I love Dr. Ott! The whole experince at Conerstone Dental Group was so nice and comfortable. I barely waited and taken back with a sweet dental hygienist. I am very sensitive and she accommodated me. I am not s good patient, but I had no fears with my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ott and the Conerstone Group.

First, the ladies at the front desk were SO UNBELIEVABLY KIND AND PERSONABLE. Second, my hygienist was also very polite and checked in with me on how I was doing during my cleaning Third, the front desk staff made every effort to accommodate my busy schedule for my next appointment. I would say that this is great customer service but I didn’t even feel like a customer here. I felt like a friend! Thank you!!

Dr Ott is an amazing dentist! She does not push unnecessary treatments/procedures, is patient and helpful. After a few very bad experiences with other dentists, I’m thankful to have found Dr Ott and would highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr Ott and her team. Historically, I’ve dreaded going to the dentist but everyone is so nice here and they always put me at ease. I’ve had routine care, cosmetic care, urgent care, and I’ve seen several hygienists in this office each visit was a breeze. They are all very gentle and take great care of my family!

I am a new patient at Cornerstone. The entire intake process from the very first phone encounter was pleasant and supportive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt very welcome and at ease during my first visit. I plan to continue receiving care with Cornerstone and highly recommend!

The most wonderful dental group ever!  I went  here for first time yesterday, and  I was so  pleased by the professionalism and beautiful, clean office.  Dr. Ott  and her staff are incredibly kind and personable.  I am usually nervous at the dentist, bit I’m actually looking forward to going back to have a few cavities  filled.  I was refereed to this practice by my family, and I am so happy that I found this rare gem.  I wish that I could give them more stars.   Thanks, Cornerstone!

I have always hated going to the dentist, until now. A friend referred me to Dr. Ott and I am so glad she did! Unfortunately, after not seeing a dentist for a few years I had 3 cavities. I just got them filled this past Saturday and the entire office staff was extremely friendly, especially seeing how nervous I was. Dr. Ott was gentle, explained everything and was done as quickly as she could. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone!

After many bad experiences at the dentist, I finally found a wonderful dentist in the Cincinnati area. After moving here, I found a dentist downtown which was a horrible experience. I was told I needed 7 crowns and had 5 cavities — wait, what?! Needless to say I never went back to this office, obviously looking to make extra cash. I called Cornerstone Dental Group on a Monday and was able to get in, with a time that worked for my schedule, that Thursday. Everyone at the office was super friendly and helpful. The appointment was painless, in all aspects. And not much to my surprise, I didn’t need the 7 crowns the other lovely dentist told me I did. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Dental Group to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was expecting a horrible visit.  The dental hygenist did a great job and was friendly.  There is a personal television to watch while getting your procedure done which doubles as a computer monitor to view x-rays and pictures of your teeth.  The staff was very friendly and welcoming.  Once completed, the dentist came in and reviewed everything and answered any questions I may have had.  Only qualm, if I had to find one, is that they are always booked.  You usually need to set an appointment at least a month out if you’re not flexible with your schedule.  Worth the wait though.

I have had so many medical problems which has led me to post teeth demolition. I never in a world to think I could ever have the opportunity to smile again, laugh again, eat again. It has been so embarrassing for me for many years. Dr Ott has graciously offered her services to assist me to giving me back so much more than teeth. It is giving me back my life. Thank you. Every visit is enjoyable at this office! I brought my 2 year old son to my most recent visit to get him used to the idea of starting to have his own dentist appointments. The team at Cornerstone Dental Group made him feel so special about being there. They gave him a hulk toothbrush which he adores and can’t wait to use at home every morning and night. They showed him tips on brushing his teeth properly and began to introduce him to some of the tools they use to clean teeth so he is not scared on his first actual visit. My son talked about how much fun the dentist was the rest of the day!!

