My tooth broke one morning, and I didn’t have a regular dentist because I just moved into the area. After searching online, I found reviews for Clinton Dental Group and decided to try them. The answering service was great and scheduled me an appointment for as soon as they could (the next day), but Clinton Dental Group was able to find me a same-day appointment and called me. Of course, I took it. The entire staff was confident, professional, and understanding. After an emergency root canal, I am back in business and only missed one day of work thanks to their ability to do a same-day crown. My dentist even fixed a problem with a prior crown that wasn’t sitting quite right. I also had some issues with my payment method, and the front office staff was willing and able to work with me. I plan to make Clinton Dental Group and Orthodontics my permanent dentist (and drag my family with me).

Great experience. I’ve had the same dentist for 25 years & he is retiring so I went here for the first time. They have such a professional, friendly courteous staff. There office has all the up to date equipment & you can get everything you need done in one visit. Their pricing is really good too. Dr Austad, Emily & Savanna were awesome. I would highly recommend them!!

My children and I have been going to the Clinton Dental Group for 2 years now. I can truly say that I’ve never had such excellent customer service as I get here. The team is on top of patient care, working through all treatment options, and do procedures and cleanings fast, efficient, and pain-free. I was able to get my pregnancy-related Perio nipped in the butt before it got to severe, thanks to this team and my AWESOME hygienist, Emily. I always walk out of this office feeling satisfied and well-taken care of.

We LOVE Clinton Dental. I’d been having a hard time with a crown (that I got somewhere else). I thought I was going to have to get a root canal but  Dr. Austad was able to fix it!!! My 3 boys LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr Doll. They have water fights and are always so excited to see him and tell him a new joke. My son had some crazy dental problems soon after we started there and they were great to figure things out not only for his teeth but financially. This fall we’ll start orthodontics with Dr Meru, he’s been great too. I really appreciate that they have so many specialties in the same place, which saves me time. We look forward to many more years of having our teeth taken care of by Clinton Dental.

My dental hygienist was amazing she did the best job she did a deep clean and was extremely attentive I’ve never had such pain free clean. When the dentist came in i spoke with him about the treatments i would be interested in he explained my options and told me it he would arrange and work with me! i also had a tiny little chip in one of my front teeth which i have had for years and have always been self conscious of he fixed it right there and then. could not be happier to have found somewhere good i can go and feel confident with the work being done.

I just had the best dental office experience I’ve ever had. I was able to fill out my new patient paperwork online before I showed up for my appointment. Then all they needed was 3 digital signatures from me when I showed up and they called me right back. They have new equipment and xray machines that allow them to take better care of patients. They also do a test to help accurately determine gum health and can help detect gum disease before it gets out of hand. They were extremely informative and were happy to answer any and all my questions about treatment. Fantastic dental office. Quick and time efficient cleaning, xrays, and exam.

I have to give 5 stars right out. They far exceeded my expectations and even though I had a little wait while in my appointment, it didn’t bother me too much. I appreciate how thorough they are at explaining what’s going on with your mouth, why certain procedures are done and the ability of answering your questions without you feeling inadequate. Anything from better mouth care to insurance to scheduling — they are the best! It was my first appointment today and we’ll be back as long as we’re in the area. We had our toddler and the receptionist was SO kind in trying to help her feel comfortable as she had to wait for BOTH parents to be done with appointments, alternatively. When she’s old enough, we’re excited to let her go to one of the pediatric dentists. Thanks, Clinton Dental Group for all of your help today!

We had to look for a new dentist for our family. My whole family was nervous going to someone new. After us all being seen, we have not been happier! They even found some things that we weren’t aware of! They are all so friendly to work with. Even Dr. Austad thought I looked like Gru when I wore goggles lol. Heather and Alexa, the hygienist, are amazing and great to work with! The front desk staff are also great to work with us too! Thank you for making our transition to a new dentist so easy. Recently moved to Clinton and hadn’t been to the dentist in probably over 5 years (yikes I know) and had a crown break and come off. They were able to get me scheduled super fast did the normal checkup and whatnot and then got my crown scheduled. Was super nice to get a same day crown rather than having to get a temporary, schedule another appointment and have to go back in. Costs a little extra but worth it not having to take any time off work. Their hours are great, everyone was awesome, and overall great experience. The dentist was really good at making sure my new crown felt right and there weren’t any bumps or things like that bothering me. He got it perfect and now I’ve got a new dentist!

