It took me 2 years to find Dr Jacobson and I’m glad I found her. I’ve never been excited about a crown before, but Dr Jacobson made a perfectly-fitting crown when two dentists before her had failed. She and her staff are friendly, attentive and respectful. Appointments are easy to make and I’ve been promptly seen at my scheduled appointment time. It’s reassuring to finally find a dentist I can trust!

This place is AMAZING!! The entire Staff is fabulous and so welcoming! Dr. Jacobsen is always there for you when you need her – I came in on a whim to see if she could assist me before my baby shower and they took me right in – no questions asked. If you’re in need of a new dentist, Dr. Jacobsen is your girl!

It has been a couple of years since my last cleaning and decided that it was time to go to the dentist. Everyone if the office was great and friendly and explained everything and made sure that I understood and was willing to answer any questions that I had. They were great with their care and made sure that I felt comfortable for my entire visit.

I’m so happy I found this place. They treat you like family and give you a sense of calm like no other dental office I’ve had in the past.  Procedures are done with care and they walk you through the entire process. Just took my husband and son this week and they both gave a thumbs up.  Thank you Dr. Jacobsen and a shout out to everyone in your office. A wonderful experience.

I love love love Contemporary Dentistry and Dr. Jacobsen! My sister introduced us as she was a current patient. The staff are all amazing and helpful, not like in most doctors offices these days. Dr. Jacobsen helped me in an emergency when my filing fell out, came in on a Saturday, even though we had never met and I was not even a patient yet. The office keeps well up to date on everything they do and are more than fair. I started bringing my kids and my husband to Dr. Jacobsen too because of the amazing experience of having a dentist that cares about your comfort and makes you feel at home. Have been going for a year now and haven’t had a single bad experience. I can’t speak highly enough of this office!!!

Hands down, this is the best dentist I have been to. All of the staff members are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they walk you through everything they’re doing. They also provide information and advice for taking care of your teeth at home. The office is clean and organized and my appointments begin on time. I’ve had regular cleanings, deep cleanings, and periodontal work, and all of it went great. My teeth and gums are healthier than ever. I don’t have to be ashamed of my smile anymore. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get dental work done.

Dr. Jacobsen and her staff are truly amazing!! I have been coming here for over 6 years now. The staff know me by name, as soon as I walk in the door. They ask about my family and friends! It feels like family. It is a very comfortable environment. They have couches in the reception area and warm fresh baked cookies waiting for you! They definitely go out of their way to make you feel like you are not at a dental office and make sure you feel completely comfortable. I recommend her to all my friends and family and anyone looking for a dentist!

You guys did an amazing job with my new smile, and I appreciate everything that you have done throughout the whole process. Not only were the results great, but so was the whole experience…thanks to the staff and the relaxing environment, every step of the way was such a comfortable experience. I have been a patient of Contemporary Dentistry for over 20 years. The team of professionals are knowledgeable and make a trip to the dentist comfortable and fun! Yes! I do mean fun! I can’t remember a single time leaving there feeling disappointed with the service I received. They work diligently with my insurance company to ensure the full coverage of benefits available to me. They recommend services needed and have plans I can take home and review so I can decide what and when the best time would be for me to start with procedures. Along with necessary maintenance they offer cosmetic services as well. A teeth whitening is a nice perk and not one that will break the bank! Go ahead- pay them a visit! I think you’ll be very happy you did!

Just finished my semi annual checkup and cleaning.  As expected, everything was done in a very professional and caring manner.  The office has recently been remodeled to further enhance the already awesome experience.  If you are new to the area or looking to change your dental professional, this is the place to go first.

I got my teeth worked on here after seeing them advertise for free cleanings for veterans. I am a disabled vet, but do not qualify for dental because I am not 100%. I have not had my teeth cleaned in 3 years and I went to see Kathy. When I was there they found 4 teeth that needed work and I have zero insurance. they covered the cost for me 100%. A company that supports veterans like this is a A+++++ company. I would have had just to wait till I could afford it and I was in pain. She made my experience the best I could possibly ask for and I would refer anyone there.

