I found this place on Groupon while looking for Invisalign deals so I went in for a consultation appointment for possible treatment. The staff were really friendly over the phone when booking my appointment and gave me a Saturday morning appointment to accommodate my busy week schedule. They sent me all the paper work to be filled out online prior to my arrival for the appointment which I completed ahead of time. Upon arrival I was prompted to check in via a computer screen. The front desk assistant was pleasant and the place was clean and organized with a modern look. They have a small play room with touch screens on the wall for children. It was Saturday morning so the office was pretty busy and although I arrived 20mins prior to my appointment time, I didn’t get called in for about hour. Once I was called in for my consultation, Elizabeth took down additional information then Dr. Nick Savastano came in to check my teeth. He was really great at explaining my everything going on with my teeth and breaking down my treatment options for patients without orthodontic insurance. Both Elizabeth and Dr. Nick were awesome and gave me a lot of information to get started with treatment!

Dr. Savastano made me feel right at home. I was nervous about my baby girl having to get anything done as she went through some dramatic oral surgery at a very young age and was terrified of any dental type procedure. He made her feel comfortable and explained what was going to happen so she could understand. I highly recommend his services.

We are extremely pleased with Charleston Orthodontic Specialists! They give away a free pair of braces and a free pair of Invisalign every month. We were their May 2019 winners and our 12 yr has her braces now and is doing wonderful! The orthodontists are professional but also personable, the hygienists have all been excellent and always kind. The front desk staff always greet with a smile and I never feel rushed in person or on the phone with them. The building is always very clean and the best part, the staff have said several times how much they genuinely enjoy working there. A top notch practice!

Love this place. The ortho is kind and really cares for each patient. They are always having amazing deals and I’m thankful to be getting my teeth straighted and confidence boosted even as an adult. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I would hands down tell anyone looking for a quality place to get your orthodontic work done to try here. I also love they have multiple locations around Charleston so it always fits with my needs and schedule.
