So I finally got up the courage to go back to the dentist in this age of Covid – what an impressive reception!  Complete checklist for symptons and temperature check, and then a brushing and mouthwash before I even got to the exam room – couldn’t of been more thorough.  Maria, always an exceptional hygenist, wore mask and face shield throughout, did a thorough manual cleaning (they discontinued ultrasound cleaning due to the problematic aerosols generated!).  I have been impressed with Dr. Tshikaya and her staff since she started her practice at ClearBrite Cosmetic Dentistry in Kemp Mill – she’s provided both routine and emergency care beyond all expectations

She takes time to greet patients out in the waiting area to make sure they are doing ok and don’t have any questions about what will happen today. Let me first start off by saying I was able to get an appointment the same day which we all know during COVID it is impossible to get that. Dr. Tshikaya and Star were absolutely amazing!!! Star was very comforting during an uncomfortable procedure and that made me feel like they truly care about their patients. The entire office was friendly from the time I called to come in till the time I left. I will definitely be taking that drive just to come get great work done and excellent customer service. I was/am very apprehensive about going to the dentist. From the moment I walked into the office, the dental hygienist,( I think her name is Starr?) was incredibly kind and comforting.
