An entire office and team dedicated to every individual patients needs. You’re not just another file. I’ve never been in an office of any kind where every employee is professional, kind, smiles, knows you by name. Such a POSITIVE team of people and you will feel it the second you step in the office. I was so scared to take the leap of trusting someone with my smile, which is everything to me, I love to smile and gift others with it. I’m thankful every single day I found them and took the leap. From my first visit to Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry it felt like home. Now this is coming from someone who “hates” the dentist, I would get myself so worked up to the point of a panic attack. So when I went to Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry for the first time, I felt so relaxed and I was shockingly calm. Mari Beth and Jamie were the first people that I met, their warm inviting smiles and spunky personalities makes you laugh. They are truly a treasure in the office. These ladies have a way of taking your mind off the fact that its a dentist office, Jamie and I were able to talk about wedding planning and the pains that go along with planning a wedding. Mari Beth’s sense of humor is right on point with mine and if someone was to hear us talking, they would think that we don’t like each other. That’s just not true, Mari Beth is like the older sister, I always wanted. Now I’m being called back to have my teeth looked at, this is where Lauren comes in. Just meeting Lauren you know your in great hands. Its amazing how sweet she truly is. Lauren has a way of telling you to brush at your gum line in a way that makes you want to brush so you don’t feel like you are disappointing her. I am so comfortable with Lauren cleaning my teeth now. Dr. Sinclair I can’t even begin to express how much I LOVE going to see him. He goes above and beyond for his patients. During the week before Easter, I was having an issue with a tooth. This was happening on a Friday and the office was closed, but lucky for me the staff was doing training. So I had called and the first thing he said was come in and we will take a look at it. Needless to say, I was able to get the help and the pain had stopped. Dr. Sinclair and his staff have truly changed my life for the better. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me. I’m happy to say I no longer “hate” going to the dentist because of every single one of them. Dr. Sinclair and his staff have become family now.

This is my husbands account however he did accompany to my visit at Coastal. I’ve never felt so at ease in a dentists office. The entire process from start to finish was reassuring and made me look forward to my next upcoming visit, and the visits to come there after. Hoping that sometime in the near future I’ll have a new smile to brag about.

AMAZING. For someone who is deathly scared of the dentist, and has the most sensitive place, I actually DONT mind going to the dentist at all now. Its not just because they have massage chairs, but the entire atmosphere and the attitude is second to none. I have never been so relaxed and confident leaving the dentist! This place is great! I think I have seen each and every hygienist now, and they all take time to know you and your troubled areas. Dr. Sinclair is extremely thorough and helpful!

I’ve visited the office a couple of times. I have always had major anxiety issues when it comes to visiting the dentist; however, Dr. Sinclair and his ENTIRE staff made me feel very welcome and safe. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was professional, compassionate, and friendly. I have never felt better coming into a dental office than I do now.

Dr Sinclair is always available in an emergency! His team is knowledgeable and up-to-date on the most current technology in cosmetic and traditional dentistry. The staff adheres to mandated health mitigations and ensures all employees receive appropriate training. I recently had an incident involving a loose crown. Dr. Sinclair’s team clearly communicated how to care for the crown prior to my appointment, including emergency care scenarios. I was able to avoid any catastrophic events before my appointment (I was told to come in at any time should my situation/status change prior to my appt.) Is it weird I love coming to my dentist? I don’t think so! Dr Sinclair is the best, hands down. Make an appointment right now! If you can even get in with him, that is how great he is. -tell him Mackenzie Walker sent you 😉

I cannot say enough how impressed I have been with Dr. Sinclair and his team. The patient experience here feels completely concierge with how personalized, focused and thorough care is and how kind, friendly and thoughtful the team is. I feel like this practice takes extra time to educate me and explain each step of care so that I feel informed, and therefore empowered, in my dental care decisions. I’ve loved how Sinclair’s team has been very careful to not pose any unnecessary or hidden out of pocket costs on me and have chosen to treat conservatively rather than jumping to the most expensive or invasive option. The entire care process here has been efficient, smooth, transparent and straightforward. I’ve never been someone who particularly enjoys the dentist, per say, but I can happily say that I feel totally comfortable and very well cared for at Coastal Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry – and am so grateful to have found such a great practice. “I hate going to the dentist!”  Is that you?  Then be assured that won’t be your reaction at Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry.  Dr. Sinclair is a great dentist, and his staff is very thorough and reassuring.  We decided to try this dentist on the recommendation of my son who has not had the best experiences.  He highly recommended Dr. Sinclair and staff.

