Dr. Quan really takes the time to understand your needs. she took x-rays to show you the issues and gave me options. I hate when the dentist drills and when i make that painful sound … i hate when they say “almost done.. just little more..etc. etc… ” well.. GREAT THING… dr. quan stops immediately and numbs you up…! i would advise not to get too much numbness.. you tend to bite your cheeks afterwards…. but the fact that she is willing to stop and make sure you are in NO pain…..come on.. thats gotta be 5 stars…parking can be a issue if you dont know the area. you can always park on the back ally or near the ally and call them to open the back for you. Staff are great… TONI at the front love to chat and try to help you with any insurance issues. very clean place, chairs are comfy !! i wore my sun glasses the whole time so that i didnt have to stare at the light. hope this review helps.

I think we have a very smart dentist here with a lot of good business sense. I am always delighted when Dr. Quan is present to clean my teeth. I know she makes it as painless as possible. But the other hygenist is also very good and painless. I am also happy she is in network dentist. The staff are also very helpful.

Having just moved back to Monterey Park from living in San Francisco for the past 13 years, I was in need of a local dentist.  I was happy to find a new dentist office open in my neighborhood.  I think there was a dental office there before but it has now been taken over by a new doctor named Dr. Cherine Quan.  I went in for a dental cleaning and to my relief I was completely satisfied with my cleaning and very happy I found my new dentist!  The cleaning was probably the best I’ve ever had.  My x-ray process was pleasant and not uncomfortable.  Since the office is brand new, I think it was because all of the dental equipment is the newest and latest technology.  In the past, although my cleanings never hurt from my other doctor, I would however feel some minor picks from the denist and the equipment.  During my annual check-up examination and cleaning, Dr, Quan’s hands were steady and I never felt any uncomfortable pricks and the new water cleaning machine she used felt like soft cushions of air (not stinging water streams like I experienced with my other doctor).  I was completely satisfied with the entire visit!  I asked the office to contact my former doctor in San Francisco to transfer my files, and they were able to do that for me and now I know all my dental records are in one place and this office has my dental medical history.  The office is brand new and clean.  The staff is professional and very nice.  Dr. Quan is very pleasant and gave me recommendations on my dental health that were insighful and knowledgeable.  She recommended a dental procedure I was thinking of doing with my smile but never got done but after the exam she knew exactly what should be done for continued good dental health and personal satisfaction.  I am completely satisfied and would recommend this office to anyone.

Been a patient for several years and had done regular and deep cleaning as well as a few cavities filled. Dr. Cherine Quan is fantastic – gentle hands and excellent bedside manner. They email and text appointment reminders too which is nice. The office is spotless and fresh. Everyone is professional and friendly. I moved away and will have to find a different dentist now which is a real bummer and brings me to write this review. Thank you Dr. Quan and Team. You took the cringe out of dental work.

I have been looking all over south bay for a dentist. I had a bad toothache and they took me in right away. Their office is very clean and it doesn’t have this dentist smell (I cant describe it but many dentists I have been to have this bad dentist smell to it). If anything, this place smells like flowers and I love it. The seats are very comforting and they play pop music to get your mind off the fact that you might go through some pain. The first visit told me I needed a root canal and while they don’t do that there, they refer me to another office who did a great job. They also told me my dental history and any issues that may come up in the future which I liked because I can then do what I need to do to prevent them. I also appreciate their efforts to make my visits as pain free as possible and they even explain what’s happening so I don’t feel afraid. By the way, if you are afraid of the dentist, it helps to ask them to explain the procedure as it happens so you know what’s going on. Overall, this is my dentist now and I am happy to have one.

I had another great visit at Clear Comfort Dental! I have been coming to this office for my routine check-ups, fillings, and I previously had my wisdom teeth pulled here. Toni the receptionist is very helpful, so kind, and always goes the extra mile to make sure I have all my questions answered to my satisfaction; you can tell she has worked in the field a long time and really knows the office, as well as how to treat customers with a lot of respect and professionalism. I don’t live near by, but I do make the effort to drive over to this office because I value the honesty and dental care that Dr. Quan provides. Thanks again!!

