This office is truly amazing! My son needed full top and bottom braces with a pallet expander, very over whelming for an anxious 9 year old . Everyone In the office went out of their way to make him comfortable. Explaining everything before it was done, and giving him breaks when needed . The doctor even called to make sure he was doing okay that night . Although we’re every early in this braces journey, I’m extremely pleased we chose to take it with this office !!

My daughter had braces for a little over two years. Everyone in the office was fantastic, from the original financial conversations all the way through the removal of her braces. Dr. Daniels is very personable, and willing to answer any and all questions.  The staff is fantastic – Peggy is our favorite!!  She is kind, caring and gentle.  The office itself is wonderful with the fish tank and video games.  I would recommend this office without any reservation!

We could not say more good things about the entire office. Everyone made my daughter feel comfortable from the start. There is not one bad person in the office. Everyone is caring and  attentive. Dr. Daniels is wonderful. He even dealt with an issue after hours, no problem. I would recommend his office to everyone without hesitation.

I first came to dr Daniels for my young daughter who needed orthodontics. His attention to my daughter and care in dealing with her was amazing! When I needed braces a short time later, dr Daniels was an obvious choice. He is professional, great with clients, attentive, and has one of the best run offices I have ever done business with. I never waited more than a minute for my appointment and I was out of there within the appointment window every time! For a busy working mother (who didn’t want to have to deal with braces at all) it made it much easier to manage. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!! Great staff. I did not have a single negative experience! I will certainly return with my younger children should they need braces!

Honestly the best orthodontist. Just finished Invisalign with them after a year and a half. They were always so friendly and accommodating. Recently my retainers were not ready on time (I was not at all upset about this) but because of the mix up they just sent me a $25 Amazon gift card. They are the best, always go above and beyond!

Love Dr Daniels! He’s amazing and I love his pens that advertise his practice! He does excellent work and treats each person individually despite the many hygienists who work for him. His hygienists are polite, personable and professional. The office staff that greet you when you sign in are friendly and make you feel right at home. The office is so inviting and beautiful from the koi pond to the salt water fish aquarium. You always feel so special while you are there. It IS the happiest place on earth and I am over the top satisfied about how great my teeth look!!

I first tried braces as an adult, over 10 years ago, and it was a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to see another orthodontist. However, my bite was causing health problems, so I went to see Dr Daniels at CT Valley Orthodontics after my dentist recommended him. I am so glad I did! He and his team were fantastic and the office is beautiful, with a very warm vibe. They explained everything clearly, both at the beginning, and throughout the treatment. In addition, my appointments were always on time, and I was never made to wait. I highly recommend CT Valley Orthodontics!

Today, my soon to be 8-year old got her top braces. My girl has major anxiety. We have struggled with flu shots, doctors visits, teeth cleaning and have been told she will grow out of it, but she has not. Connecticut Valley Orthodontics was recommended to us by our regular dentist because of their ability to work with tough patients. I must say, the moment I walk into their office, it felt like an amazing place. My daughter cried when we got to the office. All the kids at school told her that her mouth was going to hurt and the anxiety increased. However, the office has a gorgeous fish tank and my daughter calmed down. She stared at the fish and began to self soothe. There is a small pond with coy fish and my daughter loved looking at the fish swim. The colors on the walls were vibrant and it felt like a great place. Most importantly, the staff were just patient and incredible. Meghan and Dr. Daniels were such an amazing tag-team. Meghan explained each tool she was going to use to my daughter to help her understand that there was nothing to fear. She encouraged my daughter to take as many breaks as she needed to help lower her anxiety and it worked! There were no melt-downs. Dr. Daniels was simply brilliant. He has a charm with kids to make them feel at ease. My daughter became a little chatter-box with him and she was totally comfortable under his care. When we were done, Meghan gave me thorough instructions on how to help clean her braces and I left their office completely delighted! Dr. Daniels even took a selfie with my daughter. I whole-heartedly recommend this practice to anyone, especially to those moms and dads with children that require extra attention. Thank you Connecticut Valley Orthodontics for such a great experience!

Doctors and office staff alike are the image of competence and professionalism. Their premises are impeccably maintained and decorated, and they use the latest in cutting edge technology. As an adult making the decision to invest in my own Invisalign, I felt they went above and beyond and were worth every penny.