I had a wonderful experience at Cornerstone. The staff are so friendly. They provide exceptional customer service and they provided me with the attention I needed. Sherrie was my hygienist and she is amazing. Her and I clicked as if we’ve been friends forever. You don’t get that anywhere. She made my visit very enjoyable. Dr Ott was amazing too. And I do not care much for going to the dentist…don’t always get good news. I have definitely found my new dentist group. Exceptional people, exceptional service. Kudos to the them all.

When I came in as always incredibly nervous to go to the dentist to hear terrible news but the last few times I have come in I’ve had the best experience of any dentist I have ever seen. This time around I have an amazing dental hygienist Nancy who by far has the most calming voice and helped relax a very nervous patient. Dr. Ott came in and she is always was so kind and speaks to you as if she has known you for years and speaks to you on a daily basis and that is a comfort. I recommend this dental office to anyone that I come across and run into.

Been going to Cornerstone for many years and I am just so impressed with the entire staff. It can be several years since an appointment and they never fail to remember me and ask about my entire family. Their customer service is impeccable. They are kind, caring and compassionate. I’ve been around the world and interacted with hundreds of companies and I would rate this staff’s customer service has one of the most outstanding. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist, which not many people can claim.

I’m still a relatively new patient here, but so far the staff has been incredibly nice and welcoming. This is also the fastest dentist appointment I’ve ever had – appointment at 11:40, and completely done around noon – and I can tell they cleaned my teeth well. If you’re looking for a dentist in Cincinnati, I would highly recommend checking out Corner Stone Dental Group. Other perks: tons of parking space available (there is a garage). Appointment reminders sent to email and phone.

I’m so glad I found Dr. Ott! She is a wonderful dentist! Extremely thorough, professional and a lovely person in general. The front office staff is always welcoming and patient with appointments and insurance questions. The hygienists (I typically see either Karen or Sherry) are super gentle kind. Every appointment has been timely and professional. Can not express enough about how extremely satisfied I am with choosing cornerstone as my dental office. From the amazing staff to the convenient location, I have found a gem in the dental industry. My experience with the Cornerstone Dental Group was fantastic! The entire office staff is warm, welcoming and friendly! Sheri, my hygienist, was so reassuring, gentle and calming for me! Very knowledgeable of her craft! I am usually uncomfortable at the dentist,however, meeting Dr. Ott made me feel at ease, and is extremely warm and friendly as well! I highly recommend this group! I will continue business with them!

I have been very pleased and impressed with my dental care at Cornerstone. Dr. Ott is nice, thorough, professional and efficient. The dental hygenist went above and beyond and gave me toothbrush recommendations for my petite mouth and receding gums. Additionally, she gave me tips on how to care for my infant son’s mouth. I am very pleased I have found this practice!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this dental practice is. I have had to have a substantial amount of work done on my mouth, and Dr. Ott is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s quick, she’s painless, and I’m so happy with the quality of her work. She’s also extremely friendly. I’ll never go to another dentist, and I’m probably going to switch all my kids to her as well. The staff is also so sweet and helpful. You know what you’re getting into financially before anything is done, and I’ve never had any surprises as far as payment.

Dr. Ott and her staff were very friendly and made my extraction quick and painless. They were able to get me in for my toothache within a couple of days, and it ended up costing less than they’d estimated (my insurance coverage hadn’t started yet). There are even TVs for patients to watch in the exam rooms, which is something I’d never seen before! I would definitely recommend Cornerstone and will definitely be returning.

I loved my experience at Cornerstone. It was my first time here and I’m happy with my choice. The professionalism was through the roof. Everyone was so friendly and gentle while still getting the job done. I look forward to a continuation of the exceptional customer service that I received and many more great dental experiences.

I recently switched insurance and needed to find a new dentist – WOW, was I ecstatic when I came in for my first appointment and saw how clean and modern this office was. From the very start I was greeted by friendly receptionist, had little to no wait time, had the most pleasant pain free routine cleaning/x-rays, AND Dr. Ott is the biggest sweetheart. She made me feel so welcome at the new office, took the time to learn about my dental history, and said she looked forward to seeing me at my next visit. If you’re considering switching or looking for a new dentist, run don’t walk to Cornerstone Dental!!