I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist to hear that drilling sound when it’s just a clean up (who isn’t) but this was different!! Dr. Quan and her staff were great at getting me through the deep cleaning and cavities with zero pain. As soon as I started feeling pain or sensitivity I raised my hand they they would either stop, adjust their angle, or use a different approach to get their job done. I walked out and drove home and their recommendations worked wonders. I will be a loyal patient now and recommend them to anyone who needs an honest dentist. She doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I have a slight cross bite on one side which involves all of two teeth and the rest of my bite is perfect. She recommended I don’t mess with it because it would be a waste of money.

The mere smell of a dentist’s office induces the nervous poops in my bowels. One whiff and I’ll get flashbacks to when I was kid…drilling, drooling, my dentist not meaning to but totally hurting me and scarring me for life. Because of this fear, I have searched high and low for a dentist that does quality work AND also cares about my feelings (my teeth mostly, and by association my heart). And, I have found her! In the past few years, I have gone in for acute problems, routine maintenance as well as cosmetic procedures. Whether a small or not so small problem, I have left the office happy each time. I am generally hard to impress. Within the first couple visits though, I knew I had a keeper. TOP 5 REASONS WHY I LOVE DR. QUAN 5) She is punctual (let’s face it, most doctors run late) 4) She never makes you feel rushed or gives you the feeling that your chair time is up. 3) She is good at what she does…I can tell by her physical exam. She’s thorough and asks questions based on what she sees (and not by coincidence, the very same questions that are lurking in your brain) 2) She asks what your concerns are and she explains what’s going on (you know you’ve had that doctor that didn’t explain much to you) 1) SHE ASKS IF YOU ARE DOING OKAY DURING THE PROCEDURE AND MANAGES YOUR PAIN if you have any. Two thumbs up!! Before Dr. Quan, I’ve never had a dentist ask me if I was hurting…they would see me wince, know that what they were doing was painful, and/or ignore me and then say OPEN WIDER! The extra bonus is her a-mazing office. I would totally forgo a luxurious office for a competent practitioner. But in this case, I get the entire package. Quality care delivered with TLC and a cherry on top!

Honestly the best place for all of your dental needs. Yes, I’m your typical girl that dreads going to the dentist, will put it off for years, then only go because I let it get that bad. But since I started going here, I never hesitate to make my appointments to come back. Reasons why I would drive from Cerritos, sit through the 5 fwy traffic, to come all the way to Monterey Park for this place: -Always punctual: rarely any bit of a wait, they’ve even taken me when I was early to my appointment -Emails & texts: they send you emails confirming your appointments and send reminder texts two hours before your appointment. -Updated with the best technology: MASSAGE CHAIRS – the patient chair comes with a soft, slow back massage! The equipment is all up to date and allows for efficiency – from the x ray machine to the blood pressure monitor. -Listens to your concerns: they will actually listen to you and thoroughly explain what they suggest is best. -Best part of it all, they are a true team of skilled professionals! They really know what they’re doing, puts you at ease, makes sure you’re comfortable, and minimizes any pain possible. Throughout any procedure, they CONSTANTLY ask how you’re feeling. They adjust to your comfort – like numb the area more, try a different angle or method, etc. -Post visit care: they make sure you are fully equipped with materials and information before you leave. They break it down and advise how to take care of yourself. There’s no dental place like this – comforting, skilled professionals in a nice, modern office with the newest equipment and technology.

Dr. Quan has been my dentist for several years and have been going to her before she moved to Monterey Park.  Before I was terrified to go to the dentist office and delayed all my visits and cleanings.  But once Dr. Quan worked on me for the first time – I can honestly say that I actually ENJOY going to the dentist especially with the great care that she gives to me.  I’ve had several deep cleanings along with other procedures done by herself and I have yet to feel any type of pain.  It’s more of a massage for my teeth and gums!  I recommended Dr. Quan to my whole family – mom, dad, and uncle so far have gone and have been pleasantly surprised of her work and care.  Whenever I have someone ask if I know a good dentist; I quickly respond by saying..”YES!”  The office is very clean and modern; and also very comfortable to be in.  Keep up the great work Dr. Quan and staff!!
