Located directly across from the Exxon gas station with street 2 hour meter parking and/or public parking behind the building. The actual doctor’s office, is located up one flight of stairs to the left. Beautiful casual office with a friendly receptionist, assistant and doctor. My boyfriend came for a routine checkup. Our wait wasn’t long and his appointment lasted about 15-20mins. All questions he had were answered and the cleaning was painless. He was comfortable and happy with the service provided. He’ll return and now I will also change doctors as I was looking for a new dentist closer to home.

Dr. Puja Agarwal and her staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome when you come into the office. The office is clean and bright. They are following COVID guidelines and precautions in the office by taking your temperature when you enter the office and filling out a form asking you about COVID. They have you call the office 5 minutes before the appointment to make sure it is ok for you to come in the office. Dr. Agarwal, when working on your teeth, is in full personal protective equipment: gown, glove, mask and face shield. I always feel safe and confident when going to the dentist.

Dr. Agarwal DDS PC is very professional, and has a nice way of making you very comfortable when you are in the dentist chair. She has a young women who will take the dental x-rays, and she will do the cleaning and the exam. Amazing experience with this team. i had a real emergency with a broken crown.. they were very flexible to accommodate me and provided me with a temporary cap till they could get a permanent one. I was very anxious going in because it had been years since I was able to see a dentist and when I was a teenager I had a really negative experience with a root canal that got infected resulting in my tooth being pulled. Complete Family Dental Care located at 8315 North Brook Lane #101, Bethesda, MD is located in the heart of Bethesda. The dentist there, Puja Agarwal DDS PC, is extremely polite and professional. She has a very soft touch when it came to examining and cleaning my teeth. You just feel like you’re at home when you enter the office. The front desk person is Yolonda and she has a very nice way about her in making you feel welcome. They had a barrier up at the frond desk so when you were greeted by Yolonda you felt safe. I had to call 5 minutes before my appointment to make sure it was ok to come in. When I entered I was the only patient in the office. After filling out forms that I was given by the front desk Dr. Agarwal’s assistant came out and gave me a gown and goggles to put on. Both Dr. Agarwal and her assistant were both wearing gowns, masks, and face shields. When I sat in the chair they told me to take off my mask and went straight to work on cleaning and examining my teeth. I was in and out of the office probably in 20 minutes and that included scheduling my next appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Agarwal as a dentist to see if you are in the market for a Dentist.
