I have had my share of rough dentist experience for a good part of my life. Luckily, my daughter is now a dentist but unfortunately she doesn’t live with me. I came to this clinic because my daughter brought me here. Let me share a trade secret – what distinguishes one dentist from another eventually comes down to quality of work. Nothing else really matters. I can rattle on but to say the least, I have now had some fillings and a crown done with Dr. Chen plus multiple cleaning sessions with the hygienists. They are a superb team – not superfluous, not so much pampering but kind, genuine and thorough. I am at ease with Dr. Chen’s care and will continue to refer them to my friends.

My husband and I have both  been going to Dr. Chan for three years now. I always feel like they are thorough and take time to explain procedures. I noticed a lot of negative reviews are around getting charged for things like x-rays when they go in for a procedure as a first time client. Why on earth would you want a Dentist to give you a procedure without doing due diligence first? I mean, would you accept an operation from a Dr. who didn’t run any tests first because “you know what the issue is”? Personally, as an longer term patient I have found Xrays to be timed only when I need them and never have had extra services pushed without an explanation on why they were needed. If you are looking for a thorough, conscientious practice, I definitely recommend Dr. Chan.

Another awesome experience with Chicago Dental Studio. I’ve been going to them for the last couple years and everything great thing about this place is always consistent. Starting with great communication and reminder for my appointments. Their office is always pristine condition also. They have extra precautions now with COVID also that makes you feel confident they are doing the right practices to keep up safe. They do a great job of explaining your options and treatment plans while also being very courteous and empathetic. The dental assistants, hygienist, dentist are great. I’ve had about 3 of each and always consistently great experiences. Prices are fair also. As long as I live in Chicago I will always use them for my dental care!!

Dr. Chan was very thorough. She made me feel positive about my dental health and helped me come up with a yearlong plan to get to optimum oral health 🙂 I am very satisfied. Her Dental Hygienist was remarkable and went above and beyond for me, helping me through parts of the appointment that made me anxious.

The office manager was friendly and welcoming. The hygienist asked questions, listened, gave good information and was thorough. Dr. Chan was friendly, attentive and gave me a choice of options for my needs with the benefits of each. I was very pleased with my first visit!

I felt so well taken care of at this office! Dr. Chan explained everything to me and made sure I understood what she was going to be doing which put me at ease. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and helped me schedule my future appointments.

This was my first visit to the office and it was a pleasant experience before I even set foot in the door. Dr.Chan was expected to be out of the office the day I scheduled so I got a courtesy call a few days beforehand informing me of this and asking if I was okay with being seen by her associate, Dr. Tsai. The receptionist was pleasant, friendly and very helpful with my insurance questions. The dental assistant was also friendly and Dr. Tsai was thorough and eager to answer any questions I had.

Dr. Chan was great!! She genuinely cared and gave her recommendation on what I needed done instead of doing what I had originally asked. I had an old chipped tooth that a dentist tried to fix and a new one I came to see her for – she did an amazing job and they look better than they did before the chips!!

After being without insurance for over a decade, I had a LOT of problems that needed fixing. Dr Chan and her staff helped me set up a treatment plan, prioritize issues, referred me to a GREAT oral surgeon and endodontist, and spent a year taking care of the problems with my mouth. Everyone is very professional and kind and helped find solutions that suited my insurance plan and my budget. I’m very happy with Dr. Chan and her office and glad I found her. I have a high level of dental anxiety and have had extremely bad experiences with dentists. Dr. Chan, however, is fantastic. Also her practice is easy to get to via bus. Parking is street parking. It’s across the street from a Walgreens if you have a prescription that needs filling.

I had a strong fear of the dentist from bad experiences and had avoided it for a long time. Everyone in this office was friendly and informative. I learned things I had never learned about dental health in my entire life. I will be visiting again soon and highly recommend you do, too! I’ve already shared their contact info with two friends in the area who I thought would also love their services.
