I have been going to Dr Schumachers office for 7 or 8 yrs now. They have always been great about scheduling and reminders. All staff that I have encountered have been pleasant and polite. Let’s face it nobody enjoys going to a dentist but they have made the experience a bit less nerve wracking. Dr Schumacher has always been upfront about every procedure I’ve need. I needed a root canal and she referred me to another place that only did root canals, they were amazing.

I started visiting Dr Schumacher’s practice when she was in the basement of the Sears tower. She and her staff care deeply and have always been polite, professional and pleasant. She and her staff have managed my pain better than any dentist I have had before. I no longer work in the downtown of Chicago but, I still make the trip for my appointments as I truly appreciate her and her staff

I have seen Dr. Schumacher for the past three years and have enjoyed the quality, professional, and honest work by her and the staff. I will continue being a patient due to her wealth of knowledge and skills as well as the fact that she does not promote unnecessary procedures. Thank you!

After more than a year of avoiding my dental health while using the pandemic as an excuse, I made it a point to return to Dr. Schumacher’s office. What a pleasant experience! My cleaning took longer than usual due to my self-imposed neglect, but the team was wonderful, professional, and  relentless in getting my teeth back in tip top shape. I highly recommend Dr. Schumacher and her amazing team. They make me look forward to going to the dentist!

Laurie is awesome. She takes the time to make sure she explains any concerns you may have and only provides necessary treatment. I’ve seen friends using other dentists getting ripped off. This is NOT the case with Laurie. She is a great provider who has her patients best interests at the forefront of everything she does. In addition, the entire staff is friendly and generally interested in your wellbeing. If you need a great dentist, go see Laurie. She’ll take great care of you.

Dr. Schumacher is an excellent dentist, I have been going to her for many years. She is smart, professional and her office has all the latest technology and tools. My recent hygienist Margaret was thorough, efficient, explained all the steps and treatments and very professional. Same for all the staff I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. I highly recommend Dr. Schumacher.

Dr. Schumacher and staff take good care of me. Very friendly and they do an excellent job. I haven’t had any issues since I’ve been going to Dr. Schumacher. The best thing I like about this dentist office is when you make an appointment, you are called in the back at the time of your appointment providing you get there on time. I love it. No one loves going to the dentist, but my children finally don’t complain about going. Dr. Schumacher and her assistant, Katie, actually made going to the dentist enjoyable. They are friendly, compassionate, and they made the whole experience of going to the dentist pleasant. The office is very clean and the entire staff is welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

What a great team Dr. Schumacher has! From the reception staff to the hygienist team and special shout out to DA Katie who is awesome! I’ve had many dentists over the years but Dr. Schumacher tops them all. Super detail oriented, she takes the time to tell you exactly what she will be doing and makes the process seamless. I had a filling fall out that a previous dentist did. It wasn’t prepped well in the first place, and since switching to Dr. Schumacher they have been taking great care in watching it. So when it fell out while flossing this weekend they got me in ASAP and repaired me tooth. I was sore for not even a day (which is impressive because I think the filling was in a funky place) and was eating solid foods instantly. Dr. S and her team gave me quality advice on products I should buy and use (not just what they sell). Her team is well organized and I appreciate everything they do! Extremely clean and friendly place. This is an efficient and calming for those who dislike dental visits. COVID precautions are in place and I felt safe there (hospital quality air filters in each area, clean facilities, wearing masks properly). Thank you for always keeping me on track with my dental needs!

It had been a while since my last cleaning, and Dr. Schumacher and Margaret, her dental hygienist, were very helpful in taking care of my teeth and doing it in a safe way during COVID! Every step in the process, from x-rays to cleaning, fluoride, and Dr. Schumacher’s examination were smooth and pleasant as a patient. I would definitely recommend this office!

Finding a solidly reviewed in-network option is tricky and I commend the friend who directed me to their office. Submitted my paperwork a day prior to my first appointment so walked in and was greeted nicely, had a quick wait and was taken on time. I had Taylor as my hygienist and was incredibly impressed with how fluidly she was able to tell me exactly what she was doing and checked off all the boxes very professionally. My teeth feel incredible. Dr. Schumacher came to check that everything looked good, made sure to ask if I had any questions and confirmed the opinions that Taylor had already determined. Still sitting in the chair I was able to book my next appointment and headed out with a goodie bag. I will be recommending her to my coworkers and friends as I was 10/10 happy with my service.

I needed a new dentist when I moved to Chicago and was recommended to Dr. Schumacher by a friend. Gina was a phenomenal hygienist and worked with great detail on my cleaning. The process Dr. Schumacher uses is much more advanced than my previous dentist, and the difference is noticeable. Dr. Schumacher made a point of coming in to talk through everything with me and inspect the work, and was much more thorough than I am used to. All in all, I am completely satisfied with my new dental home in Chicago and would strongly recommend coming in for a visit!

I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Schumacher’s practice (7 years).  Dr. Schumacher and her team are always kind, knowledgeable and eager to help address any questions/concerns I have.  The entire office does a phenomenal job wearing masks 100% of the time with appropriate measures for patients to be spatially distanced.  I fully intend on continuing as a long time patient.  Thank you for everything the team does to help ensure best dental practices alongside general health and wellbeing.

Dr. Schumacher’s office is great! I am new to Chicago and was nervous about finding a dentist that I liked as much as the one I had been seeing for the past two decades back in my hometown. Dr. S is very easy to talk to and the technology in her office is impressive. I will continue to see her (especially because she’s a 10 minute walk from my work location!)

Trying hard to head off some possible future (dental) issues, Dr. Schumacher cut to the chase and gave me some direction. Now at least I know what my options are and I get to get started! Always appreciate her warmth and professionalism and she DOES hire good staff! Also, her relationships with others in the industry (shout out to Dr. Gadia) makes it possible to attack things from the best possible direction.
