I have been going to Comfort Care Dental for over 20 years and recently moved. I tried another General Dentist for pain in my tooth because they were open on the weekend but was not happy with their high prices and quotes for services that I was told I needed. I was asked to sign a contract for the future services and to start a payment plan but it seemed like too much money. I went back to Dr. Hsu and drove over an hour but it was worth it. Dr. Hsu’s staff is kind and he is very honest. I trust Dr. Hsu and will continue to drive to be his patient. Unfortunately my special needs son has different insurance coverage, so he had to go to another office which is actually another good Dentist office.

Best dentist in z world! Seriously though. I have had a lot of experiences since I was little that were not so pleasant. Dr. Hsu is the most knowledgeable and kindest dentist I have ever been to. All of my family goes to him now and he actually cares if you’re experiencing discomfort during any exam. Try out Dr. Hsu, you won’t regret it! His staff are really awesome as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brien Hsn’s for over 14 years. He is very honest and very gentle. I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Hsu and every time, he is very thorough and the work is always painless. I have seen many different dentists in my life time – Dr. Brien Hsu is by far the best!

PAINLESS!!! Backstory: I had recently had a ton of dental work done in Mexico due to lack of dental insurance, it was extremely painful and I was left traumatized.  Less than one year later my new crown broke and shattered into pieces.  Needless to say I refused to return to the dentist in Mexico and suffer through all that pain. I began my research and found Dr. Hsu.  He had raving reviews most of which highlighted their painless experiences.  I made the decision and I went in.  It turned out he had to drill down the tooth and make the new crown.  I was terrified the day of my appointment.  I was nervous the whole time waiting for the pain, but to my surprise there was NO PAIN!  He gave me the Novocain shot and I didn’t feel it.  It was painless.  He checked me several times to make sure I was very numb.  He assured me that he would not let me feel any pain and it was true.  I am so happy I decided to pay out of pocket (I have no dental insurance)  to see Dr. Hsu, the best and most painless experience I have had at a dentist. For those of you who have no insurance like me please don’t consider going to Mexico, it is very painful and they use cheap outdated materials and tools.  Dr. Brien Hsu’s office will set you up with a reasonable price and a payment plan

They really chose a fitting name for their office because I think for the first time in my life I walked out of a dental office feeling great! Really Dr. Hsu and his staff are as good as it gets! It’s nice to go in somewhere and actually feel like the doctor knows what he’s doing. He is VERY thorough and an expert at what he does. For once I felt like my dentist cares. His staff are as nice as they come I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a new dentist. Best of all the work was painless!

Dr. Hsu has been our family dentist for over 8 years now and we are extremely happy with the service and care we have received. He has done general dentistry for my wife and I plus our two boys ages 7 and 3 now. The whole staff listens to the questions we may have and explains all the procedures very well. The staff even let the boys sit on my lap when I got my teeth cleaned so that way they wouldn’t be afraid when it was their turn. We are also very pleased every time we go we don’t have to wait very long to get seen. This helps a lot when you have 2 crazy boys. We highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his staff for whatever your Dentistry needs may be

Dr. Hsu has been my family’s dentist for many years now.   His staff are always friendly and easy to work with. I have had painful experiences with other dentists, but ever since Dr. Hsu has been my dentist, he helped ease my phobias of dentistry and made all my visits very comfortable. He’s always been very honest with us, being very patient about explaining all the minor details about our porceedures. I remember a time when I was looking to do veneers for my front teeth after watching how they were done on Extreme Make-Over.   Dr. Hsu had done some veneers for one of my friends and they looked amazing. I decided to ask him about doing the samething for me. He was very nice and thorough in explaining the process with both the benefits and the consequences. He convinced me NOT to do the veneers because he didn’t feel comfortable shaving down any of my healthy teeth in order to make them look good. Instead he offered me an alternative – deep bleaching. He was able to make my teeth beautifully white, without having to cut my teeth down! Best of all, he saved me thousands of dollars by not doing the veneers. If there was a way to rate this dentist above 5 starts, I would definitely do so!

