dr. Grecco gave us an opening for the day to check on him

I have finally found my new favorite dental office! Never have I felt so satisfied with the dental care I was receiving AND also treated with such care by the staff. Lindsay is super professional and personable, makes sure you are comfortable the entire time, and not experiencing any pain or discomfort. She is very easy to talk to regarding any of your dental concerns and will happily offer you advice and explain what she is doing while she’s working away at your teeth. I have never felt pressure to have extra procedures done either. She goes over what she is doing with you carefully and explains what she thinks is healthy. Overall, I highly recommend going here – It was the best dental experience I have ever had.

Historically, I have not taken to going to the dentist. I was surprised I hadn’t left a review for Dr. Campos, though! I’ve been to seen her three or four times after bouncing around a bunch of random dentists over the years, and I just really like Dr. Campos. Her office staff is always friendly and prompt. Email, text, calls for reminders are great. I don’t find myself waiting for too long when I am in the office. And Dr. Campos has a very congenial manner, is fun to talk with, and she seems to have a genuine interest in her patients. She asked me about the trip I’ve been planning with my wife for the past year, for instance, and I haven’t seen her since my last check up 6 months ago. She also pays attention to your dental history, listens to how it’s been going and anticipates concerns, then walks you through every necessary detail to understand what’s going on with your teeth, what needs to be done, and why. I’ve also never had X-rays done so quickly before a regular check up. I have to say that I’m not the best patient when it comes to dental stuff, I kind of gave up on being too careful of my teeth, but she’s encouraged me to feel like I can do a set of three small things that will net a lot of impact. I just need to work on making a stronger habit of followthrough.

Jane Song is a wonderful dentist. She is thorough and professional while also being warm and friendly. I normally really dislike going to the dentist and put off my appointments (I have super sensitive teeth and it can be a painful experience), but since going here I never miss my 6 month check up. I also really appreciate that she takes time to explain what she sees on the X-rays so it’s not a surprise if I have to get a cavity filled because she’s shown me it appearing on my X-rays for the past few visits. I cannot speak more highly of City Smiles. I’ve been Dr. Campos for over 4 years, since she was in Gramercy, and she is amazing. She is so friendly and kind and takes her time to make sure she answers all your questions. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen for an appointment and I always leave feeling great and in a better mood than when I walked in! Super convenient location in Midtown and lots of availability for appointments on ZocDoc. I’ve visited other dentists in the City and walked out with my teeth feeling exactly the same as when I walked out. After a cleaning with Dr. Campos, my teeth feel shiny and smooth for days. She also uses numbing gel on your gums in case you have sensitive gums. Dr. Campos has also helped me with my mouthguard because I grind my teeth at night (sexy, I know). She found a new, lighter fitting guard that she adjusted for me the next day when the mold was made slightly too tight. Even her dental assistant is friendly and welcomes me with a big smile each time I go. I’ve referred multiple friends – and there’s a small gift card for each referral for both me and my friend each time! Highly recommend!

After being told I needed two root canals I’m tempted to leave a distasteful review but that wouldn’t be fair because the dentists and staff here are actually very nice, helpful, and experienced. The office is sophisticated with all new equipment and crazy gadgets to attack your teeth with. Dr. Campos explains everything that she is doing so you pretty much always know what to expect. So, despite the dire circumstances of root canals, I would recommend this office to anyone needing work done on their mouth.
