Very happy with this dentist. Staff is very pleasant and very helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere also. Procedures are completely explained before hand and quickly and professionally done. If payment plan is needed, it is explained and also hand out pamphlets for you to read at home. I recommend to anyone. Taking care of your teeth is finally a pleasant experience. Note: Lots of parking in back.

I just recently switched to Comprehensive Family Dental after years of seeing Royalton Dental Associates. Dr. Ramya was quick to see me early on after the onset of the pandemic to take care of a tooth that was chipping away in my mouth. Both Dr. Ramya and her office stayed in touch with me during the duration of the shut-down to ensure that I was okay and that the issue didn’t escalate while waiting for offices to reopen. This afternoon, I began the process of getting a root canal / crown put on the problem tooth. The team at Comprehensive Family Dental made sure that my dental anxieties were addressed. They checked in frequently through the procedure to ensure I was comfortable and not experiencing any type of pain. Their banter between work made me feel like I was in friendly hands. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time I was there. I can’t exactly say that I’m looking forward to going back and getting a crown, but I’m glad it will be with a dental team that is equipped to work in an efficient, cheery, pain-free way.

I am so pleased with Dr. Ramya. She is so kind and always makes you feel welcome and important. Her staff, including the front desk, assistants and hygienists, are all just like the doctor, pleasant and welcoming. I have seen many dentists in 3 different states and Dr. Ramya is by far my favorite! I do recommend this practice to friends, family, and co-workers who need a dentist.

Dr. Ramya Jagannathan is an asset to the patients living around North Royalton. I live in Westlake and drove down to her clinic due to the great reviews I had heard from friends— despite the distance. My daughter was who hates dentists was terrified to get her cavities filled due to her prior experiences with dentists. She came back feeling very happy. She is all of 7, and she was assuring her older brother that Dr. Ramya’s clinic does a great job, and she hardly felt anything — that is if he ever has a toothache in future. That is a big compliment coming from a 7-year-old. Dr. Ramya is the best with kids. She was very gentle and patient and knew exactly what to say and do to keep my kid calm and comfortable throughout the process. My daughter also loved Cori at the doctor’s Clinic. Cori kept her engaged throughout the process in a very playful and sweet manner. I got my teeth cleaning and cavities fixed too. And before I knew it, I had two cavities filled, and the rest of my deep cleaning finished. She was quick yet efficient. Looking at my daughter( all of 7 who opted for no shots ), I opted to get the cavity filling done without anesthesia, and the whole process was still painless and very quick. Autumn and Alex were amazing. Alex went above and beyond to ensure all my teeth were deep cleaned. And Autumn was smooth as if she could read the doctor’s mind. She always had everything the doc needed— ready to go. The front staff- Tiffany, and Sara were very warm and welcoming. All of them worked together like a fine-tuned instrument–In total harmony. It was a joy to see such a great team working efficiently to deliver exceptional patient care. I will definitely be going back!!!”
