5 stars isn’t enough. My experience with Complete Dental Care of Bethesda has been beyond exceptional. From the front desk staff, to assistants, to Dr. Kwon and his wife, Dr. Carpenter Kwon. Earlier this year, Dr. Kwon corrected an issue I had with a prior botched root canal done by another dentist and replaced it with an implant. The entire process was quick and painless. Recently, I had another root canal and crown done and I was actually excited for the appointment because I knew it wouldn’t be traumatizing. It was pleasant, painless and an efficient experience. Even my orthodontist was impressed with Dr. Kwon’s “beautiful crown.” My family members want to switch to Dr. Kwon after seeing how well my root canal went (we’ve all had horrible, painful experiences with other dentists in the past.) I also had to bring my 3-year old daughter to an appointment… i was very hesitant but had no choice. The entire staff was warm and accommodating towards her. Lastly, I do not have dental insurance at the moment and paid cash… so spending my hard earned money for the highest quality work was a top priority. I highly recommend this office and have referred family and friends. Thank you for an incredibly positive experience!!

From the moment I book my appointment to the moment I walked out, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I called Friday morning and they were able to book my appointment that following Monday at 7am. The dental hygienist, I believe her name was Anna, did a very thorough job on my teeth cleaning and gave me tips on how to improve my dental hygiene and health. Dr. Kwon came at the end and gave me an overview at the end. Smooth, simple, and to the point. Thanks for making my trip to the dentist office a breeze!

Dr. Kwon is so nice!  Small and clean practice off Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda, across the street from the Exxon.  He always has free toothpaste and toothbrush samples.  A TV in the exam room during your cleaning keeps you entertained!  I don’t think there is a free parking, I usually just walk there.  He also offers a paid exam for those without insurance, I think it’s $180.

Doctor Peter Kwon is a highly skilled and highly trained dentist with a clean, efficient practice in a beautiful old part of Bethesda. I needed to find a dentist having moved from London, and wanted a honest, expert one but had some troubles finding it. The main concern I have is old amalgam fillings that have to be replaced. This may sound like a gold mine to the unscrupulous,  business oriented dentist. This is certainly not dr. Kwon practice. The reception area is cozy, the news channel is on and there aren’t any hard selling commercial around.  The hygienist is professional, very skilled in taking x rays unlike other practices I have been before, and her cleaning is thorough and effective. Dr. Kwon clearly loves his job. I had a large metal filling replaced by a skillfully placed ceramic onlay, and a metal filling replaced by white composite material. The onlay was very slightly sensitive for a few days, and I went back to Dr Kwon for a small fine tuning. Excellent job and nearly a month later the sensitivity is gone. The white filling was done very well, even though it was quite a large cavity. Reasonably priced, honest and professional,  this would be a highly recommended practice.
