I love this place and will definitely recommend. I have been a customer for about 3 years. Before that, I always change my dental provider depends on what is the closest to me but when I found this place (due to Invisalign groupon) I switched and stayed. Staff are very friendly and professional. Place is very clean. Easy to schedule/reschedule. Dr. Antonio was the previous provide and she was great. I was hesitant when it changed but I’m glad I stick around because Dr. Hong is just as great. Thank you all.

My family and I have been coming to this location for almost about maybe 10 years now, it was Dr. W Antonio’s practice but now Dr. J Hong has taken over. When I first heard about the change I was skeptical because I was used to Dr. Antonio’s work. When I met Dr. Hong, he was very kind, patient, and very informative. Absolutely love the ENTIRE staff at CityLife Dental Care!!! Maria is so efficient and kind!!! She really makes the front desk experience/area a inviting space. Courteous and professional at all times!! Dr. Hong is exceedingly knowledgeable, diligent and attentive. He really does care for his patients and it’s reflected in his work, feedback and suggestions. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m in his care because of the way he works. Words can’t accurately describe how much I appreciate his skill!! In addition, his assistant works very well with Dr. Hong which went a long way in making me feel comfortable from beginning to end. It was such a seamless process with her help. Doctor Hong and all of the staff are fantastic. They really know what they are doing and they make sure you are comfortable while they are doing it. Very clean environment. I love Ms Maria at the front desk she will never let you miss a appointment. She will send you a text or email reminding you of your appointment or if you need to reschedule. Dr. Antonio was my dentist for nearly 10 years. When she announced her plans to relocate her daily practice closer to her home, while simultaneously transferring her practice to a colleague, I was nervous. This, however, has been the most seamless and rewarding care that I’ve received; nothing feels too different and everything still exceeds my expectations. Dr. Hong stepped into this with grace. He has been caring, informative, and thorough in his examinations, dental work, and communication. Today, especially, I appreciated a preventative care discussion with his hygienist Roxy…she’s a rockstar! If you need a rewarding practice, I highly recommend CityLife.

The front desk staff is great and communicative about dental upkeep (biannual cleanings, fillings, etc) and I’ve been much better about it than I have been prior to coming to CityLife. I have been coming to CityLife for the past 1 1/2 years under the care of Dr. Hong, who is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came on recommendation of one friend and one family who did Invisalign and so I decided I would do it too! I have a complicated dental history but Dr. Hong has worked with me diligently along the way to make sure my teeth were moving properly—even when I went on a 6 month Nationals Tour of a Broadway musical! My teeth are looking really good now. I also get my regular cleanings done here which have always been relatively pain free experiences and I always leave feeling really healthy and clean afterwards. The staff is also top notch and super friendly! You always feel welcome and coming to the dentist has become a pleasant experience! I’m writing this after my 3rd visit to Dr. Hong’s office. (My initial review is below.) I honestly could not be happier with the care that I have received. Dr. Hong and his staff are EXCELLENT. They are patient-oriented and promote shared decision making. I highly recommend Dr. Hong. Dr. Hong is excellent! He listened to my concerns, took the time to explain everything, and he made sure that I was comfortable. Everyone was so nice and professional. This is the first time I’ve been to the dentist in a very long time because of my fear of dentists. This was a very positive experience for me and I will definitely be going back!

Always a positive experience with their staff, I originally came here years ago for my Invisalign treatment because I was unhappy with my teeth from an aesthetic perspective, which they did a fantastic job with, and they also became my full time dental care practice. They do a great job with everything from aesthetics to routine care to cavity filling and other procedures. They even somehow convinced my insurance to reimburse partly for my Invisalign treatment as an adult. Highly recommended.
