My daughter is a patient of Dr. Cartsos. We travel almost an hour (depending on traffic) to see her but it is absolutely worth it. We used to go to the the different orthodontist but had many complications. Dr. Cartsos started from the beginning, changed every single wire and bracket and did an amazing job fixing her problem. We are very grateful and highly recommend her to anyone who needs orthodontic care

Ever time I go for an appointment it is a fabulous experience. Dr. Cartsos is warm and cares about her patients. In addition, she is very professional and a great orthodontist. Her treatment completely transformed my child’s smile. Every time we had a dental emergency (broken bracket or loose wire) Dr. Cartsos immediately would accommodate us. The doctors there are true professionals. I always trust their opinions and never doubt their procedures. Also, the place is friendly and inviting with a children’s play area and a classy waiting room. Going to the dentist has transformed from a task to a luxury thanks to this practice. I highly recommend to anyone who seeks professional care and overall great dentistry.

This is a small family-type practice created by a husband and wife who are specialized dentists and some of the best known dental scientists in the country. Just look at all their certificates in the waiting room. They have written so many articles about new advances in dentistry and i am impressed with all the great technologies they offer. I am an adult who has chronic fear of the dentist – yet they make me feel comfortable and i even dare to do invisalign orthodontics at the age of 30+ . They are both very busy but it is worth the wait.

My two children are patients of orthodontist Dr. Vicky Cartsos and pedodontist Dr. Zavras. They both have put together a great dental team that is caring and fun. Just see their facebook page around Halloween! In addition Dr. Zavras is professor and chairman of pediatric dentistry at Boston University and knows all the latest developments in dentistry. They have lasers and cool 3-dimensional imaging. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Convivial Dental for five months now to have orthodontic work done. I have been impressed by Dr. Cartsos’ professionalism, expertise, knowledge, attention to detail and perfectionism! She truly cares about her patients and this is evidenced in every interaction with her. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating with appointments, changes, etc. I am driving to Convivial from the South Shore and there is a reason for that: I would not go anywhere else! And my teeth look amazing!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Cartsos’ & her incredible team at Convivial Dental. Dr. Cartsos was recommended to me by a work colleague who underwent successful treatment with Invisalign. As a teen I had spend many years in traditional metal braces with great results. As I got older and stopped being diligent about wearing my retainer though, my teeth shifted significantly. I was a little nervous about embarking on orthodontic treatment again as adult, but Dr. Cartsos’ professionalism, warmth, and expertise made me feel at ease throughout my nine month long Invisalign treatment. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new smile and my experiences at Convivial. I now have a built in bottom retainer that is practically invisible and wear my clear Invisalign retainers only at night. Dr. Cartsos and her team are true professionals who care sincerely about their patients (of all ages!). I appreciate the detailed instructions and kind care. The Doctor and staff are eager to educate me about my condition and ways to improve it. For example, I appreciate the nurse’s explanation that rinsing my mouth with hydrogen peroxide before being seen is a CDC guideline and helps with removing viruses from the mouth or lessening the chance. It is always great to be educated about other domains in life. Dr. Vickie is an exceptional human being, who is competent, generous, and helpful.

Dr. Cartsos has overseen my invisialign treatment for the past 10 months. She has done an amazing job each step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Almost a year ago I was in constant pain and could not close my mouth fully. And now, everything has been fixed and I look and feel just great!

If you are hesitating about getting braces, do so no more!! You have found your Orthodontist, Dr Vicky Cartsos here. I was 41 when I started my dream to straight teeth. Dr Cartsos patiently walked me through all of the options and most importantly listened to specific concerns I had. We eventually chose braces vs Invisalign due to the issues with my particular teeth. I had to get a tooth removed and she swiftly helped me through that process. The Orthodontic Assistants were attentive every single visit and were sure to explain each change I was seeing. This is an office that strives on excellence, kindness and care. I can’t recommend Convivial Dental enough! I’m so pleased with the outcome (braces just came off today!).

Convivial indeed, they are all friendly and helpful. The doctors and staff give personal attention, they get to know people’s names and background, they show flexibility and good will when needed. The atmosphere is always nice, with decorations for holidays and good humor. Going to the dentist or orthodontist can sometimes be unpleasant and expensive, but they do what they can to make it easier. Good professionals, good people !

Convivial Dental is so wonderful with my young boys (3 & 1). Incredibly patient and make going to the dentist fun. We’re always taken on time and they provide a small children’s waiting room with toys. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!