Coastal cosmetic dentistry is such a great place I walk in and feel so welcomed even when the lady at the front desk ask if I get cold she would give me a blanket:) Everybody is just so kind here the best part is the massage chairs when you are getting your teeth cleaned. I really recommend this place it just a fantastic little dentistry with the best people.

I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and my last dental office I went to was so big, no one remembers you from one visit to another. My first time at Coastal was very pleasant and the whole staff try and make you as comfortable as possible. So thankful I found a place that makes you feel like more than a number!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my switch to Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry last year. After being recommended by several friends, it’s easy to see why they’ve all been so happy with their care. Dr. Sinclair and his entire team go out of their way to make each visit welcoming, conveinent and a pleasurable experience (coming from someone who always dreaded dentist appointments, that means a lot!). Not only am I pleased with the skill and knowledge of both Dr. Sinclair and his dental hygienists and assistants, but wearing aviator sunglasses during cleanings (instead of those ugly standard goggles) and applying vanilla flavored lip balm to prevent the inevitable dry lips are pretty cool added bonuses! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Their staff are super friendly. Heidi, is the Dental Hygienist who took care of me. Awesome lady who is so friendly, explain all the vital facts about the condition of my dental health. My wife was so impress that she scheduled an appointment too. I’ve never been treated like a VIP in any of dental visits I had in my life, like I was treated here. Thank you very much for an awesome experience to the staff of Coastal Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry.

Coastal Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry met and exceeded all of my expectations!! Dr. Sinclair is an artist, his work is beautiful, and his knowledge and compassion for dentistry and his patients is beyond compare. Everyone is very personable and professional with brilliant beautiful smiles and they go out of their way to listen to your needs/wants and accomplish the goals that you have. I especially want to thank Sydney and Ashley who took their time explaining things to me and making sure I was comfortable and supported throughout the process to get my veneers. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental needs!!!

I’ve been coming to see Dr Sinclair for several years now. The whole staff has always been so inviting and caring. Taking time to make sure your comfortable, that you understand the care your getting. Dr Sinclair has done a lot of care for my dental health. I will continue to go here whenever we live in the area. This is where you go when you want to be known as a person not just another number.

I had my first appointment last week and was so impressed with how thorough they were. They took the time to personally get to know me, were kind, gentle and made me feel very comfortable. It was unlike any other dentist appointment I have had because they didn’t just treat me like a routine check-up. I’m so happy I switched to their practice and know my smile is in good hands!

Upon arrival at Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry I was greeted immediately by MaryBeth who is so cool, down to earth and knows her insurances! My wait was minimal and I was then introduced to Jaime! She has an awesome spirit about her! She guided me through my consultation with much ease and she as well is very knowledgeable about procedures and different products and techniques that Dr.Cappy uses. About 25 mins later I met Dr.Cappy himself! Who appears very personable yet professional at the same time. Dr. Cappy and Jamie went through what Jamie and i had discussed briefly and I was reassured that all of my insecurities and my necessities could be taken care. Overall my experience was phenomenal. There was no pressure to choose them once my FREE consultation was over which was a major reason why I chose Coastal Cosmetic for my care. Yall are DA BOMB!

I’ve always been a dentist lover (I know I’m in the in minority) but this team takes it to a whole new level. From the moment you walk through door the environment is clean and welcoming. I love the upbeat staff and the high level of technology utilized by the office. It makes me leave knowing I’ve received the highest quality care. AND my 2 year old loves them – which makes me so happy that he’ll eventually join the “I love the dentist” crazies too!

What a great dentist’s office!  From the very beginning, everyone has always been so warm and welcoming!  I often have a changing schedule and I have no problem getting an appointment or rescheduling when something changes.  I feel confident in the advice and care I am getting from Dr. Sinclair and his staff.  The office is bright and inviting and everyone makes sure I am comfortable while I’m there.  I would recommend Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone!

I wish that 6 stars were an option! Dr. Sinclair has given me my smile back and there is nothing that what ever repay what he and his team have been able to do for me. After years of hating my smile and avoiding photos and being self conscious when meeting new people, having a smile that I can be confident in has completely changed my outlook on life!! I waited 20 years and interviewed twice that many practices before finding Dr Sinclair. There is no other practice that I would ever trust to do the type of dentistry I had done. Every step was well planned and executed and my expectations were completely exceeded. Thank you SO MUCH to the entire team at Coastal! I could not recommend Dr. Sinclair and his team more. They made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process of getting my veneers. They accommodated a tough deadline I needed to meet and worked with me every step of the way. Not only was his entire team friendly and professional, but my teeth look amazing. They answered all my questions and really took the time to talk me through the process and understand what I was looking for. Dr. Sinclair is a perfectionist and I am thrilled with the results.
