Exceptional dental office. The Dentist Dr. Song is gentle and welcoming. I was treated with great customer service at the front desk and I am happy with the work done. He guided me through the process of the work being done while being done so I didn’t feel lost. I am highly recommending Dr. Song. Every penny worth it!

Dr Song is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and gentle. In addition, his office is very customer and budget conscious— it never feels as if you’re being bullied into unnecessary services (as I’ve definitely felt with other dentists in the city). They manage the pre-approvals and claims with your insurance, and always let you know your out-of-pocket expenses ahead of time. In addition, communication is fast and easy — often over text.

By far the best dental office I’ve been to in New York. Both the dentist and hygienist are friendly, professional, and informative. Unlike other dental offices, this one does NOT try to sell you on additional procedures you don’t need. They’re also very transparent about pricing before starting/recommending anything.

Excellent dental check up experience in Dec 2020 with Dr. Song. Key features were qualify of care, attention to detail, friendliness of staff, precision expertise and they have good covid-19 protocols in place. I always feel safe and taken care of, no pain during cleaning, and following each 6-month check up my teeth always feel super clean. New location is very nice and is also convenient. Hygienist Michelle is also really amazing. Highly recommend!

Dental appoitment made easy! I am never comfortable going to the dentist. Clear Dental is the difference. The dentist is gentile and a great listener. The staff is super nice. You are treated nice from the minute you enter the office. I have recommended the dentist to my family, friends and co-workers.

I highly recommend Dr.Song! He is the so far the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I had an amazing experience. Dr.Song was really pleased to answer all of my questions and concerns. He is trustworthy and honest dentist. He does not ask for unneccessary treatment or products. Trust me, you will never disappointed.

Excellent service, other doctor informed me that I needed a root canal but Dr. Song took the X-ray and told me that it’s a simple Filling, in no time, he completed the work and I was back to work within 30 minutes. There was no waiting time, Dr Sing informed me every step of the process and was very kind and gentle. I will definitely recommend him.

The office is very well run and I am always made aware of any costs that my insurance doesn’t cover prior to the procedure. Appointments are always kept on time and you do not have to wait forever for one. They have always fit me in for an emergency. I go for cleanings 2x/year and see the doctor as often as necessary. He is a very kind and knowledgeable dentist. I never liked dentists until I came here. I was referred by a boss and now I have referred my mom, my new boss and 2 other colleagues. I cannot say enough good things about the office and staff.

A very calm and comforting experience from the receptionist and waiting area, which was set up for social distancing, to the hygienist and Dentist that wore protective gear and were great at communicating exactly what they were doing throughout. Great and quick response when I left a message regarding a concern. The doctor called me 1st thing Monday morning and I was in his office 2 1/2 hours later. My concern was addressed with patience and understanding. Although it turned out not be a dental issue, I appreciate the time that I was given. Thank you Dr. Song! I am so sad to be leaving NYC after such a blessed experience with Dr. Song and staff. Grateful for the fantastic, professional and personalized service!

Dr Song is a Five star dentist . very open to suggestions ,to do whatever makes me feel comfortable. Doing all my implants at the moment ,very careful ,very gentle ,no rush doing it properly. Once he’s made the temporary he’s always amenable to doing multiple fittings, similarly for the permanent implants also. Attention to minor details like being able to floss ,keeping the implant denture clean.Post implant care and cleaning protocols, going the extra mile! Dr Song made the crown for the implant to such precise specifications that I may not even need temporary cement! PERFECTIONIST! Excellent customer satisfaction ! Excellent dentist very honest, trustworthy,congenial ,reasonable, reliable, I would never go anywhere else. Dr Song helped me save my gums from gum disease with the application of aresttin . Gave me a discount, It worked! 4/21 Dr Song did gum surgery, cleaned out infected smelling deadly tissues . Did bone graft with membrane . Took 1.5 hours of hard work on his part! He himself is making a permanent implant bridge . Awesome very capable one stop dentist. No need to use specialists. FLOSSING FRIENDLY: Bacteria can easily accumulate under the bridge, and those bacteria produce acids that attack the gums and remaining teeth. Gum disease can advance quickly, leaving you with red and inflamed gums, and research has found that the disease is connected to overall health issues like stroke, heart disease, and diabetes.Jan 30, 2019 June 2021 had a follow up visit with Dr. song ,he fixed one of my fillings at no charge and also make sure I could floss under the new bridge/implants and made a perfect alignment so I could chew perfectly.
