Dr. Khetarpal and staff are exceptional. They are always friendly and welcoming, and provide excellent dental service. Going “above and beyond” is the norm for them. During any procedure, including routine cleaning, Dr. Khetarpal and Amy check to make sure I am comfortable, and are interested that I am doing fine. I drive over 25 miles to see Dr. Khetarpal, because I feel she is the BEST.

From the first time I walked in the door everyone greeted me with such pleasure and you can tell that they really cared. They talk to you and explain things very well and make you very comfortable. I would recommend Dr Khetarpal and all her colleagues to anyone that would ask me.

I’ve skipped around to several dentists in Cincinnati and Northern Ky, found Dr. Khetarpal through a friend. She’s amazing. I actually live about 50 minutes away, and I’m sure I pass several dentists office on the way to see her. But when you find someone you like AND trust, distance doesn’t matter. Highly recommend.

Dr. Khetarpal is simply the best! Every time I visit, I leave with a new piece of knowledge about dental health and preventative care. My personal oral health has improved significantly since seeing Dr. Khetarpal thanks to suggestions for making flossing an easy, routine part of my day – I finally found a routine that works for me! She is the perfect mix of down-to-earth, friendly, intelligent, up-to-date, and professional. I particularly appreciate that she is constantly educating herself on the latest techniques and technology and still finds time to be active in the Cincinnati community and give back whenever she can. Dr. Khetarpal’s team is on the same page – friendly service from the moment you walk in the door and impeccable care from the hygienist, Amy. All of this on top of the latest technology and a comfortable, cozy environment make me a very happy patient!

Khetarpal DDS is pretty awesome she uses technology from scheduling, to reminders. to calendar invites to your gmail. Which I love.. She is a very nice lady who seems to really care about her patients. Her staff is seems to be a reflection of her personalty which is really smart, nice, and caring. She is an exceptional Dentist who I come to trust. I have never heard of someone having a good time at the dentist and never thought it would be possible. My daughter is a teenager and she said it was funny they would be asking questions and laughing while she was getting a filling. She forgot about the procedure. I highly recommend DDS Ruchika Khetarpal she is best dental office I have ever encountered.

Visited Dr. Khetarpal today after having a bad experience at a different dentist. I had a smooth appointment and Dr. K and her assistant were very helpful and professional! After I left I recommended my whole family go here for their dentistry needs! We were so used to our old dentist nickel and diming us for unnecessary procedures it was refreshing to got to a place I wasn’t worried about what *random charges and unnecessary procedures would I see next* they were very quick, straight to the point and ensured they only provided services that were covered by my insurance. Very happy to be a new patient of Dr. K and also!!!! cherry on top! Loved seeing her dog Violet. Highly recommend for your dental needs. These are good, honest, hardworking people.

As in most professions, some professionals just go through the motions and work purely for a paycheck. This is not that place! They are enthusiastic about all things dentistry. I went to another place and it’s almost like comparing a car dealer mechanic to an aviation jet mechanic. Night and day difference!

Everyone here is great and absolutely cares about you. Always on time with appointments, which is a huge pet peeve of mine regarding doctors. I also bring my child in and they’ve been just great with him as well! Fair pricing, always willing to address any concerns. I cannot say enough nice things about them.

Dr. Khetarpahl has been my dentist since the spring of 2012. If you knew me, you would know that this is an accomplishment. Due to a major accident I was, as a child, introduced to a tremendous amount of oral surgeries. Subsequently that left me terrified of dental appointments and I suffered from a lot of anxiety while in a dentist’s chair. However, when I met her, she listened to my story and put me at ease. She’s not only performed standard dental care but she’s also helped me with a unique style of bridge for dental work that I was rather nervous with. She was patient and stated calm under pressure when I was freaking out in her office. I can’t say enough good things about her, and her demeanor. Oh and I drive across town from Montgomery to Harrison Ave for this. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the office is sufficient and clean. You won’t walk in thinking ” wow” is this palace of an office going to cost me extra?!?! My adult son is now a patient and I just switched my 15 year old daughter from a pediatric practice to her.

The atmosphere is great – kuerig coffee when you walk in, …  On a bigger note; recently switched from years of service at another dental office and I don’t know why I didn’t switch a long time ago. Dr. K is nice, full of useful information and always answers your questions. Most of all her staff is thorough with teeth cleanings and they make sure you have everything you need before you leave. Thank God for good dentists! Thank you Dr. K!

Dr. Ruchika Khetarpal and her staff are very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Dr. Ruchika Khetarpal herself is easy to talk to, has a sense of humor and yet she’s very professional. The office is clean, modern and welcoming. I love that I can comfirm my appointments and pay my bill easily online. Overall this is a great office I will recommend.

I had a great first visit to Dr. Khetarpal’s office. I have had not great dentist visits in the past and it has caused me a little fear and caution when it comes to dentists. The office was so friendly and professional I had a great experience! I highly recommend Dr. Khetarpal and her staff. I have already called my family and told them to switch! I appreciated how the office confirmed they took my insurance and only provided the services I asked for and nothing that would cost me extra. If you are looking for a dentist- I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Khertarpal!

Dr. Kheterpahl and the entire staff are great. I have never had to wait when I’ve arrived for an appointment. They also take their time to explain any procedure and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Dr. Kherpahl!

She is a wonderful dentist and person. Dr. Khetarpal is very friendly and has a very nice staff. Dr. Khetarpal takes her time explaining what she will do. They can send you a text reminder for appointments. My family doesn’t mind going to the dentist now. It’s an awesome group of people!
