My experiences with Dr. Concepcion and her staff have been consistently excellent.  Dr. Concepcion has a lovely demeanor and is so knowledgeable and smart.  In addition to routine exams, Dr. Concepcion has done fillings and crowns for both me and my husband.  All have been done painlessly and with a gentle touch (as opposed to some dentists that are really rough!).  My husband and I huge fans of Dr. Concepcion and her team and are so grateful to have her as our dentist.

From start to finish I had such a great experience. Helen at the front desk was very kind and professional. After the X-rays Dr. Concepcion was with me quickly. She was very through and explained everything she was doing which I appreciated. I also felt very safe during the appointment, they were both very mindful of covid cautions.

I had amazing experience with Dr. Melissa and her super friendly assistant. From the moment i got in and got temperature measured they were so nice and They fallow all the COVID-19 protocols. I had two cavities and Dr. Melissa was so gentle I didn’t felt anything and everything was done really fast . Super friendly office and positive vibes , I recommend Dr . Anna Melissa to everyone .

I have been going to this office for years now and can say only positive things. Aside from the doctor the staff is phenomenal, they treat you with respect and always a warm welcoming when I walk through the doors. Special recognition to the office manager Amanda who has dealt with many types of patients personalities on a professional level she is truly amazing. I would recommend to this doctor for those who enjoy friendly staff along with pearly white teeth.

Professional, competent, comfortable. And on the issue of trust, I think she/they did a GREAT job trying to avoid doing more procedures than necessary (I thought I needed a filling, my prior dentist wanted to put in a filling… but Dr.Concepcion explained it COULD be done but wasn’the right thing). AND– this is easily the best cleaning I’ve ever had. My teeth came out looking better than any of my prior 3 dentists in the past 15 years!

Visiting Dr. Concepcion’s office is a very pleasant experience. Dr.C is very friendly and compassionate, and her dental care is excellent. The receptionist is warm and welcoming, and everyone is professional and caring. I highly recommend her practice to anyone, but especially to people who feel I’ll at ease about dental work. You will be in caring, capable hands with Dr. Concepcion.

I first started seeing Dr. Concepcion upon the recommendation of my orthodontist when my dentist retired, and I am thrilled with the results of the dental cleanings and annual checkups that I have received at Concept Dental. Dr. Concepcion and her colleagues are very knowledgeable, respectful and have created a warm office environment. Dr. Concepcion is also very caring and passionate about her area of expertise. She is always attentive to whatever questions and concerns I have and she provides me with excellent guidance and recommendations when necessary. I highly recommend Concept Dental!

Dr. Concepcion is a rock star!  She’s kind and friendly and unbelievably good at what she does: for example, when she gave me an injection to numb my gums, she was so gentle that I didn’t even realize she was doing it until she told me she was done! I HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone!

I saw Dr. Concepcion at her previous place of employment and she was seriously the best dentist I’ve ever had. So of course I had to find her and make her my primary dentist again! Dr Concepcion has amazing bedside manner, exceptional service, and always provides excellent dental education. I highly recommend her and would never go to another dentist again.

I have been receiving my dental care from Dr. Concepcion for almost two years! I am so grateful for her kindness and her honest work ethic. If you do not need the service she will not state that you do. She is very thorough in her care and very informative of your dental hygiene. I have a history of traumatic experiences with previous doctors and I am so glad I found Dr. Concepcion. I can go to her office sure and anxiety-free because I know I will leave her office with healthier teeth and educated on how to improve and maintain my optimal dental hygiene. What can I say? Well–I have been in NYC for about 3 years and have seen Dr. Concepcion throughout my time here. She came highly recommended by a close friend–who is an orthodontist, and now she’s stuck with me for the rest of my dental life. 🙂 She is very thorough–as in, she will clean my teeth until every little nook and cranny is completely polished. She is extremely knowledgeable–as she helped me to look into and decide upon the best retainer to purchase. She is super attentive and is a great conversationalist–so much so that I look forward to swapping stories with her every time I’m in. If it wasn’t for the fact that insurance only covers me for visits twice a year, I’d probably be in here just about every month. That being said, if I ever have a question or issue in between visits, Dr. Concepcion has always been super helpful and has quelled a lot of my anxieties over the years. In closing, if she takes your insurance, do yourself a favor and meet with Dr. Concepcion–you won’t regret it. After all, how often does someone with almost 2000 restaurant reviews actually take the time to review a dentist? Exactly–you can thank me later.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Concepcion for several years and didn’t think twice about following her to her new practice. Firstly, she’s a great dentist who is honest and knowledgable regarding dental health. She is also extremely kind and friendly. I enjoy catching up with her at every appointment. The whole staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend this practice if you’re in NYC.

Dr. Concepcion is very thorough and knowledgable about each of her patients’ needs and concerns. She has a warm and friendly bedside manner that puts everyone at ease. She also is honest and realistic when it comes to any additional procedures you may or may not need – not like other doctors who may push you to have more procedures done than is necessary!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Concepcion for years and have always impressed and extremely happy with my care. I have always been seen right on time – no exceptions. Dr. Concepcion is professional, thoughtful and upbeat and has a very positive bedside manner. For those who are nervous with the thought of seeing a dentist – here is a good story. After 8 years of avoiding the dentist out of fear, I finally convinced my “big tough” husband to see her and he was so at ease and impressed and now will only go to her for care!

After each visit to Dr. Concepcion, whether it’s a routine checkup, cleaning or dental emergency I have always left feeling more than comfortable with the level of care received. If there is a dental issue Dr. Concepcion not only explains in detail what I can do for preventative care in the future but also thoroughly answers any questions I have without making me feel rushed. She is courteous, professional and cares about her patients. Highly recommended to anyone in search of a dentist in the NYC area
