I was initially scheduled in September (it’s July) for a first visit. I asked to be called if there were cancellations and got in just a week later. Amazing follow through by the client liaison! I was very impressed with the technology used to confirm appointments and complete forms before my visit. Simplicity and ease 10/10. My X-rays, retainer cleaning, evaluation, and fluoride were completed seamlessly and the hygienist (Colleen, you rock girl!) was detail oriented – down to putting sunglasses on me so her headlamp didn’t blind me. Dr. Ross was kind and thorough – even checked on my experience with his team to call out any improvements on the spot. If you need a dentist in Franklin Township, Clarity Dentistry is a solid choice.

I recently just had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed and I was petrified but Dr. Bowen and McKenzie made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Go to Dr. Bowen!!

Seriously the nicest group of people! They’re super quick at getting you in for appointments which was important to me, my last dentist was always booking 6-8 weeks out. After any serious work Dr. Ross himself calls to check on you. Which is so nice! Again everyone I’ve worked with or met are so kind and nice and have really taken the dread out of the dentist. I highly recommend this office and am so so so glad I switched!

The staff at Clarity are all very friendly knowledgeable. They care about your overall health. If you have a concern they don’t know the answer to, they will do the research and get back to you. They list your options for care upfront and I have never felt pressured to make a decision. I also love the fact that they do not try to sale you extra services like whitening. They will answer your questions about such procedures, and help you make the best decisions for you. I have avoided going to the dentist for a long time because I get tired of the hidden agendas. I never feel like this office has anything but my best in mind.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Clarity! Samantha, the hygienist, is so good at her job! She’s incredibly thorough, yet quite gentle. She made sure that I was comfortable through the entire cleaning, and it’s obvious that she really cares about her patients. I went in this morning to get my wisdom teeth removed. The team there is very good and friendly. I was in and out in like 25 minutes. One of my wisdom teeth was basically a solid cavity and he was able to remove it with no issues. I didn’t feel anything at all and even now I’m fine. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a family dentist.

I always leave this office highly impressed at the professionalism and cleanliness of all the staff. I am so thankful that I found a dentist that is such a caring professional. You always hear about someone who was born to do a certain job. Well that is Dr. Bowen. I am 62 and have been to dozens of dentists in my lifetime and his demeanor and friendly personality are the best I have ever experienced. You can tell he really does care about his patients. What a real blessing Franklin Township has such a great dental doctor to turn to for our dental health needs.

AMAZING dentistry team! I was visiting from outside the Atlanta, GA area and I don’t care that I live 560 miles away, Clarity Dentistry is my new permanent dentist. I set my next appt before leaving; I believe in them that much. Being from out of town, I didn’t expect a dental emergency and Clarity fit me in when many others couldn’t. After a lifetime of traumatizing experiences with dentists, I have tremendous anxiety around dental work. Everyone noticed and showed genuine concern, working to address my anxieties and making sure I was comfortable before anything else. And their precautions made me feel very safe in the Covid era. Literally the Best Dentist office to go to! You can tell when you go in that they care about your dental concerns. Dr Bowen is awesome! He explains everything to you and is very gentle with you. They work around your schedule and do great dental work. I’ve been going to Clarity and seeing Dr. Bowman for the past year or so. My teeth were in pretty rough shape at my first appointment and I was pretty shocked that my previous dentist hadn’t addressed these concerns or done preventative treatment to avoid them altogether. Dr. Bowman has been working hard for the last year to get all my teeth looking nice, and my treatment plan is almost complete. I am 90% done and I’m super happy with my smile now!!! Dr. Bowman and all his staff and friendly, understanding, and helpful. We were excited to have a new dental office close to home so we made appointments and glad we did. The first phone call to schedule a new patient visit was super easy. The ladies behind the desk when you check in and out are so nice and patient. The dental assistants and hygienists are friendly and gentle. Dr. Bowen is great. He explains everything to you and doesn’t bombard you with unnecessary treatment plans. The entire staff just radiates positivity and genuinely cares. It’s obvious. My S/O has high anxiety when it comes to dental work and he doesn’t like dentists. He has said the last couple times we’ve left the office that Dr. Bowen is the best dentist he’s ever had. We hope they’re around for a long time.

Ok let’s just say that today I had an anxiety attack during a dental procedure. Dr Sabavi was extremely patient with me. He stopped the procedure for me to breathe and was very understanding. I do not often leave a five star review, I feel that it should be reserved only for when service goes far above and beyond what is expected. I had only been to the dentist once in 20 years and had quite a few issues with my teeth. The one trip I had made was for an emergency and just took care of a filling that fell out. The staff at clarity we’re all extremely friendly and helpful the quote that I received was much more reasonable than I anticipated and the course of action all seemed reasonable. In another couple of months I will have completed all the work that they suggested for cheaper than I would’ve ever imagined they worked with my insurance very well and even if I had not had insurance well it would’ve financially Been something I would have stretched out a little longer to be able to pay for everything it all would’ve still been very affordable compared to what I expected. The dentist who did my work called me the next day after both of my appointments to check on My condition and inquired as to if there was anything else that I had noticed that may need to be addressed. I could not recommend the more highly

We just started coming to Clarity Dental this past month but they have been great so far. My daughter has been twice now and Everytime has been a good experience. I haven’t been to a dentist in years because of multiple bad experiences. When I chipped a tooth (due to underlying decay), I called Clarity because my wife and kids went there in the past. I expected the same bad to not-as-bad experiences I’ve had in the past, but they are great. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve been there twice now (I have a lot of work that needs to be done), and both times had stellar work done. Two extractions yesterday, and two fillings scheduled for next week, and I almost look forward to it. No more fear and trepidation about better oral health.
