After a bad experience at another dentist, I asked a friend for some recommendations which led me here! Very accommodating considering they were going off of the x-rays taken at another office. Dr. Nguyen is very nice. So is Macy and the Dental Hygenist (did not get her name). As a first timer, I was in and out in less than an hour. I’m grateful I found these guys and will continue to see them so long as I work in the area

Let me tell you! I have been in the military these last few years and those dentist were not the best! So I have always been afraid of the dentist, because everyone is so rough, well at least that is what I thought until I met Dr. Nguyen and his group of professionals! Everyone in that office maintain professionalism and attend to your needs 100%! Dr.Nguyen is very gentle YES there is a gentle dentist he also explains everything thoroughly to you so that you understand what he is doing. He is always trying to give you the best deal and not trying to get over you like other dentist! I am really thankful and glad that I found this dentist ITS THE BEST 🙂 !!!! All in all GO HERE!!!! Its very upscale on the inside also and very clean if you are a neat freak like me its very very clean and comfy so they live up to their name thats for sure. Have a good day 🙂

Wow. So many bad reviews for local dentists.. But this one is not one of those! I’ve not been to the dentist in many years and finally had to go and I found these guys through positive yelp reviews.  Had my appointment yesterday and I was so pleased to see those reviews had merit.  Paperwork was quick. The appointment was on-time.  I was surprised as the efficiency of the staff and how quickly my x-rays were done and the dentist was seeing me. He quickly determined a treatment plan and cleaned ALL my teeth (none of that 4 visits 4 quadrants nonsense).  Set up my next appointment to get some cavities fixed.  I was surprised to find that they didn’t try to milk my insurance and that my co-pays are very reasonable. This is definitely a different experience than I’ve had before with dentists.  Also, the place is aesthetically gorgeous in terms of design and cleanliness. I’ve your local to Pasadena, try this place!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are awesome.  My husband and I have been very pleased.  Worked out for my husband’s schedule that they are open Saturday mornings.  I had an urgent problem that I wanted Dr. Nguyen to check out a few weeks, and he was able to see me that same day.  Dr. Nguyen is extremely friendly and explains things well!  Macy is always so kind when talking on the phone, too

I went in to see Dr. Nguyen after not visiting the dentist for several years. I had knocked out a filling a couple years ago and ignored it until i started having severe pain in that tooth. i thought i would have to extract the tooth and replace it with a dental implant. luckily he was able to save my tooth by doing a root canal and place a crown instead, which saved me a lot of money in the long run. the crown fit perfectly and i have zero pain now. the staff is very friendly and Dr Nguyen himself is very non judgmental, unlike most dentists I’ve seen before. he is also very good at giving shots to numb the area he’s working on, i hardly felt a thing. i look forward to my next appointment and would recommend him to everyone i know

In the words of Kramer, I’m an anti-dentite, I absolutely hate the dentist.  With that said, I don’t hate Comfort Dental, so they must be doing something right! I’ve been going to Comfort Dental for a little over two years for run of the mill stuff: cleanings, fillings, etc.  It is an absolutely wonderful practice. From the receptionist, to the techs, to Dr. Nguyen’s extremely delicate touch, everyone is professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.  On top of all of that, the facilities are very modern and clean. Comfort Dental is as good as it gets, so if you have to go to the dentist, you might as well see them!  Good luck, I hate the dentist

So I’m a huge Yelp fan, more of a reader than a writer,but this time I must write. I went through several dentist on yelp and read plenty of reviews plus I called most of them and compared prices. In all honestly, nothing beats this place. When I called to ask how much the consultation was, the lady who answered was very professional and polite. I then decided to book an appointment, the only downside I would say is that the doctor gets booked pretty fast, I got mine two weeks after from the day called. Other than that, the day of my appointment I was suppose to get my X-rays and teeth cleaning done. Everyone in the office was very polite and I was seen by Doctor Nguyen on time. When he finally proceeded to do start my cleaning he was the BEST OF BESTS LOL! OMGGG, the last time I had a cleaning at a dental office in Monrovia, my experience was horrible and painful!!! On the other hand, Dr. Nguyen’s work was very careful, caring and painless. I had a bit of sensitivity, but that’s just me! Finally when it comes to their prices they are very  affordable and you will never feel like you are pressured to getting their treatments done, plus this doctor will only advice you to pay for what you really need. As a matter of fact, I really wanted to do teeth whitening, but he said I already had pretty white teeth, so he suggested I try baking soda at home to even them out, I felt he was very honest and NOT JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY! Give this place a try , you won’t regret!!!

I don’t know where to begin…Dr. Nguyen was my dentist years ago in SCV. When he decided to relocate to Pasadena, I thought the drive may be too difficult to make so I tried another dentist in the SCV area. As an RDA myself (in orthodontics) I knew this other office and Doctor well, so I thought I’d give them a try; he even complimented Dr. Nguyen’s work!! The work the other Doctor had done was not up to my standards; I had to go back to have 2 of the restorations redone. Just recently, one of the restorations the other Doctor had done came out. I decided to look up Dr. Nguyen. Though I now live in Newport Beach, I decided to make the drive to see him and I’m so glad I did (I wanted it done RIGHT!). The restorations the other Doctor did were poorly done with unsealed margins and overhang causing me to need a root canal done. Dr. Nguyen thoroughly explained what was needed and educated me on what was going to be the BEST option to preserve my tooth. His honesty is comforting. The procedure was done painlessly. I TRUST HIM TO THE FULLEST and will continue to drive an hour for him to treat myself and my family!! Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

I’m pretty young, in my early 30’s, and my teeth are pretty healthy.  But a couple years ago I wanted to switch my silver amalgam metallic alloy fillings to something more natural. I had a silver filling in my back right part of my mouth that was replaced with a composite resin, the white kind of filling that looks more like a real tooth. The previous dentist did it too thin and every time I bit down on something crunchy it sent a sharp pain down my spine. I told my old dentist after a few months and he just told me that the pain would go away, that it was probably just sensitivity.  But it never went away. Julian fixed this in just one session. I couldn’t believe it. I thought it might’ve taken a week or two to feel the difference but, pretty much, my first meal after the appointment I was back to normal again. The pain’s gone

AMAZING.. is all i can say about this dental office. As soon as i walked in the receptionist Macy was pleasant , friendly and professional. She’s awesome! I went to two prior dentist before coming here and to put it lightly i had a horrible experience. They both told me i needed a procedure that was going to cost me a lot of money. Dr Nguyen was able to save my original tooth and saved me sooo much money, instead of just selling me something that i didn’t need. I waited about a week before writing a review to see if there would be any pain or if my procedure was unsuccessful, but NOPE. I have no pain and no complications. In this office your not just a number your are a priority. Dr. Nguyen was kind. informative and most important honest. After my consult i was told i couldn’t make an appointment until a month later. i was bummed because i was looking for an apt asap but i was willing to wait because of the great first impression i had from the DR. I told the receptionist this and she informed me that if she had any cancelations she would let me know right away so that i could get in quicker. True to her word Macy called me within 20 mins and offered me a cancelation spot for that very same day.  HOW AWSOME IS THAT! This time when i went in, I meet Rosy the tech and she was so nice and helpful. Macy put on Netflix for me while i waited which made the time fly by. Dr Nguyen is not just about the profit , he’s about the quality of service. This Dr is awesome people!! I never write reviews but i made an exception for this. Best Dentist in Pasadena!