Quick, but thorough, and painless. He does the cleaning himself, which I much appreciate!  My teeth feel squeaky clean and smooth.  I already set my husband up for his appointment.  I’m so excited that I finally found a dentist here in CA that I can trust.  Plus I was cavity-free!  BONUS!!

Dr. Hsu is the best dentist I ever had. He is very professional,  caring to patients and did my dental treatment without pain. The staff are very  friendly and nice. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu and you will never regret.  Thank you so much doctor especially to my daughter who referred me to come here. I will surely come back. Great office, probably one of the best doctors I seen. And this is coming from a guy who’s a big wus when it comes to going to the dentist. My gf found this place for me… I didn’t believe I could get my teeth worked on without having pain. Dr. Hsu has like really gentle hands and cared about making sure I was comfortable. I guess it also helps that a lot of the girls there are pretty cute too – gotto make sure they don’t think that I’m truely a big wus when it comes to dentistry lol

Dr. Brien Hsu and most of his employees are AWESOME!  The receptionist/secretary can be pretty rude in person.  Other than her, everyone is great!  Dr. Hsu does have the magic touch.  My husband was always in pain after regular cleanings and was pleasantly surprised after his first cleaning.  We’ve been going to Dr. Hsu for two years now and we have had great experiences with this dental office!  We’ve never had to wait long, which is an added bonus.  Don’t hesitate!  This doctor is for you!

Okay so I finally grew some balls and decided to get my dental work done! I know I’m a grown man and all, but I just never really liked going to the dentist. Never really found that didn’t want to hurt me … So after a great first visit at this place, I came do get my filling done. And the verdict is …. This place rocks! Not only do nurses there baby me, but Dr. Hsu really cared about making me feel comfortable. I have to say this was the most painless dental experience I have ever had… Maybe this will help me grow some bigger juevos and I’ll go see the dentist more often!

When I first started coming here many years ago, this dental office was one of Inland Empire’s best kept secret. Staff is professional and Dr. Hsu is the best dentist I have ever had. I guess it was just a matter of time before everyone else I knew in Rancho Cucamonga, found out about MY dentist. It always seems so busy here, yet Dr. Hsu always takes his time to take care of my dental needs. Rooms are really close together in this office, so I always smile when I hear all the patients next door praising about this dentist and his staff.

Went in today to get 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled. I was nervous going in but the oral surgeon Dr. Tabibzadeh (an associate and specialist who works with Dr. Hsu) was fantastic. Very thorough, went over everything with me again an took the time to get medical clearance from my cardiologist who I had just seen the day before. Did a pre-op and post-op x-ray to make sure everything went well. I was given the option of medication before the procedure to help me relax, then “laughing gas”. Shots went well. Pinched but I was in the zone so I didn’t mind. While he was working I didn’t have any pain and he updated me on how everything was going and what to expect next. Great bedside manner and all the assistants were nice and professional. Dr. Hsu even came in at the end to see how I was doing and speak with the oral surgeon. They really work as a team and I’m so impressed with all the post-op care instructions to ensure a quick and smooth recovery. I won’t go anywhere else now. I will take a day off of work and drive from Victorville if needed. Dr. Hsu at Comfort Care Dental has been my dentist for at least 10 years. Very professional and friendly office (and the new office is beautiful!) When I go in for my cleanings every 3-6 months the visit is quick yet thorough. Dr. Hsu keeps track of my teeth and makes sure to fill any cavaties before they develop into a deep cavity. Most of all I know that Dr. Hsu takes pride in his work and it very detail oriented. I always leave the office with a confident smile

Excellent service, a very helpful staff and a dentist who really knows his stuff. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hsu’s for years and I’ve always gotten great service. His work has always been Flawless and still blends in perfectly with the other teeth after years. Highly recommended

