Very pleased with everyone I met at this office. Dr. Chiru was reassuring and pleasant. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Both of the hygienists who helped me were skilled and charming. They are even a couple of adorable feral cats living in the parking lot. Watching them was like having an animal planet video to amuse me while I waited on the doctor. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and given her their number.

After I was numbed up, Dr Chiru had my top wisdom teeth out in less than three minutes. The right one was out in about 15 seconds. Didn’t feel a thing! Wonderful people! The whole thing, from x-rays, to numbing, to ripping them out and walking out the door, took less than an hour. Great dentist.

The staff members are very professional and friendly.  Dr. Chiru is the best dentist I have seen.  She got right to the problem and worked immediately to help with my problem.  The wait was minimal and I appreciate the email notifications they send to welcome me as a new patient.  This practice is Highly Recommended.

My wife is wheelchair disabled and it was difficult finding a dentist that would work with her.  They have never had anyone in a wheelchair, but Dr. Chiru was up for the challenge.  It was a pleasant experience for my wife, and they worked with us to get all the things taken care of that needed it.  The staff was always friendly and we haven’t experienced any of the problems other reviewers are complaining about.  My wife has been a patient of theirs for 3 years now.

I had the absolute best experience here. I dread gong to the dentist because i know i needed worked done and fear hearing how much my teeth were in bad shape. They gave me the numbing solution and i didn’t feel anything at all. The dentist were so patient and reassuring. The root canal was a lot of money but i knew it was something that i needed to get taken care of asap. They follow up with you to see how you are feeling after any procedures and remind you of your next apt. Because of them i am able to eat comfortable and I Truly am happy i went here. yay i love the dentist again <3

Probably one of the best jesel jesel experiences I’ve had in 15 years. I was actually doing a military appt (not overly profitable for the Dr office), and Dana, at the front desk, was very understanding that was running late, due to weather. Great techs and those ladies were all professional, quick and courteous. Dr was equally awesome. If I lived closer I’d make this my regular dental provider. Complete Dental of Swuanee has a very positive atmosphere collectively! From the Receptionist, to the Assistants! However, Dr. Chiru was awesome! She was very patient and made me feel really comfortable prior to starting the procedure (couldn’t feel a thing). My past experiences weren’t so great with dentist, so naturally I had my reservations. But after seeing her, I would definitely recommend Dr. Chiru. Especially if you’re a nervous wreck like myself, she’s official!!

Dr. Chiru done a fabulous job, her way of treatment is super cool and felt like very much experienced. People scare of dental issues must visit here, In my life I saw the best person as a doctor. If there is 10 star rating I would prefer to go 10. Painless tooth extraction, didn’t even feel like your tooth extraction done with in that short time. No words to say simply she is great??

I have bee going to Dr. Chiru for about 2 1/2 yrs now, which started with me getting a full oral exam, then invisalign, teeth cleaning, and everything in between. She is not only beautiful on the outside, but she is beautiful on the inside. Dr. Chiru and her staff are extremely professional, kind, and informative. Since I’ve been going my boyfriend has left his previous Dentist an dis not a patient at Dr. Chiru after hearing about my experiences. I am never waiting for long periods of time, and the single time that happened the Dr. and staff were extremely apologetic, explained the situation, and frankly I didn’t event realize I was waiting that long. Finally, if you are concerned about an office that take the proper precautions, and follow a strict protocol to keep them and their patients safe during this Covid-19 pandemic, this office it top notch. I can’t brag how impressed I am, where I feel very safe, and I can’t say that about ANY other establishment I go into. If you’re looking for a Dentist, your look is over. Dr. Chiru is the best dentist I’ve ever had the privilege of being treated by. My wife initially recommended I visit her office and ever since I’ve chosen Neelima as my dentist and trust her recommendations completely. She is warm, genuine,professional and as always willing to help! Her staff are a phenomenal reflection of her!

Would recommend Dr. Chiru to anyone. Drove over an hour for my son to see her. She started everything right away where other Dentist wanted him to wait 3 weeks. Needless to say we have a new Dentist so worth the drive. Thanks Dr. Chiru!!

Complete dental of Suwanee is an amazing place. Dr. Chiru is always smiling, very professional. The staff is also very courteous and it’s a great location as well. If you are waiting on your little one in getting some procedure done, you have Kroger right next to it, where you can shop spend time. It’s really a great place for all your dental needs.

Their professionalism contains the ‘human factor’ where they naturally deliver, quality, professional, complete dental care with kindness, compassion, courtesy and the element of ‘family’. I truly enjoy the service that I have received at Complete Dental. The dentist is the best she will go out the way to help you and make things work for you. Also the dental assistants are so sweet. This dental office make the clients as comfortable as possible. I’m introducing others to come to this office to get the same treatment that I received.

The staff has been wonderful, especially Ashley at the front desk, Dr. Lala and Dr. Chiru. Ashley always has a smile when I walk in the door. Very welcoming and great personality! They have taken great care of me especially when I was having a lot of unknown issues. I was personally called to ask how I was doing. The appointment scheduling has been convenient and flexible with my schedule. Overall it has been excellent!!

My family and I have been coming to this dentist since I moved to the area a little over 3 years ago. We have all had quite a bit of work done to our teeth during this time period, and we have been pleased with the results. They are even able to perform many surgeries that many dental offices have to refer you to a specialist to complete. The staff is well educated, very friendly, not making us feel rushed and is always timely in their appointments. Quality service is what stands out in a competitive market setting and is one of the things I value most about Complete Dental of Suwanee, especially under new management.

Had a crown come loose and the dentist who installed not any of the other 9 locations for great expressions I contacted could get me in to simply re-cement it. I was referred to Complete Dental of Suwanee by 1-800-Dentist after I tired of calling other practices and they were very helpful, getting me in the same day and fixing my problem. In this day of lost customer service, they went above and beyond and I will be moving my business to them.

Wonderful staff. Need work done in a timely matter and they were more than accommodating for my whole family in one visit. The staff was also very patient and understanding with my autistic son. So glad to have found them as our new dentist

Dr. Chiru has always done excellent, quick and reliable work. Ive even had a root canal done and it was painless. Her attention to her patients comfort as well as her guiding and instructing her assistants as she performs procedures, is excellent.

I had a traumatizing event with the Dentist years ago and great fear of seeing a dentist but doctor Chiru Made Me feel calm and I was treated quickly and comfortably. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who is uncomfortable with dentistry. Great people great office staff as well.

She was very nice, professional and everything that I requested to be done on my teeth was perfect! I highly recommend Dr Chiru for your dental needs. Her assistants and dental hygenist were also very nice and they always ensured that I was comfortable with all the procedures they have performed.

Had to do a lot of work over the past few months and I needed a dentist close by to my new place, so I tried Complete Dental in Suwanee. They are fantastic at what they do. Their dentists and hygienist are wonderful, and they complete their work in a timely fashion. I usually feel some level of discomfort for any dental procedure, even with anesthetics, but my time recently was the first time I had no discomfort, no lingering soreness, or otherwise. Two thumbs up. The only improvement I would say is to continue training the newer assistants so they get the experiences needed to be better supports for the primary physicians.

I had a VERY sensitive tooth and therefore I was highly nervous about my procedure. Dr. Chiru and her staff made sure I was COMPLETELY comfortable and pain free before anything else! The extreme patience they required to deal with me did not go unnoticed! I am truly grateful for them! Thank you guys!
