I love coming to this dental office! The staff here are very professional, friendly, and personable. The dental hygienists are very good at what they do! Dr. Poulos is a great dentist and he was very thorough with my treatment care plan when I found out I needed a crown. The teamwork is amazing and everyone is very passionate with what they do! I just cannot say enough about the great care that I receive coming here!

Ben was my dental hygienist – he was amazing! He met me in the parking lot and escorted me inside to his office. He was friendly, attentive, thorough and listened intently to my concerns. He also has a great sense of humor. During my cleaning, Dr. Chris Poulos entered the room and politely asked Ben if he could do his exam. He was considerate, has a lovely “bedside” manner, and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t hesitate to answer my laundry list of questions; he told me about his schooling, professional experience, and personal life. The billing options were thoroughly explained to me prior to any treatment and we worked together to create a specialized treatment plan. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment. Kudos to the CMP Dental Arts staff for such exceptional service.

CMP Dental Arts is by far the leader in Dentistry. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and that your dental needs are met. Most people have the dental fear factor, no need to worry about it here. This is the only dental practice that I am aware of that when you visit for what ever reason your are always seen by the dentist before you depart from the facility. I never imagined in my lifetime that I would look forward going to the dentist. CMP Dental Arts goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and that your dental needs are satisfied. I wish I could give CMP Dental Arts 6 stars! If you have a child with special needs, this is the best practice for you. I took my son (5) for his first appointment at CMP, and on the way out of the parking lot, he asked, “Can we come back here again?” There it is, people. I had been nervous for about a month about how our visit would go, because we had some really stressful visits at our last practice. Our experience at CMP was better than I could have ever hoped. Ask for Kay; she is magic! Everyone in the office was super-friendly and loving, and the experience was as low-friction as possible. The paperwork process was so simple and easy. The COVID-19 safety protocols were really thorough and clearly communicated. AND we had no wait time! We smiled before, during, and after our appointment. A++!

The minute I walked into the office, I could feel the warmth and security that I had never felt before. First, all the reception staff was smiling and focusing on me. Next, my favorite hygienist of all times, Kay, cleaned my teeth with her usual skill and efficiency, but with a new enthusiasm and confidence in her use of up to date materials and techniques. These changes are clearly a result of the practice now run by Dr. Poulos. His background and education have enabled him to bring new strategies and approaches to dentistry in Syracuse. I was impressed when I met him for his desire to learn about me while ensuring the procedure had been completed up to his standards. He offers a wider array of services which makes it easier to go to him with dental issues and concerns. Love, love, love having a dental office that welcomes you and makes you feel calm and confident.

Just wanted to give a shout out to a fantastic crew at CMP Dental Arts! Ben, Louise and Kay are very gentle with cleanings and Dr. Poulos and Dr. Grassi are very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest treatment plans for individual client needs. The office staff is also very pleasant which makes it much more pleasant for those anxious dental patients like myself! Thank you Everyone!!
