Having negative dental experiences in the past I can be a bit critical and picky when it comes to dentists, however that being said I would recommend Dr. Catera without hesitation or reservations! She does amazing work and her and her staff go above and beyond to put you at easy and make your experience in the dental chair a positive one.

The utmost of care! Every aspect of Dr. Catera’s office is professional and compassionate. Dr. Catera is knowledgeable, sympathetic, and has the gentlest bedside manner. Last week she squeezed me in as I was in terrible pain. I expected a root canal and was terrified when she told me I needed the tooth pulled. However, her delivery of this bad news was so calm that it made me feel much more comfortable with my first extraction. She referred me to an oral surgeon and called them to be sure they could fit me in. It was a tough day but she really has a way of making things not seem so bad. Zulma, the hygienist is the same way. Her cleanings are the most gentle and pleasant I have ever had. She is also a very genuine, compassionate person. Kathy at the front desk is awesome. In a world where true customer service is fading, Kathy is old school and always makes sure your issues are taken care of and most importantly, followed up on. She doesn’t just say she will get back to you, she is true to her word and always does get back to you. The entire staff is wonderful (including Doc’s husband!) and I would highly recommend them.

Hands down, the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing! She is very professional, yet friendly (how many dentists hug YOU when you walk in as a patient?). I was a nervous patient, but she and her wonderful staff made me feel at ease immediately. The office is warm and welcoming, everyone is incredibly polite. If they women at the front desk don’t know the answer to a question, they simply find out from Dr. Catera, but I can assure you that the staff is quite competent as well! I will be going there for a long time, and my husband just made his first appointment!

After many years of avoiding the dentist, I brought my friend to Dr. Catera’s office for his treatment. She and her staff are patient, kind, and helpful – but most importantly GENTLE! Dr. Catera and her staff are outstanding. I recently had a teeth cleaning by the Dental Hygienist, Natalia, who was extremely articulate, gentle, and thorough. To insure that the areas around my dental implants remain healthy, I will be returning for periodic cleanings at Dr. Catera’s office in the future.

The service I have received has been outstanding. Dr. Catera and her staff are caring, personal and professional. When I became a patient four years ago I immediately noticed how clean and organized her office is. With the latest technology including computerized x-rays and record system there is minimal wait time and information is available on screen immediately. Since I’ve switched to her office cleanings are no longer a dreadful ordeal and my visits are always an enjoyable experience.

I was just there today for the first time and she was fantastic! Explained everything to me and was very friendly. I was looking for a new dentist that is more convenient for me to get to and also good at what they do. I just so happen to stumble upon her website through Google when doing a search for a local dentist, then saw her great reviews and that lead me to setting up an appointment at her office. I am so glad I did! Very comfortable atmosphere and courteous staff. Dr. Catera is very knowledgable! Love it here so far! I can see Dr. Catera being my main dentist from now on. Strongly recommend her! 🙂

No one compares to Dr Catera and her staff. I have avoided the dentist for YEARS due to many unpleasant experiences in the past and have not felt completely at ease until I came to Dr Catera’s office. Her and her staff have continually gone above and beyond. Everyone is always so nice and very professional. I will always recommend Dr Catera to anyone, she is truly the best!

Dr Catera is the greatest dentist in the world!!! She is very gentle make sure you do not feel any pain during your procedure she is very informative, passionate and cares about patients oral health. Take it from me a person who has been in many different dentist chair all over the island and tortured by them. She has put me at ease and decimated my fears about dentist.

I had an appointment today for a cleaning and check up. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. The receptionist, Debbie, was very friendly and Natalie, the hygienist was excellent. My cleaning went really well and Dr. Catera gave me a final check up before Ieft. I was very satisfied with the treatment and knowledge of all the staff. I am bringing my 3 year old in for her first checkup in a few weeks. I am confident they will take good care of her. Thank you again!

Colleen is simply the best dentist I have ever seen. She is gentle, professional and extremely talented. Absolutely zero pain. She did extensive cosmetic work for my mom and everything came out perfect! I’ve sent a lot of friends and family to her and everyone absolutely loves her – even the ones that hate seeing a dentist!!!! I recommend the free whitening deal too… Great way to keep your teeth healthy and clean!
