Three of my kids have been patients of Dr. Tahir and really enjoyed going to his office. My youngest daughter will probably end up going also once she’s ready. They loved the friendliness of the staff and the welcoming environment. While waiting, we can enjoy a movie or video games. How wonderful is that! One can also enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while we wait. Definitely a comfortable place.

Dr. Tahir and his staff are nothing short of amazing! Their expertise, professionalism and great hospitality towards clients make the experience unique and painless. My braces were removed nearly 8 years ago and my teeth are just as perfect as they were the day my braces came off. I love my smile! For those people who are afraid of taking the next step to perfecting their smile, don’t be!

If there’s one thing I get a lot of compliments on, it’s my STRAIGHT TEETH and my smile – and I owe my awesome grin entirely to Dr.Tahir&his great staff. I had to come in here for regular visits for sometime now I am currently still with braces but, the change is quite amazing! (I definitely remember coming here as far back as middle school) as we corrected a poor bite and uneven teeth. This whole process was worth it. These guys definitely are doing an amazing job with my teeth! As far back as I can remember the staff here have been awesome, friendly, and worked as quickly as they could to help everyone who’s come in for an appointment. And that great staff is super important, because without them getting your teeth poked and prodded and painfully adjusted over time could have been an extremely miserable experience. I can definitely say I never dreaded going to an appointment, so seriously, kudos to the staff! Also, kudos to them for dealing with me, because even if I never dreaded an appointment I definitely came in a couple times feeling super cranky because of the pain involved with some treatments. I’m sure little me acted badly at one point or another, but they don’t hold it against me. 🙂 They don’t slack on maintaining their lobby and building, either. Honestly the place looks as pristine as it did the first time I walked in the office. Their office is bright, clean, and filled with a mix of cartoons, pictures and beautiful origami. So seriously, if anyone deserves 5 stars, it’s this place. They work hard and every fellow patient I’ve met has great results to show for it. I was recommended here and now want to recommend it to everyone else. Thanks for the great smile, guys!

I just had my braces removed about 8 months ago and I am beyond happy with my results. I did a lot of research before I got my braces put on and shopped around for the best prices and the best service. I did consultations at various places and I could tell that some of the places just wanted me to get in-and-out and could care less if I signed up or not. I was referred to Dr. Tahir by a friend. My consultation at Dr. Tahir’s was not rushed, they explained my various options and I was told the truth. All other places had suggested invisalign [since being an adult with braces is not the most fun] but Dr. Tahir advised me that it was not the best option for me [my teeth were REALLY bad]. I ended up getting clear braces and I loved them! They did not yellow and Dr. Tahir was very flexible with my appointments since at the time I was still in college and out of state. His staff is great and I love going in and getting a chance to watch the movies they screen throughout the office. They have 2 offices, Oak Lawn & Berwyn, I have been to both and have found the same high-quality service in both [although aesthetically I prefer the Berwyn office]. They have a lot of clients but the service is fast and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen by someone. Dr. Tahir is a perfectionist and trust me when I say that you want this in an ortho! [you are paying quite a bit of money after all!!] My teeth are perfect and he really took his time to make sure I was happy with my smile. Bonus: I got a free ipod for signing up and when my braces were removed I got a nice bottle of wine to celebrate!!

As a former patient I can truly say my experiences with Dr. Tahir have always been above standard. After a little over a year of having my braces I fell in love with my smile and my confidence in smiling skyrocketed. Dr. Tahir and his staff are always very welcoming and very patient and will work with you to find the best solutions for your smiling needs 🙂

I went to Dr.Tahir with major concerns about my bottom teeth being extremely separated with gaps. I originally just wanted braces on the bottom but he educated me on not only did I have major spaces between my teeth I had an under bite. So, the best thing to do was to get full braces top and bottom. Dr. Tahir and his staff are the best. They catered to all of my needs, times when my teeth were bothersome from the braces and I would have to come in on a emergency visit, they will contact me immediately and also call me back later to check on me after. I have visited both facilities during my braces journey and I can honestly say they are the best. Although, I know longer have my braces and I love my straight teeth and smile. Dr Tahir and staff still meet my needs. Especially, when I need an appointment just to make sure my teeth are still on point. 🙂 Thanks Guys!

I Love My Braces!!! Dr. Tahir is awesome and his office is an amazing place. I have yet to go to a dental office which has so much energy and people who will help you get the best for you. What I most liked about Dr.Tahir is his attention to detail (I guess his artistic and origami paperfolding stuff) helps him out in this way — I call him the “orthodontic tooth artist”. He gave me a smile I could never dream off. He loves his work and you can tell just by meeting him one time. The staff is just as amazing as he is. I would absolutely recommend this place if you need braces or invisalign. Thanks. 🙂

I did a ton of research before starting my braces. My search ended when I found Dr. Tahir’s office in Berwyn. The experience could not have been better. I felt comfortable with him and his staff. He answered my questions fully and his office is amazing, very colorful and modern. I love the painted stuff on the wall and pictures of so many people who are doing braces now or he treated in the past. He truly cares about the experience people have in his office and it shows. I cannot recommend him enough! And his staff is super friendly. They even followed up after our appointment to make sure all of our questions had been answered. Wow. Now, I am in Braces and will soon have a beautiful smile. And maybe end up on the “Hollywood” wall of smiles. Thank you Dr. Tahir and smile team.

Growing up I always hated my teeth, they were very crooked and noticeable but that never stopped me from smiling. Since I was a child I always wanted braces because although I loved to smile, my smile was far from perfect. I began my journey to a perfect smile during college. I was extremely nervous because I knew braces would be painful and because I felt too old to have braces. When I met Dr. Tahir and his team all my nervousness and worries went away completely. From the lady at the front desk to the person holding the suction utensil, they were all so welcoming and friendly. Now that I’m braces free I couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Tahir for being a perfectionist and never giving up until I had the perfect smile! If I could go back in time I would still make the same decision in choosing Dr. Tahir and his team at Coolbraces!

I had it rough growing up. Glasses and fkd up teeth? Wow, it was rough. As an adult, I looked into getting braces. My bite was so bad that I was told I needed to have my jaw broken and realigned first. Seriously?!?! Then I found Dr Tahir. He reassured me that he could give me a great smile without the pain of having my jaw broken, cuz I mean, who would voluntarily do that?!?! I put my trust in Dr Tahir’s hands and am so happy I did. Getting braces was a life changing experience for me. Dr Tahir and his staff are great! I went to Dr Tahir for my braces several years ago and was so happy with the service and results that once my daughter was due for her braces, we went straight to Dr Tahir. They offer payment plans, have a location in Berwyn and Oak Lawn, and play movies while you wait. Oh and have a coffee machine. Plus, they display pictures of their patients showing off their smile. What a great way to show off their work.

I still get compliments about how nice my teeth (and jaw line )are by dentists and strangers. I got my braces at the age of 12 and now I am 28. I probably should go back there when I have my baby. I know that pregnancy can do some crazy stuff to the mouth. Dr. Tahir still remembered me the last time I came in when my permanent retainer broke (maybe 4 years ago). He even asked about my family by name. He probably wouldn’t recognize my married name but remember my mouth and face. HA! He is very personable and friendly. He is a perfectionist but I wouldn’t have it any other way when it comes to my teeth and jaw line.