I have had quite the fear of the dentist for the last 9 years due to an old accident. Recently I had t have some mouth work done and was not looking forward to having to go back to the dentist. Clinton Dental Group was referred by a friend, and I have never been happier. Not only have they taken care of me and the fear that I have but have done amazing work….I would highly recommend them…..Thank you again!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to the best dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Austad is amazing! He’s very personable and treats you as more than just another client. The whole experience is super simple. From the office personnel to each different Dr, you’ll feel at home. I was waiting for a cleaning last year and overheard him explaining to a new client (switching from the kids dentist to the adult side), everything he was going to do to make them comfortable and that only made me love this office more. He always looks out for the patients well being. I will always recommend this office and every Dr here!

I had consultations with other dentists who always seemed to dismiss what i was asking for what i would like to have done. I have been trying to get my wisdom teeth removed for five years now as they have made my bottom teeth crooked, to then be able to have braces to straighten them. I no longer fear going to the Dentist!! I normally don’t write reviews, but I’m so impressed with this clinic that I feel the need to write a review. I’m pleased to honestly say that I’ve found a clinic for life! I’m very impressed with the atmosphere and the fact that you are warmly welcomed at put at ease the moment you arrive. The Staff and Doctors truly care about you and go to great lengths to insure that you are comfortable. They explain the procedures and help you to understand what your options are for treatments (I had to have an emergency crown put on). They are sensitive to your needs and help to alleviate any concerns or fears you might have. I am 52-years old. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic! I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Austad has been one of the most professional dentists I’ve had the chance to meet. I can really see the passion he has for dentistry, modern science and staying on top of the latest and best treatments and procedures. I filled out my information online beforehand, and when I arrived, they had everything ready to go and I could feel they cared about me as a person, not just a patient! The entire office staff was very professional, courteous, and my office visit ran seamlessly! It was cool to watch their efficiency! I have 6 different dentists and dentist offices to compare to, and the Clinton Dental group takes the cake. I’m picky because of my interest in the medical field. He was very willing, and even excited to explain the details and the “hows” and “whys” of the procedures. I know some people don’t care about that, but I love learning about everything! I know some doctors get annoyed when you try to learn about a process they’re performing, like when a customer watches the mechanic work on their car, but I didn’t get that feeling at all from Dr. Austad! I will be boasting about this team to anyone interested. Thank You! P.S. I don’t think this is an isolated experience. My wife just recently had a similar excellent experience there too.

Dr Austad and his assistants are incredibly informative and really easy to discuss my concerns. I have not been to the dentist in over a year in a half and it was a long visit but common for First time visits. I will be using this dentist and Dr Austad for my primary dentist! He even considered taking out my “permanent” brace bar on my low teeth!!!

I have been going to Dr. Austad for a few years now. He is very kind and friendly. I am always so impressed how many details he remembers about me from times in the past when I have talked to him about something. I have had to get a couple crowns done and he does a very good job. His dental assistants and hygienists are always very kind and efficient.

Clinton Dental Group & Orthodontics is the best. Dr. Austad has been my husband and I dentist since moving to Utah from North Carolina 5 yrs ago. We have gotten excellent treatment and dental care. Every dental hygienist and dental assistant have been outstanding and kind to my husband and I and aiding us to take care of our mouths. I’ve had root canal, and several caps done. I’ve also had implants which are great. The bridge Dr. Austad put in this year has really fit perfectly restoring my mouth. We couldn’t ask for a better dental office who really cares about our dental health. You won’t go wrong here give them a try. I absolutely love this place!! My husband and I have been coming here with our 5 kids for the last 2 year and they are amazing!! Everyone is very courteous and professional. I’ve had a couple of root canals done and had an abscessed tooth that needed immediate attention and they were very accommodating. Also, my 25 year old son had to get all his teeth pulled due to reflux and they did an outstanding job. I could not ask for a better group of dental professionals and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for everything!!