Great dentistry. Kathy the dentist is the the best. She did my venures and I absolutely love them. I wouldnt go any where else. She was never pushy when it came to the decision making for my venures. She was very considerate and took the time to listen, on what concerns I was having. She was very genuine and honest. I get my other dental work done here as well. The hygentists and other staff members are awsome too l . Always welcoming and going out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this office for years now! Dr. Jacobsen is very friendly and knowledgeable! It’s nice to have a dentist who you can trust to do quality work. Her staff is just as great. Dr. Jacobsen and her staff are amazing. I came to this office through a referral because I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a few years and needed a crown put in, after going to another office and quoted for thousands of dollars, a friend of mine recommended me to come here and I couldn’t be happier. Not only did Dr. Jacobsen give me a better quote, but the entire office staff was very professional and quite welcoming. I’ve been a patient for almost a year and a half and wouldn’t recommend anyone going anywhere else!

My family and I moved from Texas to Arizona and we found Dr. Jacobsen’s office on Yelp. She is an incredible dentist who is caring, kind, and meticulous with her work. She connected with my daughter on a personal level, talking to her about the medical field. The staff is very kind and timely with appointments; there’s very little wait time.

For years I had looked in the Gilbert Area for a great dentist and my wife found Contemporary dentistry for me. Kathy the owner and her staff are awesome. They are pain free (believe me I freak out going to dentists lol) and her staff will take care of your dental concerns. I wound up needing new Vaneers and a serious deep cleaning..my teeth were pretty bad… Kathy got it done super affordable. And wow perfect! Kathy is awesome! I work as a gold miner year round and I film on a hit tv show on Discovery channel Gold Rush: Dave Turin’s Lost Mine. When I went in I had pain in my teeth, bleeding gums and my bonding on my front teeth had failed. I was in pain but Kathy, Jenna and her team fixed all that. Bottom line: no more pain, nice white smile and really affordable. I’m a customer for life!

Dr. Jacobsen and her staff are wonderful. I’m a “going to the dentist” hater but found Contemporary Dentistry and now the dentist isn’t that bad. The whole appointment is an easy and friendly process. They don’t push X-rays or treatments that are unnecessary. All staff is very attentive and welcoming. I’ve been going there for 1.5 years now and will continue, even though I moved further away from the office.

I’ve been seeing Kathy Jacobsen and Contemporary Dentistry for several years now and cannot recommend them enough! Not only is the care top-notch, the staff are amazing in efficiency and ALWAYS in a great mood and fun to be around! To emphasize my recommendation, it’s important to note that I actually live in the far West Valley and am willing to make the drive to Gilbert for that degree of excellent care. My wife and I have been trying to find out what in the world is causing the excruciating pain in her gums and mouth for over two years now! We have visited various Dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists and a general neurologist. All we got were more referrals and no solutions. We visited Dr. Jacobsen’s office last week and it was like a breath of fresh air! She and her staff were very interested in my wife’s case and listened to her whole history in trying to determine the cause and to find a solution. After a thorough exam, Dr. Jacobson could not promise to eliminate the pain but she is the first Dentist to offer a couple options to try and fight the pain. She did not want to refer us away like all the prior doctors did. We can’t say enough to find someone who will take steps with us to try and solve this pain issue. Dr. Jacobson’s whole office was very pleasant and compassionate to my wife’s situation. We appreciate her listening to the patient and actually trying different options. They are helping us bring back that beautiful smile on my wife’s face. Thank you all.

