AMAZING FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE Brought my 14 month old girl in for her first check up. Impressed from start to finish – from making the appointment over the phone, to checking in at the front desk, to the cleaning and check up in the back room, to check out. A little anxious on how things would go for the baby (for only being 14 months old), the staff made both myself and Reese feel comfortable and relaxed through the entire appointment. Distracting her with toys and play toothbrushes, I was super impressed overall. Thank you Coastal Kids For making our first visit smooth & comfortable

I highly recommend Coastal Kids! My daughter has been seeing them for a little over a year now. Some children find the dentist intimidating. The staff make it so comfortable and fun for the kids that it’s not the case here. They are very clean and always on time with a quick and to the point appointment. Highly recommend!

Costal kids is hands down the best pediatric dentist I’ve ever experienced! They came highly recommended and I scheduled my son an appointment right away. Super easy to get into and EVERYONE on the staff is wonderful and patient. They take the time to show my son the tools and show how simple it is to ease his fears. He went from being scared of the dentist to love going! Thank you for all you ladies do!

Making and confirming the appointment was easy. The facility is clean and attractive; it is very colorful and stimulating for children. All staff members were professional and kind. My son was very nervous yet he was treated with warmth and compassion. We received helpful information about dental care in a respectful manner. The staff is conscientious about gradually introducing dental hygiene tools and techniques as my son gets acclimated to routine dental visits. They are very kid friendly and I love that. My son also enjoyed his prize at the end!

My sons first appointment today, I love the way they handled everything. He was a bit nervous, which I honestly didn’t expect but they were patient and gentle with him and made him feel really comfortable. He’s got a lot of sensory issues , but they were very accommodating and made sure he had a good experience. I was happy and impressed. Clean, kid-friendly rooms. Definitely glad we chose coastal pediatrics.

My kids and I love the staff at Coastal Kids! When you open the door, your instantly greeted with a smile. Their office is very accommodating and makes every effort to work with my schedule! Dr. DiCerbo is extremely helpful and patient with my two kids. I can confidently recommend this practice to any friends or family with kids!

We’ve had a great experience with Coastal Kids. They make sure my daughter is comfortable and understands what they are going to do. The staff is very good about informing the parents of any issues and making suggestions to help with issues. We’ll continue going here for our dental needs as long as we can.

I took my two girls, who were very anxious about Covid exposure and loose teeth, and it was a great experience. Katie the hygienist was professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and was amazing with my girls – she explained everything to the girls before she did any of her work, provided comfort and reassurance. Dr. DiCerbo was wonderful and welcoming and was also very patient with my girls (they can be a lot). She was very informative and communicated what can be expected in future visits. Was a great experience, recommend 10/10.

The staff is always super helpful at arranging schedules and figuring out insurance and payments. My kids actually like to go to the dentist and are not afraid of their visits. The staff even helps mom out by scheduling 4 kids at the same time. Communication has been open and honest about concerns, procedures, and any other information needed. Thank you for taking care of my kids’ smiles!

I had some concerns about my 2-year old child’s tooth pain that had been going on now for three days. Dr. Dicerbo checked my daughter’s teeth and reassured me everything was ok. My child was experiencing a lot of pain due to 4 back teeth growing in. She let me know how to handle the situation and mentioned my daughter would be back to normal in about 2 weeks. I just had to continue brushing as much as possible back there and continue giving her Motrin or Tylenol for pain. Dr. Dicerbo was also great with my daughter. My daughter felt safe and let the doctor do her thing.

We love Coastal Kids! We have been coming here since my youngest son turned 1 ( so 7 years almost ) & have never had an issue. The hygienists are always so thorough and friendly and Dr. Dicerbo is great at answering any questions I have & makes my kids feel comfortable during any procedure. I always reccomend this office to anyone looking for a new pediatric dentist!
