Best Dentist I’ve experienced, ever! I’ve always been terrified of visiting the dentist, due to past experiences and quite honestly the simple sound of the machines gives me so much anxiety (and I’m not an anxious person), so needless to say I avoid going at all cost. It wasn’t until I chipped my tooth that I finally had no other choice and made an appointment to go see Dr. O who came highly recommended. Even with my friends’ endorsement I was extremely nervous upon arrival. However, I was greeted so warmly by the staff at the front desk and that was the beginning of a grand experience (despite my broken tooth). The day I visited the office, it was very very busy. I’ve never witnessed a smoother operation than what Dr. O has at Comfort Dental. The best way I can describe it, was like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. Dr. O, the conductor, spent time with each and every patient, walked everyone personally through the next steps, continuously checked on each patient that was waiting to give them an estimated time for the next step in their specific process, it was fascinating to witness. When Dr. O went to numb me, for what we thought was going to be a root canal, I didn’t even feel a slight pinch. He was talking to me and I didn’t even realize he had already finished injecting the anesthetic. He also made sure that I was completely and totally numb before he even started to work on me… luckily I didn’t end up needing the root canal and was able to save my tooth with a crown. The entire staff had the best customer service and bedside manners that I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this office, even if you’re like me and dread going to the dentist I guarantee this will be a completely different experience.

This place is amazing. The staff is great and always super sweet. They are professional and personable with my 4 year old daughter. She’s never nervous. This office does get work be they are always honest. Before I came here I had gone to another dental office who claimed I had 4 cavities. They were bullying me into getting the work done. The staff even got upset when I refused to do the work. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. I decided to get a second opinion. Coming to Comfort Dental they took me in right then and there. The results, I was clear of any cavalries and my teeth were in great condition. I couldn’t believe how I almost got ripped off with unnecessary work, possible infections and so on. I completely trust this office and I appreciate that they know who I am when I call. Love you guys

Frankly I just don’t understand why this dentistry has not scored higher except it’s reviews enclude the past front office and the old office manager!!! I am VERY satisfied with the office and its dentist and the office manager that works there!!! Elise (the office manager worked with us financially be cause with the work my husband and I both needed we could of finance a new car and by the time she checked our coverage with our insurance and what was left we would owe she really crunched the numbers for us!!!! THANK YOU ELISE FOR EVERYTHING…. Her aftercare and follow up is awesome!!!! The new dentist was caring and worked with our needs and concerns!!! You can’t and won’t go wrong with this office… PLEASE DONT LET THE BAD REIEWS SCARE YOU AWAY BECAUSE ITS THE OLD OFFICE MANAGER AND DENTIST!!!!! I started my basic care with the old staff and Dentist and WOW what a difference…. We have moved from the area and we still travel back to this office when in fact we have several within blocks of our home!!!! The MAJOR thing that impressed me is they stand behind there word and they work for you! Now that my work is all done ( multiple teeth removed and a new set of both upper and lower dentures) it’s now my husband going threw the same thing! Each stage of the process I don’t have enough pages to write all they did and how they worked with us because it’s a mouthful and yes the pun was intended!!!! Don’t forget an opinion and estimate and you will be right back in there door with a warm welcome from there receptionist

Dr. O is the best, quick yet efficient and professional. no pressure to purchase treatment you don’t need, I love it here. i was refereed to La Mirada Family Dentistry by my HMO insurance i did the change do to the bad experience that i had with my previous dentist. i went ahead and called the office to make my initial appointment the receptionist was really friendly and helpful to find an appointment that suited my crazy work and school schedule. the day of my appointment i was greeted by two friendly young ladies that went ahead and instructed me with all the paper work i had to fill out. i didn’t take long to be seated to a seat. i did all that fun stuff of x-rays and having the Dr. take a look at me, the Dr. was really nice he took the time of day to sit there with me and explain all my treatment which was a couple of cavities,cleaning and removal of wisdom tooth, he was nice enough to answer all my question and concerns. Later the office manager came in to explain everything that is or isn’t covered by my insurance. In which i was surprised because my previous dentist wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for simple things.She also went ahead an explained to me that with an HMO plan I’am responsible for some out of pocket expenses that my insurance doesn’t cover. After along time thinking about what i wanted to do the office manager went ahead and gave me options of my treatment. I did explain to her that with a job and being a full time student i didn’t have the money to spend all in one day she was nice enough to let me make in house payments which was perfect!! I went ahead and started with the removal of my wisdom tooth in which was my primary concern. All i can say was WOW!!! i didn’t feel a thing from when i got numbed by the Dr. to the removal of the tooth it was like a walk in the park 🙂 Over all experience was great from the moment i walked in to the treatment. I absolutely love this dentist. This is the first dentist office where I don’t feel like they are trying to sell me anything. If I only need a cleaning then I am not being told I need fillings just for the office to make money. The office staff is just as amazing as the dentist!!! I’ve always had a fear of dentist until finding this place, the doctor and staff are all wonderful since the minute u walk in.
