I had a broken tooth on a Saturday and Complete Smiles worked me in to check it out. They were warm and friendly and set my mind at ease about what was going on. I was headed out of town for business but came back when I returned from my trip to have it permanently repaired. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new dentist.

Dr. Yi is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my 30+ years of life. From east coast to west coast and back again, she and her office staff are the best out of all dentists I’ve had.  Her office is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is ultra courteous and polite.  I’ve never had a better cleaning than the one Dr. Yi just gave me. I love that she does the cleanings herself rather than a hygienist who can be hit or miss in my past experience.  Dr. Yi has also done two flawless and painless fillings for me.  She is superb at what she does…very professional and personable, as well. She doesn’t make you feel bad for having teeth problems and always makes good recommendations.  I leave her office feeling greatful that I have finally found a great dentist.  And she is Open on Saturday’s!  Nothing more to say other than go to her and see for yourself…you will not regret it.

The office was clean and decorated nicely. I was greeted right away and everything was completed online prior to the visit. Sometimes I’ve found after completing forms online, I still have to hand fill forms while in office- not the case here- which I loved. The tech was kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable. They went over everything financially prior to leaving and even showed me X-rays and what they were referring to specifically per tooth. Each person showed a high level of competency and knowledge. 

Dr. Yi is an excellent dentist. She explained everything VERY throughly and kept asking if I had any questions. They even took the time to explain exactly how much my insurance will cover and how much would come out of my own pocket. Highly recommended.

The first dentist i tried to make an appointment with on here called to tell me they couldn’t fulfill my appointment, and next available time was at the end of the month. So then I tried Katherine Yi and got an appointment next day. Wait took only a minute or two more than for me to fill out a bit of paperwork, the least find I’ve ever had to wait to be seen at a dentist. Teeth cleaning was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever gone through, and the results were better than expected. Staff were all very friendly, happy, and helpful. Top notch, I have no complaints, already recommended to a friend. 

Dr. Yi is a punctual doctor with a gentle approach. Her work is great as well- I’ve had a couple fillings done at her office, and it’s always a positive experience! Her office is always clean and welcoming. The front office staff, assistants and hygienists are also great and friendly!

Dr. Yi, her assistant and the front desk could not have been more professional, helpful and kind. Their explanation was so clear as to what had to be done and they were able to give me an exact price which was a fraction of what my dentist of 35 years had quoted. Dr. Yi is obviously someone who cares about the well being of her patient rather than being a businesswoman. She also identified the exact problems and was able to show me right there what they were. I couldn’t have been more pleased!

My husband and I have seen Dr. Katherine Yi for several occasions, for a root canal, several fillings and for our regular deep cleaning. They have always been very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and Dr. Yi’s assistants are very thorough in explaining all the procedures. I would definitely recommend it!

Dr Katherine Yi is truly AWESOME! I’ve been to many dentists while living in Atlanta for over 25 years and by far Dr Katherine Yi is the absolute best. I’ve followed her to 3 different office/practice moves. Yes- she’s just that great and worth it! She’s great at what she does and is extremely kind, personable, thorough, and a perfectionist with her masterpiece- your teeth! What I’m about to say may come off as an oxymoron but she truly made every dentist visit as enjoyable and pleasant that any dentist visit can be. It’s known that everyone dreads a trip to the dentist; however, Dr Yi and her staff completely debunks that. She always makes every procedure as painless as it’s possible. She runs a high integrity practice. I’ve been to other dental offices in Atlanta where I was told to drop an arm and a leg for dental work I did not even need. There was one incident where I wanted to try out a new dentist since Dr Katherine moved and this location is closer to my home. I was told by this other dentist that I needed to get root canal, crown, etc. I also got charged with other outlandish fees. I made the trek to Suwanee/Sugarloaf just to come to Dr Katherine Yi’s practice after that incident and turned out all I needed was a filling. Also, I had a $10 credit and she made sure I received it towards my recent visit. You always leave each visit with a “goody bag” filled with a new toothbrush, miniature toothpaste, and floss. Always something that I can easily use while I’m on the go or after a meal while I’m at work. Angela the Coordinator is always pleasant, patient, and helpful as well. She always greets you with a smile. It’s been almost 3 years that I reunited with Dr Katherine at Complete Smiles and I make the trek from my office near Perimeter Mall to her dental office. She’s worth going the extra mile or two for. I highly recommend. You will not regret!! Another huge plus is that they are very accommodating with your schedule and will fit you in very easily and quickly. 5+ Stars to Dr. Katherine Kim and her staff at Complete Smiles!

I was very well pleased with my first visit to Complete Smile and with Dr. Yi. She took the time to explain the procedures that I needed to have done. Then a very thorough cleaning took place. I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone that was looking for a dentist.
