Dr. Ijams and the staff at Cordova Dental are simply amazing. Dr. Ijams is caring, patient and knowledgeable. My 7 year old daughter had to have emergency dental work and Dr. Ijams and his assistant made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. She was so comfortable in fact that she feel asleep during one of the procedures. The office is clean, all of the staff are friendly and professional. I am so pleased with the service he provided that my entire family will now be life long patients of Cordova Dental.

I had the most amazing experience here. They got me in, even as a new patient, the next morning and were amazing! Lovely lovely ladies and very sweet and informative. Had to have a tooth pulled, walked me through pricing and even tho I had scheduled everything almost a month out, woke up with excruciating pain and they got me in that very day and had the tooth pulled with in mins!! Took longer to numb than to pull it. Would and WILL recommend! Wonderful wonderful!!

They are simply the best. I’ve never been to any practice, medical or dental, and felt so welcomed. The office staff is happy, friendly, and accommodating. They show all the signs of a staff who is treated well and with respect. Dr Ijams has fantastic bedside manner and really takes the time to be thorough and will make you feel as if you are a person he cares about and truly seeks to help. Even when I called with a concern, they went out of their way to call back, and Dr. Ijams even took the time to speak with me, personally. They are a gem hidden away in Cordova. I highly recommend this practice and this dentist.

Today was my 1st dental appointment with Cordova Dental. The office staff is very warm and welcoming. The tech and doctor were so informative and amazing. All of my questions were answered before I departed. I’m so excited about following up with this office. I’ve referred four individuals since leaving the office today.

I absolutely love both Dr. Ijams and Dr. Turner. How many dentists do you know that calls and checks on their patients after they have a tooth extraction etc.? None that I know of other than Dr. Ijams and Dr. Turner. Then to top it off, the office staff is so amazing. They know you by name and make you feel welcome the minute you come through the door. I love all of the receptionists but I must admit Stacey is my favorite! She is so bubbly and warm. I will never go to any other dentist office. I LOVE CORDOVA DENTAL!

I came here from my previous dentist when my previous dentist was closed and I had an emergency. Dr. Iams and Dr. Turner and the staff highly impressed me. After our first meeting where they professionally treated my emergency and with immediate painless results, I have become a regular. The place is always exceptionally clean and when I first moved here I reviewed some dental offices that were scarily not hygienic. They have state of the art equipment when it comes to specialty treatment that my previous dentist didn’t have or even discuss with me as an option. My previous dentist kept wanting to send me to a periodontist but Dr. Iams was able to keep me away from surgical procedures. I never have a problem getting an appointment. They will send you emails to put your appointment on your calendar, give you a text reminder on the day of and of course, only if you want them. Called late Friday with a dental problem and I was in on Monday. Great service can’t be beat.

I cannot properly express the gratitude I’d like to give to every single employee at Cordova Dental. They have been more than amazing each and every visit. Dr.Ijams has given me back my smile, and I have a huge one that required quite a bit of work! Not only that, he took a person who was terrified of the dentist and gave me a confidence in him and his staff. I no longer dread a dental visit. That was huge but the biggest thing they did was work with me at every turn. I have a son that was born with a heart defect and had open heart surgery at a week old. I began having problems with my teeth not long after his birth. To say I was terrified to leave him would be an understatement. I explained my situation to him and the office staff and they worked with me…every single time. They have been truly a blessing from God. They helped me to not be scared, did an impressive amount of work and had a wonderful attitude toward me the whole way. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Dr. Ijams is great. I’ve been seeing him for over 20 years. He cares deeply for his patients. Takes the time to explain procedures so there is less anxiety. His staff is wonderful. So kind and friendly. The office is always clean and his waiting room is comfortable and inviting. I would definitely recommend him and have to my friends and family.

Dr. ijams has been my Dentist for over 15 years. He is an absolute professional, friendly and attentive. I never feel like a number and he genuinely cares about my dental wellness. The office is always clean, there is never a long wait to be service and the staff is fantastic! Please give his office a try you will not regret it!

All I can say is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. They are so kind and caring. Any question you may have they give you an answer in a very helpful way. The establishment is nice and clean. It also feels very homey. I’m usually very nervous entering a dentist office, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or nervous in the least. Thank y’all so very much.

