Wonderful and very honest dentist. Have been going to him for about 8 years and when he says I need a procedure I schedule it because the ‘why’ Is always very detailed when he explains. Another plus is that when I am scheduled for a visit I am always called either right on time or MAYBE up to five minutes later but no more. Dentists like Dr. Clements are very few and hard to find.

my wife happened upon the office when she needed some dental care. and by luck, we found our family dentist. the office is clean and up to date (at least, I think it is. haven’t renewed my “Dental Equipment Today” periodical in a couple of years.). Dr. Clements is friendly and really seems to work with you on your dental plan and financial situation. the staff has been nothing but friendly an informative. the only bad time I have there is getting shots. but seriously, what do you expect? it’s the dentist, not a tickle factory. overall, I am very happy with their service. and my wife even won a little somethin’ somethin’; which is a nice little bonus.

When you go to the dentist you never know what you are going to get. Not so with Dr. Clements who is in my opinion the most CONSCIENTIOUS and THOROUGH dentist I have ever visited. Not only is he, the Dr, good, he has the most wonderful staff and such a clean office and the most up to date high tech digital equipment to ensue speedy and pain free office visits, His hygienists are very good with great technique that help reduce pain and his office staff makes you feel relaxed and ‘one of the family’ especially when they greet you by your first name. When it comes to Dr. Clements he is well spoken and answers all your questions in a relaxing tone, none of the old scolding my older dentists used to give me when it comes to flossing and brushing and when Dr. Clements works on you personally you know you are getting his 100% attention and that your teeth are well taken care of. If you are ever in pain from a bad tooth he is there for you from a simple phone call. I am a disabled wheelchair user and Dr. Clements has a disabled wheelchair friendly office and has little trouble accommodating me and my chair, a feat I find highly satisfying since so many Dr.s have trouble dealing with the added responsibility of servicing wheelchair users. Dr. Clements makes it so you feel confident with your smile and teeth knowing that he works hard to ensure you are looking good and confident your teeth and gums are healthy. . Dr Clements likes us to live by the mantra: “BE TRUE TO YOUR TEETH Or YOUR TEETH WILL BE FALSE TO YOU.” Great advice for everyone young and old.

Dr. Clements has to be one of the nicest dentists I have ever met. He makes me feel at ease and I am not a fan of the dentist. His staff is really kind and helped make me comfortable. They were running a little late and I mentioned I had to pick up my kids and they made sure to get me out on time, which I greatly appreciated. He is very honest about the work and makes sure you understand what needs to be done. He never made me feel pressured or tried to push any treatments on me (which has happened with other dentists.) He seems to genuinely care about his patients and finding the best treatment plan. I would 100% recommend him to any friends or family.

This has been the best experience at a dental office I have ever had. I recently moved to the area and went as a first time patient. I requested an appointment online and left a voicemail. They promptly returned my call and confirmed my date and time. They double checked that my insurance was in network and I showed up a few minutes early. This dental office really demonstrates that they care about its patients, I was explained what I would be getting done and an estimate of how much it could cost. Then I got a tour of the office and was introduced to some of the staff – first time ever at a dentist. Initially, I thought it was too much to walk around the rooms checking out their fancy panoramic X-Ray instrument, and I thought “c’mon just clean my teef and take my money”, but the whole experience made me feel more comfortable and welcome. Once the cleaning and general assessment was over, they did not shame me for my sub-par oral hygiene and gave me recommendations on how to improve it. Notably, they all wear intercoms and keep each other informed of patients progress to minimize waiting time and maximize their efficiency and patient happiness. Yelp may seem evil at times, but I feel customers should let other potential customers know when a place goes above and beyond expectations to help bring more success. I feel this is one of those times where Clements Dental Office deserves to get more business because they excel at what they do. Looking forward to my next visit.

