Dr. Cook and her staff, from Melanie in the front office, to every single dental hygienist is outstanding. I rarely write reviews yet had too. Ive never had such an amazing experience at any Orthodontist/dentist/doctors office, EVER! Dr. Cook and her staff go above and beyond to explain their short/long-term goals to each parent and patient and make what can be a complicated process, easy to understand. They thoroughly explain what they are going to do verbally and at same time, visually, by using pictures they took of my sons teeth, in combination w their programs. This was extremely helpful and showed a clear path to beautiful teeth. The combination of technology, knowledge, willingness to ensure each patient / parent clearly understands the process, in addition to their genuine compassion, kindness, concerns, all results in a combination and experience that allows their true passion for what they have each chosen to do for living, really shine through! This makes them shine like the rare gems they all are! I believe Dr. Cook and her staff are w/out a doubt one of the best Orthodontist offices in Orange County. Thank you for your on going support and for you all being you!!

We are on day 1 of braces and an expander with our 8 year old. We have had 4 appointments so far. Each has been wonderful. Our little guy was very apprehensive about getting braces. Every person in the office has been so kind. They have put his mind (and mine) at ease.

I was very hesitant to have braces put on in my 50’s , but Dr Cook made the whole experience very easy with a combination of clear braces and awesome fast results. She’s a bit of a perfectionist and her attention to detail paid off just last week when my braces were removed and revealed a beautiful, straight smile. Very happy…thanks Dr Cook!

when my first had to get braces we searched several places and everyone was pushy and offering ortho care she did not need. Then a friend of ours recommended Dr. Cooks office. When we showed up we were greeted by the staff who were friendly and extremely helpful. You can really tell that everyone who works there loves what they do, and this shows from the minute you walk in until your appointment is done. There is never a time we don’t feel welcomed or that they are taking advantage of patients. We moved away since our first kid went here, but drive the distance for our second one to go. It’s worth it :)!!!!

We have been coming to Dr. Cook for years, my daughter had phase one and now phase two. We already referred three friends here and they all love it as well. Dr. Cook is courteous, friendly and always addresses our concerns or questions thoroughly. Her office staff is fabulous as well, friendly, welcoming and very accommodating and everyone in the office always takes their time with us. We never feel like we are just another client being rushed in and out! I would absolutely recommend this office!!!

I have been going to Dr. Cook now for several years either for myself or for one of my children. She is such an amazing doctor. She is kind, gentle, caring and a perfectionist when it comes to your smile. Her bed side manner is second to none. She makes a time that could possibly be anxious for some easy to get through. My daughter has had a long treatment plan with braces. I couldn’t image anyone else taking care of her. I trust Dr. Cook completely and would recommend her without hesitation to any age group!

I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing Orthodontic office in Rancho Santa Margarita. Let me tell you about my experience at the office of Dr. Debra Cook. I have a son who is 8 years old. He has had some trauma to his front teeth with an accident, and I noticed he has a lot of spaces between his teeth and his speech was a little challenged. I wondered if this might have anything to do with his teeth. I thought it was time to go see a specialist in orthodontics. I made an appointment with Dr. Cook and from the initial phone call to the visit itself I felt very cared for by the Doctor and her amazing staff. Well, my son did need some orthodontic treatment, and Dr. Cook was so thorough in her explanation of the problems and her recommendation for his care. I then met with her financial coordinator and she gave me all the information about the cost and payment plans they offered and answered all my questions about appointments needed and when I left I had a report from the Doctor with the cutest picture of my son on it outlining the treatment recommendations so I could talk to my son’s Dad about the care plus all the financial information with everything included, so no surprises later. I would highly recommend Dr. Debra Cook as your orthodontist because she makes all the patients feel so cared about with her loving demeanor and other mom’s whom have seen her also tell me she does beautiful work. My son is well on his way to a “Super Smile”!!!

We love Cook orthodontics. I had Invisalign and my son had traditional braces and we have both been so happy with our results. Now, my daughter started her braces today. The staff is awesome. They are friendly and helpful. And Dr. Cook is so sweet and really cares about each patient. We highly recommend!

Dr. Cook and staff are the nicest people ever! Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable and within 2 months you can see how her treatment plan has already improved my daughters smile! We love Dr. Cook, we are on our third round of braces with her (phase 1 and 2 for one of my kids and phase 1 for another) and are so happy with the results. When we first were thinking about orthodontic treatment, I was going to get 3 opinions and pick the practice where I felt most comfortable. Dr. Cook’s office was the first place we visited and within minutes of meeting her, I knew we wouldn’t need to go anywhere else!  I signed a contract that day and have never looked back! Not only are the results fantastic, Dr. Cook and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. I always refer her to anyone looking for orthodontic care because I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.
