I started using the services of Dr. Gilbert more than 17 years ago. He is always very friendly and professional. Most importantly, he knows his craft. He also cares deeply about his patients. As an example, about two years ago on a Sunday evening I cracked a tooth. In a panic I called and left a message for him. Within a few short minutes he called me back and helped me stop worrying. He changed his appointment schedule so he could see me early the next morning. I hate pain and I was nervous. He made the entire process as pleasant as possible. What more can you ask for? His entire team is equally dedicated to customer service.

As someone who has put off going to the dentist for 5 years, I had a very easy time making my first appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist was Dana I believe and she was great. Dr. Gilbert is a nice, funny guy too. Overall painless and even somewhat enjoyable experience.

I have been going to Dr. Gilbert for the past 7 years since I relocated to Georgia from New Jersey.  He and his staff have always been warm and welcoming.  Every technician is knowledgeable and well trained. If you are looking for a dentist that you’d be happy to visit for a change instead of cringing then visit Dr. Gilbert’s office!

I have a HUGE fear of going to the dentist, it may be from the experiences I had of dental visits as a child. They were never pleasant, and very traumatic for me personally. I still hate going to the dentist, and only go when necessary, which is about every 3 years. Dr. Gilbert, and his staff are very friendly, and patient. They have always fit me in on short notice, and the rates are reasonable. They go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable, including going as far as telling me to breathe. I can’t say enough good things about them, I recommend them to anybody that ask.

This place really reminds me of my dentist office from my adolescence. Everyone was nice and professional. Dr Gilbert was really friendly and engaging. Yasha (im sure I spelled that wrong) was my hygienist and she was awesome. Super friendly and fast and my teeth look great!!!!

Wow, I can’t believe I’m the only reviewer on this. Possibly there’s another profile, so I will look. Anyhow, I am always really impressed with the service I get at this office. Dr. Gilbert is a perfectionist, and it really shows in the work he does. I have had many services at this office, and I’ve never been disappointed. I had a front tooth repaired, and you can’t even tell it was chipped, I’ve had onlays done on my molars, and they no longer give me problems like they used to. All the work is perfection, and I’m very happy with it. The staff in the office are exceptionally friendly as well.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Gilbert since 2010. The practice has been exemplary. Dr Gilbert and his staff have been consistently kind, thoughtful, thorough, and competent. The fees have always been reasonable, even when I didn’t have insurance. I am about to move out of state and hope that I can find a practice like this. Strong work Dr. Gilbert and staff. You will be missed.

My family and I have been using Dr. Gilbert for more than a decade and have found his practice to be nothing but professional and detailed. Very friendly front office staff and hygienists plus a cozy waiting room help reduce stress. Dr. Gilbert is usually tending to patients in several rooms, but always takes time to make a connection and talk while checking your teeth. During more invasive procedures, he does a good job explaining what is going on and keeping the patient as comfortable as possible. He does have a geeky side that is always trying the latest dental technology and gizmos, but does not upsell patients if it won’t make a legitimate difference.

i have been a patient of Dr.Ken for more than twenty years. He has “done me right” by suggesting what my teeth need and educating me about his suggestions. He got me to get braces at age fifty three and now he does that new Invisilign teeth straightning plan. I have an implant, too. One of my friends had mouth cancer diagnosed by Dr.Ken and she says this saved her life.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Gilbert for about 20 years, and I’ve seen him since I moved to GA  about 17 years ago. We’re a family of 5 now and we all love seeing Dr. Gilbert. He and his staff are always friendly, laid back, caring and they’re all great with the kids. We could find a dentist that is much closer to us instead of driving 45 minutes to see him, but we love the practice so this is where we’re staying.

I hate dentist…all my life I’ve hated them. And I’m sure they hate me thanks to my awesome gag reflexes. When I started coming here, 6 years ago, I assumed I would hate them just as much, but on the contrary every visit has been rather pleasant. Never thought I would use those words to describe a dentist office. Ever technician has been super pleasant and considerate of my needs as the patient. I’ve been putting off a filling for 2+ years because I assumed it would be the worst thing ever but again it was surprisingly painless and gag free! =) Highly recommend Dr.G for any current “dentist haters” he is sure to change your mind! The front desk is also super awesome, always remembers who you are and happy to work with you in anyway possible.