They are the best! I recommend them to anyone that asks about where to go for a dentist. Their support staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and are so friendly. It’s hard enough to go through dental procedures and they are kind and thoughtful throughout. I can’t say enough good things about their technicians….top notch! Back last month at Cordova Dental they offer free cleaning, extractions, and fillings. It was a good services that were offered to adults who don’t have dental insurance. I was well please and thankful for the service I received. Shout out to all the Concord’s dental students who participated in this great services.

what an amazing group of people! I had tooth pain quickly develop over a Friday night such that I couldn’t sleep, with only getting about an hour Saturday by loading up on OTC meds. Dr. Ijams’ advice and help (on a SUNDAY!!!) saved my sanity and made the Monday morning root canal a success, taking care of a horrible abscess. I’m so thankful you picked up the phone, Dr. Ijams!

If I were to summarize how I feel as a long-time patient, it would simply be that they make me feel as family. Rarely do you go anywhere and receive excellent service each time, but with them, it only gets better. Most people share ratings based on the provider doing everything right the first time, I rate the spirit they exhibited and diligence in making sure a resolve was achieved. Finally, to know that they want you well above the business aspect, is second to none! My wife and I are customers unless God moves us!

I have been with CORDOVA Dental for 20+ years, and I have always been very pleased with Dr Ijams and his staff. From routine cleanings and preventative care to urgent care, he and his staff have made me feel comfortable and at ease. My most recent visit was for a broken front tooth, which was restored immediately and painlessly! I’ve heard many horror stories about other dentists, but I always refer my friends and coworkers to CORDOVA Dental.

Dr. Ijams is the absolute best dentist around.  I have been going to him since 2002.  He and his staff are absolutely wonderful.  Just had a root canal done today and feel wonderful.  The office staff is also very friendly.  As long as Dr. Ijams is in practice, i will never go to anyone else!

I have been going to Cordova Dental since moving to Memphis in 1998 and they were located off of Mt Moriah. Dr. Ijams and Dr. Turner are two of the best dentists around. They are excellent dentists with a fantastic team of hygienist’s and front office folks. Always professional and willing to help. Both Dr. Ijams and Dr. Turner have a wonderful bedside manner. They always take the time to explain things and answer questions that I may have. I never feel like they are rushing things. I have been able to reach Dr. Ijams in the evenings and on weekends when emergencies have arisen. Sherry is a great hygienist! I would highly recommend their practice to anyone needing dental care.

My wife and I are both highly impressed with the quality of dental work and the professionalism of the staff. I never have to wait long for my appointment and they always ensure I am comfortable. The only time they had to refer my to another office, they ensured I was referred to an oral surgeon who lived up to their high standards. I highly recommend this dentist.

I have a long road of dental work ahead of me–and I’ve been to a few dentists, including the health department’s clinic (I didn’t have insurance at the time). My experiences ranged from horrible to pleasant. Today, I called several offices to be seen for a dental emergency and everyone was booked or the dentist was gone until Monday. Though, Dr. I jams was booked, they did not want me to suffer through the weekend and squeezed me in. This, is by far, the best dental office visit I ever had–from Tammy(i?) Who answered the phone and greeted me, Nikki whom assisted Dr. Ijams, and of course the Doc who treated me! They were genuinely caring, welcoming, they have family-quality and good energy amongst the office staff. I was also advised with all possible treatments and it did not feel forced–it felt like my interests (physical AND financial) were very important. I highly recommend this practice!

I usually hate going to the dentist but Dr. Ijams makes you feel so comfortable. They do an extremely thorough job at the best prices in town. I could not be more satisfied with these guys! The price was really important to me too since I don’t have dental insurance, they even offered to spread out the payments if needed. Awesome Dentist!

I have been around dental and medical clinic for a few years. This is the best. Fast, patient centered, sense of humor, mixed with professionalism and knowledge. Dr’s Turner/ Ijams and staff are indeed the best. Believe me, you will not find a better practice in Memphis!

Dr. Ijams, Amanda, Nikki, and Lorie are all great. I had the best dental experience ever. I had a crown placed and several fillings. I visited the office on three different occasions, and I got excellent service during each visit. If you’re looking for a great dentist, you’re at the right place. Thanks for great service. ❤️❤️❤️
