Everyone in this office is very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk staff to Dr. Love. And if you don’t have dental insurance they offer a great in office insurance program. I highly recommend them for professionalism and competency!!

The clerks were very nice and helpful, nice clean atmosphere. The waiting lobby was clean. They have sanitizer at the check in desk I seen them wipe down and they also wear gloves and mask. Dr. J. Walker Love was very friendly. He showed me my x-Rays and broke everything down to me to where I understood along with prescription for pain. He showed a lot of care and concern. Even the X-Ray Tech was welcoming and gentle. This place has a really great atmosphere all around. Although I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned they made sure to reschedule me,even after my check up, for cleaning. I’m new to Buckhead and I’ve decided to make this my home dental.

This place is AWESOME! The front desk staff is great and Stephanie G. my hygienist is beyond AMAZING! She’s so personal, inviting and passionate about her work and her patients. I’ve had bad service in the past and hygienist that try to sell things I neither wanted or needed. Not Stephanie. I so appreciate her and won’t be going anywhere else. Going to the dentist feels so invasive, but she makes it so comfortable. I literally almost fall asleep in her chair every time. That says a lot about her bedside manners. Thanks Stephanie. Additionally, Dr. Love is also great. I love his jokes and his warm smile. Great place!

I like going to Collier Hills Dental because Dr. Love and his staff are professional and friendly. I feel like they listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain options and cost. I would recommend this dental office to everyone in the Buckhead area now that they have made some staff changes! They are under brand new management which was a great move on the Doctors part. Way to go Dr. Love. Today I finalized my brand new invisaline at a great price in comparison to other offices I shopped rates on. The new manager was very sweet, welcoming and took the time to help me fully understand what my financial responsibility was going to be and for once there were no hidden charges like I have experienced elsewhere. The Dr. was gentle and made sure that I was comfortable and answered all my questions. Glad to see that they have made changes and 100% focused on quality service at a great price. I look forward to referring my friends, family and co-workers.

I don’t like going to the dentist. In fact, I hadn’t been to see one in over 5 years. But this practice made me so comfortable. They communicated everything they were doing, took extra measures to help my sensitive teeth, and made sure I had all questions answered. They didn’t do anything that would possibly cost extra without asking me first, and then they told me exactly what it would cost and why they suggested it, and asked what I would like to do. I really appreciated their honesty, communication, and thoroughness in their care for me!

I was amazed at how beautiful the facility was. The staff are both very personable and professional. The hygienist explained my entire dental exam, as well as my dental plan. Definitely a dentist I can wholeheartedly reccomend, very trustworthy and stand by their work. I moved to a new area and my new dentist noticed some issues with a crown Dr. Love had down for me dr. recommended I check back with my prior dentist for repair/replacement as insurance wouldn’t cover it. Dr. Love and team graciously replaced my crown free of charge and went above and beyond to insure I was happy and comfortable with my new crown. Again, cannot reccomend them enough, if I still lived near by they’d still be my dentist!

Had my first cleaning at Collier hills dental today. It’s a clean, comfortable dental office with a friendly staff. They have comfy chairs and TVs to watch during your cleaning, too. My dental cleaning appointment was fast and thorough. There were no upsells or high pressure tactics to get me to buy more services. They seem very trustworthy. I appreciate a dentist who doesn’t pressure you, lecture you, guilt you, or try to get you to buy Invisalign treatments that cost more than a small car. (Nothing wrong with Invisalign, I just can’t afford it). There was none of that here! This is the best dental office I’ve been to in a long time. I’d recommend it to other people with dental anxiety. I’ll be going back again. Thanks to Dr. Love and staff! See you in 6 months.

This dental office was absolutely wonderful. The office was super clean and all of the staff were very nice and helpful. I recently had an insurance change and the woman at the front desk was so helpful in explaining the insurance to me and helping me get it set up. Dr. Love is super personable and the hygienists could not have been more helpful. I have had a fear of the dentist for years and this team made me feel so at ease and happy to be one of their patients. I would highly recommend this office no matter what your dental needs are. I also really appreciated how easy it was to get to their office and parking was a breeze.

Called in one day and had an appointment the next to repair a broken crown that was installed by a different dentist in Houston. Staff were very friendly over the phone and even more friendly in person. Dr. Love was amazing and made sure my visit was swift and painless. I’ve always felt that dentist charged you for things you didn’t need, and I overheard the Dr. ensuring that I was being billed are recommended for services I didn’t need. I am excited about my new Dental Office and can’t wait to start bringing my Family in.

I had a great experience at Collier Hills Dental! in the past I’ve had some dental appointments where I felt stressed or like I was getting manipulated into procedures, but this office made me feel relaxed and put me at ease. They were very honest and did not dramatize anything. Dr. Love really took the time to talk to me and educate me on everything that was going on with my teeth and gums which I appreciated, and he gave me time to ask questions as well. My hygienist (I think her name was Rebecca?) was very sweet and gentle with my teeth. I felt like she was genuinely interested in my wellbeing. Overall a pleasant appointment. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back!

This was my first experience at a dentist in years. So I was dreading judgement and anxiety of what to come in the process. I arrived approximately 15-20 minutes early and was taken back almost immediately after filling out paperwork. The process was fast, easy and extremely pleasant. I never felt insecure. I forgot the assistants name because my nerves blurred the initial stun, she was very insightful and uplifting. Then I briefly met with Dr. Love, he was incredibly kind. Discussed what I was looking forward to in the visits to come and even reassured me about a lot of concerns before they even became concerns in my head. Audrey, who I was my hygienist, loves what she does and it shows. She seemed happy to meet me, and again led me step by step through the current processes and those to come. The vibe was totally comfortable even with a hose in my mouth. 🙂 thank you for the great experience and service.