Love, love, love Clinton Dental Group! We have been there for almost 2 years and they have helped our family’s teeth immensely! All of us had early periodontal disease and have since reversed it for all of us. Now they are saving teeth for my husband and myself with tissue grafts (I know, it sounds awful, but way better and cheaper than implants or dentures!). Heather is an AMAZING dental hygienist. She is always super excited to see our progress and give us lots of encouragement to keep flossing (another thing we hated to do in the past and now it’s a part of our daily routine). The ladies up front are super helpful with insurance and payments.  They have great technology and are willing to explain anything you have questions about. If you need to see a dentist this is the place to go!!

Excellent experience here. My first visit we had a hiccup and miscommunication but the whole staff more than made up for it. My kids absolutely love Dr. Doll and Dr. Austad was extremely professional and went out of his way to personally make sure my whole family had an outstanding, positive experience. Dr. Austad is amazing and his team is great. After a bad experience at another dentist, I came here with a bit of resistance. The staff is personable and I feel like they know me. Not only is the care great, but I have the most beautiful teeth and I am certain I wouldn’t be as pleased as I am, had I gone somewhere else. I recommend these guys hands down.

Update:::: After leaving my appointment, I was contacted within 30 minutes by Clinton Dental Group. They apologized for the miscommunication on their part, and told me they would honor the services I was initially promised. They got me scheduled immediately so I could be seen within the time frame I had already taken off work for. I appreciated the effort they put into patient satisfaction and consider that great character. I will definitely be going back! Original:::: Initially I was very satisfied with my experiences here. While I still love MyKids, the Clinton dental group attached to mykids has left me disappointed to say the least. I spoke with a receptionist there about a promotion they had going on. When I followed through on my end, we scheduled my appointment to receive services. However what was originally promoted to me is not what I received. I was told I would receive specific services in whole, not in part. And when I called the day before my appointment to confirm, the receptionist again verified the services I’d be receiving. As well as told me to plan up to 2 hours for the in office visit. So I then took 3 hours off from work to accommodate. When I got in for my appointment today I was told I’d only be receiving part of the services. I was not given an apology for the offices mistake or even an explanation. Just told that what I thought I would be receiving is not what I’d be getting. While I still appreciate the services I received and think the staff member that helped me was very kind, I don’t appreciate the mislead and the lack of acknowledgement for the mistake on their part.

Well, it all started 15 years ago as a tween who’s affinity for cheesy puffs and ice cream took priority over dental care. So here I am, almost 30, with a mouthful of cavities and regret. Along with most rational adults, I’m not a fan of the dentist. Something about loud drills and needles is not what I’d call a great use of my time. However, I knew that if I didn’t want to be the new spokesperson for poligrip, it was time to suck it up and find a new dentist. Clinton Dental Group was in my insurance network and had good yelp reviews, so I gave it whirl. Dr. Austad was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate and made me feel at ease. The front staff were also incredible. A pretty brunette woman(I forgot her name!) helped me in every way possible to make sure I could afford the dental care I needed. She ultimately set me up on a plan that was 18 months no interest so that I didn’t have to pay an upfront cost that would probably require me to sell my first born. After FOUR HOURS of a complicated dental procedure, I was spent. It should be noted, though, that Dr. Austad kept me pain free for the whole thing, which is a huge deal. With such a long procedure, he knew I’d be in a lot of pain for the next few days and gave me ways of managing the pain. He even called me the next day, on a saturday, to check up and see how I was doing. It’s a good feeling knowing that I’ve found a great dentist. I highly recommend him for all of your regret filled dental needs!

These guys are the best. Dr. Austad and his staff were so caring to my wife when she went in for an emergency toothache. The entire staff stayed late and made sure she was taken care of. The highly skilled Dr. Hopkin removed 4 wisdom teeth in 20 minutes with the greatest of care and speed. I highly recommend Clinton Dental Group for anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental provider.
