Dr. Moushati has been my dentist for many years. I started seeing him for all my needs when I first relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 1998. He has been an excellent health care provider, explains everything he plans to address and is honest and reasonable. His team at the office offers great service and, whenever I have to reschedule an appointment, they are willing to do whatever is needed to fit me in. I currently live out of state and moved from South Florida in 2000. I still, to this day, travel to see him twice yearly for my exams and cleanings. Great dentist.  I’ve been going here for 8 years (pretty much since I moved to Florida in 2006) so I’ve had pretty much the full range of services done.  Cleanings, fillings, whitening and a crown.  Also, I really like that Dr. Moushati takes the time to personally go over my X-rays and any other problem areas I need to work on.  In addition they’ve been really flexible with my crazy travel schedule.  From a technology perspective as well, he definitely seems quite a bit ahead of the curve in terms of adopting new technology which I quite enjoy being a 20 year veteran of the tech industry 😉

I have been seeing Indira and Dr. Moushati for a few years now. I started seeing them after not seeing a dentist in a few years. They were amazing in all ways. They reminded of how important it is to have regular cleaning. I expressed to them that I am not fond of pain (to put it lightly) and they assured me they would make sure my pain would be minimal. Well, they have done so every visit since. I was going every 3-4 months for a year because of the build up I had for not going and they have done such a great job, I now only need to go every 6 months. Yesterday, I had all of my old silver fillings replaced with new white fillings and it couldn’t have gone any better. I am thrilled with the way they feel and the process was quick and almost painless. I am also happy to report the crown Dr. Moushati placed on a tooth a few years ago still feels like a real tooth without any issues. On top of being excellent at what they do, the lobby of the Fort Lauderdale office is very relaxing and the staff is nice. I highly recommend you have them check out your teeth, especially if you haven’t been to a dentist in a while. You can go in for a check up without worrying about being up-sold like so many of the corporate offices

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR

Dr. John Moushati graduated from the William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey in 1982. He spent two years in a Masters Program studying Organic Chemistry at University of Maryland, College Park. He enrolled in Dental School at UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School in 1987 and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in 1991. After graduation Dr. Moushati completed a General Practice Residency program at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, which is affiliated with Seton Hall University. Hospital Dentistry was of interest to me,” says Dr. Moushati. “It taught me many skills of Oral Surgery that helped me later in the field of Implant Dentistry.” In 1995, Dr. Moushati opened his private practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and in 1997 he pursued his interest in Implant Dentistry by completing a one-year Implant Dentistry Training Program sponsored by the University of Miami School of Medicine. Ever since, he has taken many courses in both Prosthetic and Surgical Procedures sponsored by many institutions such as the Misch Implant Institute. He currently practices General Dentistry with emphasis on implant and cosmetics. Dr. Moushati has treated hundreds of cases in both surgical and restorative phases of dental implants and has extensive experience in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