I was very impressed with my first visit to Dr. Clement’s office. The hygienist Amber is very sweet and she gave me a tour of the office. I was initially planning on just getting a cleaning and then going back to my regular dentist for my dental needs. Instead I decided to switch over as I was very impressed with the professionalism with all of the associates at the office and also the amazing service provided. Amber is an amazing and knowledgeable hygienist that assisted with my deep cleaning and I will make sure to return to her for my future cleanings. Dr. Clements is so patient. I am so scared of dentist. I needed a replacement crown and I was wiggling, shifting around in my seat, wincing with pain and he had barely even started! He was so sweet. He doesn’t try to upsell you like other dentist. I had come from a previous dentist who told me I needed 4 crowns including my old one that needed to be replaced. He told me that I didn’t need four crowns and the one that needed to be replaced just needed to be monitored. Awesome doctor!!

They always greet me by name as soon as I walk in (and not my legal name, but my preferred name! Woohoo 🙂 I usually arrive right at the time of my appointment, don’t have to fill out any paperwork when I arrive, and am seen within 5-10 minutes of arrival. I especially love Amber, one of the hygienists. She’s always very patient, answers all my questions, is willing to engage in conversations about the right choices for me and my dental health and gives thorough explanations. The Dr. Clements and his office staff are very honest. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned three times a year rather than the usual two, and they–rather than just automatically accepting the increased patronage–made sure that it was the right decision for me based on my dental health. I also don’t feel pressured to get any procedures or “extras” done, and they’re very clear about what will and won’t be covered by my insurance before they start anything. The past four years I’ve been going to the dentist more than just the usual twice a year visits because I had some issues that needed taking care of that I’d been putting off. Every time I’ve been, it seems like they’ve made some improvement to the technology or service that they provide. For example, at my last visit, they used a neat little cordless wrist cuff to take my blood pressure. Then, before they reclined my chair, I got a pair of sunglasses to put on to help with the bright light that shines directly over your eyes when you’re lying down. It’s really the little stuff that matters when it comes to customer service, and they’ve really got it down. Great job!

First impressions speak volumes. Being a new patient walking in for the first time with all the typical dental visit anxiety can be very stressful. I’m expecting to sit in a room full of waiting patients like cattle to slaughter. No! None of that. It’s so refreshing to just see someone welcome you with a warm smile. Mary asked me to take a seat and she’d be with me in a minute. True it was less then a minute when I look up and she greets me with a hand bag gift and a letter from the dentist to welcome me for coming. WOW! (Jk) Rena. Rena was my dental hygienist. What a sweet, caring and thoughtful person. Such a professional. She gave me a tour of the facility, a brief history of the Dr. Clements education background. And took the time to go over a few office promotions. Again…SPEECHLESS! After my initial cleaning Dr. Clements explained in great detail a strategy to make some much needed repairs. He even offered several options too. I know I’m on the right path with a great team to fix my teeth.

Clements Dental Family has been proudly serving the City of Whittier and the surrounding cities of La Mirada, Santa Fe Springs, La Habra, La Habra Heights, Hacienda Heights, Pico Rivera and Montebello for the past 16 years. We have made a commitment to our patients to provide quality dental care in a friendly environment. Dr. Stuart Clements is passionate about the high level quality of dental care he provides to each and every one of our guests in the office. His dedication to continued education with an emphasis on general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry gives him the opportunity to provide only the best dental care for our patients. Over the past 19 years, Dr. Clements has found joy and satisfaction in helping his patients smile for the first time in years, or just helping them chew their food without pain. It is his greatest accomplishment to know that the care he provides can change a person’s life, and he appreciates every chance he is given the opportunity to work in this profession. Continuing education in dentistry allows Dr. Clements to enjoy his profession at its best. He’s had the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest teachers in dentistry and he continues to increase the quality of his patients’ care by consistently seeking great educational opportunities. Additionally, Dr. Clements is involved in DDS mentoring, a collaborative interaction between Members and Mentors of various disciplines and techniques. Keeping up-to-date with new materials, techniques, and procedures through ongoing professional forums brings the power and confidence of collaboration of many great minds to assist in patient care. Born in Fullerton and raised in La Habra, CA, Dr. Clements currently resides in Brea with his wife, Cyndi, and three children, Nicholas, Meghan, and Colin. Completely dedicated to his family, Dr. Clements’ free time is spent watching his children participate in sports and school activities. As a family, they also enjoy skiing, snowboarding, bicycling, and going to the beach.
