My wife talked me into scheduling an appointment with the Harradine’s. Since I am terrified of the dentist, I had put off making an appointment for 20+ years. My teeth weren’t in horrible shape, but they did need some help. Her team were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained each step they took throughout the appointment. At the end of the appointment, they explained what work I needed to have done, and advised me about the my insurance and finances. My next appointment was for fillings. I was terrified. Dr Kim and her assistant had me completely relaxed and at ease in five minutes flat. My teeth look great, and I find myself smiling more since my front tooth is no longer chipped. I highly recommend the Harradine’s! I should have listened to my wife a long time ago and scheduled my appointment. She was right again!

I had an implant and two crowns done here and I am completely satisfied, you get outstanding service as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Rob is so professional and so easy to talk to. When I returned to get my implant for the final time, it felt and looked great to me but Dr. Rob saw something about it that was not just perfect so instead of just letting me leave with it he insisted on getting it sent back to get fixed. Now to me that is the difference in a dentist and a great dentist because he wanted it to be perfect and share with me if it was his tooth this is what I would or would not do. I also saw Dr. Kim and she was wonderful also explaining treatments to you and she let me know that I needed two fillings , they were deep fillings under previous fillings. But instead of telling me to get crowns, she let me know that they could be filled. I appreciate Dr. Rob and Dr. Kim’s honesty. they also have a wonderful staff here as well, Wanda and Lindsey were wonderful and very helpful.

I absolutely love going here. I have always been terrified by dentist but as of my first view to to Complete Dental Care and met with all the people working her that has changed. They are like one big family and they make you feel every much a part of them. Dr. Rob is my dentist and has been very thorough checking everything that needs to be done. Before He started Mary, my Hygienist and she was also very nice and thorough. Due to lack of care on my part she had a lot to do and 3 visits to get everything taken care of and get them ready for Dr. Rob to be able to started his work. He completed by first crown yesterday and I must says through both visits I felt little or no pain at all. I know it sounds strange but I am excited for my next few visits so I can have the beautiful smile I have always wanted. If you are afraid of a dentist as I have always been. both Dr. Rob and Dr. Kim are what I consider as painless as you will ever fine. I look forward to see everyone on Complete Dental Care, PC for the rest of my life. I’ve been going to Dr. Harradine for almost 10 years now. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My husband and I have had multiple procedures performed by both Dr. Kim and Dr. Rob. We have been very pleased every time. I previously had so much anxiety around going to the dentist even for a cleaning. However, Dr. Kim makes me so comfortable, and I can’t imagine going to another office.

Outstanding people! I had a true dental emergency and called offices all over Birmingham. They were the only office to understand my emergency and get me in as soon as possible. Dr. Rob and Dr. Kim both treated me like family. Extracted a tooth on a day when Dr. Rob wasn’t even working, but he knew the severity of it and treated me like family. Dr. Kim was so kind and showed that she really cared about my situation. They fit me into their schedule last minute! I really appreciate this practice and what they do! Great work!

Some people love going to the dentist and think it is a breeze…I am NOT one of those people. I have crazy anxiety when it comes to having dental work done. I want everyone to know if you are in need of a dentist quick,for an emergency reason or just a new dentist to call home this is the place to go! I was treated with such respect and everyone there truly cares about you! I had a dentist that I’d spent thousands of dollars with and called in need of help for a painful tooth. The receptionist of said dentist stated they could not “fit” me in until 2 weeks later! In a panic, I found Dr. Kim Harradine off Google, made a phone call in tears, and was in the dentist chair within the hour. My fear was confirmed that the tooth had an abscess and needed immediate treatment. I had to come back a few days later to allow the antibiotics to get in my system but when I did she confirmed the tooth was completely necrotic. This is one of my front teeth and already has a porcelain crown on it so she carefully went through the back of the tooth and fixed me all up. I have had no pain and just a little soreness! I have never had such superb care from any other dentist. Dr. Harradine will make sure you are comfortable and leave you feeling so much better! I can’t wait to come back for my implant consultation. I know I am in the right place! Thank you all so much!

Having just had an implant procedure by Dr. Harradine; I simply can’t say enough about how very pleased I am. Not only is Dr.Harradine a very highly skilled professional, but also a quite personable and caring human being who does his best to put his patients at ease. And his office staff and assistant seem to go out of their ways to be accommodating and helpful to the patient in attending to his or her needs. Found these folks by chance, several years ago. Have been to them for simple cleanings to having very complex dental work performed. Never once have they failed to go over and above, to make sure I was taken care of. The best way I can explain my feeling’s. When you go somewhere for a service, you know that nobody is honestly going to love, and then you have your kids going there and more importantly your grand kids going. That is the ultimate trust. I would recommend Dr. Kim, and Dr. Rob to anybody I know. They care.

Drs Harradine and Harradine are awesome with my children. Rob Harradine is especially good with teenagers needing wisdom teeth out. He utilizes oral steroids to minimize the swelling and pain. This helps avoid unnecessary pain medications. Kim Harradine gives local injections prior to procedures and minimizes pain with procedures needed. My teeth look great because of their care. Brenda R

I really wasn’t looking forward to going to the dentist since I hadn’t been in several years but I knew I needed to. Since my old dentist was a half hour from our current house, I decided to find a new one and I’m so glad I did. They went above and beyond to help me and arrange things for me that were likely not convenient for them. They were reassuring with the work I needed done and explained everything thoroughly to prepare me so I wouldn’t be nervous or anxious. This made a stressful procedure so much easier to handle so I can just have it done and not be concerned (because it NEEDED to be done). Miss Mary held my hand every step of the way and gave me certain expectations for each visit, I was never left in the dark. Drs Kim and Rob are both excellent and knowledgeable and I’m so thankful to have found them to do the work I needed done.

I love these people!! I first started going to Complete Dental Care because I had moved and needed a dentist downtown. They are so professional and personable. Initially, I just needed a dentist for cleaning, but so glad I chose them because I would need Dr. Kim’s and Dr. Rob’s expertise later down the road. When I was dealing with some lower mouth pain, I called the office and they were able to see me right away. Through the long process I got to know Dr. Kim, Lynsey{dental/surgical assistant}, Dr. Rob and Wanda {dental/surgical assistant}, they all were so kind and funny {something you need when you’re in the chair for a few hours with drills and needles going into your front jawline}. I could write a paper about them and my wonderful experience, but if you ever need something as simple as a dental cleaning to major dental surgery I wouldn’t recommend any other professional dentist and prosthodontics but Complete Dental Care.

I feared going to the dentist before I found the Harradine’s and they’ve changed my life. They are very professional and get the job done right, but what I prefer most is the gentleness of their care, the humor and fun, the fact that my appointments have always been on time, and how Mary cleans my teeth has me spoiled! Dr. Kim is very community oriented and does so much behind the scenes to help others. I highly recommend Complete Dental Care. It’s where my friends and family are right at home.