I travel to this dentist for one reason. I believe Dr. Hsu is the best dentist period. He has very gentle hands and pays a lot of attention to making sure we’re always comfortable. I don’t know how he does it, but his shots never hurt! He doesn’t even use that numbing cream before giving me an injection – and I still never feel it. I’ve even seen him do work on my children – they think he’s some kind of magician; their mouth goes numb without them even knowing, his work is fast and painless and then they’re out of there- teeth fixed without having any discomfort. When we visit Dr. Hsu and his staff, we always feel warm and welcome. His bedside manners are just so friendly and open, makes me feel like he’s family. People may think I’m nuts but my family and I actually looks forward to seeing our dentist! It’s makes really sad to hear about all the medical problems with his baby. I’ve been reading it on his blog on his website. My prayers go out to his family

Dr. Brien Hsu is by far the best dentist that I have ever been to. He helped me understand the step by step of what was going on and even took the time to give me more reality in what he was saying with pictures off the internet and comparing them to the x-rays that he had just taken. I felt like I could be a dentist after leaving there that day. He has a very light touch and you can tell he really cares about his patients, Even asked if I wanted my water chilled or room temp( Ive never been to a dentist office that offers water like that usually its just in a small display in the waiting room)  Not only will I be coming back here in the future I will be recommending all my friends to him. I live about 35 minutes away from his office but it is worth the ride, I would probably travel two hours to see him

Today was my first time going to Comfort Care Dental.  I have had many bad experiences with dentist but this was not one of them.  I filled out the new patient paper work on line so it made checking in fast and easy.  Everyone was nice, smiled and made me feel very comfortable.  I had a tooth extracted and was nervous about the pain.  But there was none.  They really do take good care of you here.  I will be back

I came here to get a crown done. I delayed getting my teeth fixed due to fear of pain. To my surprise it was a smooth and comfortable process. I didn’t feel like i was in a dental office. The office was beautiful like a spa. Dr hsu was very communicative for each process he was doing. I didn’t feel a thing! The staff was very accommodating and made me comfortable. I also brought my daughter. She’s a toddler. It was her first experience. I was more nervous for her. But she did great even had a sealant done. She had no fear or discomfort . Dr hsu and his staff are great with kids too!

Dr. Hsu is an OUTSTANDING dentist! I speak about him with the highest regards when ever Dental related things come up. I really got the feeling that he cares about my health which is not something you easily find in a dentist. His back and front office is suuuuuper nice and friendly! Through my visits at this office I also met his oral surgeon. Dr. Tabibzadeh was the man! I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and as far as that goes it was the best experience I could of EVER imagined. The oral surgeon and his staff made sure I was aware of every detail before and after the procedure, I highly recommend! I swear I can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. I’m writing this review just a few hours after the surgery and my face isn’t swollen, I can talk and I’m even able to eat. In short, I really think that this place has patient care down to the smallest detail. I’d say if your in the area and need some awesome dental care check em out

My crown cracked and came out! I am new to the area and had no way to know who was good or even GENTLE as I am the biggest baby. I reviewed about 10 other dentists websites in the area, major turn off about it all was that most websites where not informative. I tried Yelp and SO GLAD to read another reviewer say Dr. Hsu was nice and gentle. Another person said, he had the magic touch. Ok that was all I needed to hear. Plus he does work on kids, and look at the name “Comfort Care”. I am here to say if you need to try a dentist or switch, please do yourself a favor and try Dr. Hsu he is a knowledgeable, experienced and a gentle dentist. His staff are organized and kind. His assistants are on top of their game. I was so glad to find him, and will continue to keep going for regular cleanings. Not to mention he is current and on board with all things dental, this made me feel confident he was the right choice

What a rare find! This dentist really understands people who are very nervous about going to the dentist. His staff and himself are very patient and very nice….. you cannot find another Dentist that will be this supporting of your fear of going to the dentist.I cannot say enough good things about this dentist.  I highly recommend that you make an appointment today.

Love this dentist and his staff!  They are very timely, organized and best of all they make the visit as pain-free as possible!  I highly recommend this dentist at Comfort Care. They just recently upgraded their office and its beautiful! State of Art!! Love it!