I found this office to be fabulous. I worked in the dental field for 44 years and am very particular whom I see. I found all of the staff to be very pleasant and professional. They make you feel at home immediately. Jenna did an amazing job with my prophy (cleaning). Dr Jacobsen is very down to earth, laid back, and quite knowledgeable. I observed her with several patients and was totally impressed. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have been going to this dentist office for several years. I have always had anxiety and fear when going to a dentist appointment, whether it’s just a cleaning or needing work done. This office takes the time and it’s pretty much painless. Highly recommend and of course gotta love doctor Kathy.

I love my dentist! I have had a lot of fear for years and as a result was not going to the dentist. Thanks God I found Dr. Jacobsen because she has allowed me to talk about my fears, made me feel at ease, explains everything she’s going to do, and does not force any treatments on me. She’s happy to go at my speed for my dental work and that helps calm my fears. As a matter of fact, fear is generally gone now and I have been going regularly because of her bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

I love Dr. Jacobsen and the staff. They are always so professional and personable. Very organized set up when it comes to appointment reminders, arrival, and next appointment setup. I have been going to Dr Jacobsen’s office for 3 years now. I was referred by a family friend and now I refer all my friends and family here. The hygienist always are friendly and thorough. I always leave feeling super clean. When I had to get some work done I was super nervous. Dr Jacobsen really comforted me and helped me relax. I wont let anyone else touch my mouth. I am one of those people that hated going to the dentist because of past experiences, but she has completely changed that.  I have recommended many people there and would never trust my dental care to anyone else.  Her staff is also amazing and very accommodating.  By far the best dentist in AZ!!

We have always struggled to find a dentist to fit all our needs. Having just moved from out of state, we had been with our family dentist for 20 years. It was a concern to try to find a dentist who is good with kids that have anxiety and gentle with treatment and not out to upcharge. We found all this and more with Dr. Jacobsen and staff. We have found our family dentist and couldn’t be happier! From checking in to checking out and everything in between, the staff is courteous, thorough and kind. Treatment was explained well and we are so glad to have found them! Job well done! Thank you!

The hardest part of goin to the dentist for me is hand inside my mouth . So being comfortable is a big part of my visit and at doctor Kathy office has the best environment  I’ve been to all her employees welcome u and make u feel like u made the right decision by showing up . On top of the customer service  the work that is done there is amazing  I’m in the process of getting my whole mouth fixed which is a lot of work . Which is another strong point doctor Kathy is excited to do it not like it’s just another mouth to fix. I’m excited to see the final  out come . I love this office. Super cute inside. The staff is nice and welcoming. Kathy is friendly and encouraging. Something so simple as having your dentist say “you’re doing a great job on your teeth” makes your day. Office itself is a bit tricky to find. It’s kind of hidden behind another building and not visible from the street. Houston/Gilbert Rd.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Jacobsen and her team since I was a little kid and they’ve always been super friendly and on top of things. Very engaged during the appointments and are even like family to me and my family. Definitely the best dentist and team out there.

Let’s just say I hate going to the dentist! The entire staff at this office took all my fears away . They are all friendly from the appointment set to the time you leave everyone is exceptionally kind and considerate. Even with the mask thing waiting in my car for my turn etc… they made it reasonable and less awkward than I thought it would be. Dr Kathy Jacobsen is an amazing she simply is the best in AZ! She is very caring, compassionate, and pays great attention to detail someone who truly cares about your smile! Her staff is also amazing and I have never had a problem with making appointments or any billing issues. I can honestly say I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! I recently had lumineers put in and all I can say is WOW what a difference, my smile has never been something I have liked and in fact I have always avoided smiling, pretty much my whole life. When Dr Kathy fixed my smile this past weekend, I have never been so happy about my teeth ever. She really took her time to make my smile perfect, I have gotten nothing but complements the past few days and when show people the before and after pictures they can barely believe their eyes. I am so grateful I am a patient of Dr. Kathy thank you so much for everything you have done for me! On a HUGE side note she loves her Veterans and Military personnel and will go above and beyond to take care of us, this kindness seems to be a loss cause these days, however it is refreshing to have someone who appreciates this country’s armed forces.
