Over the moon happy! First impression walking in is that everything is clean and well organized. I love the diversity of employees. It is evident everyone is happy to work there. The team cohesiveness is super cool. Everyone is so kind. I first went in about a month ago with a dental emergency. My regular dentist was no longer in practice at my place (no one even notified me) Between COVID and my insurance finding a place to get me in was so difficult. Everyone told me it was going to cost an arm, a leg, and was going to be weeks to get in. Dr Willardson squeezed me in the next day. He was super attentive to my needs, was incredibly compassionate, kind, caring, understanding, and happily fixed me up at an affordable rate. He did a great job making sure I was at ease and explained everything really well. I was so impressed that I moved all of my stuff over to his office. I went in today for my hygiene appointment. I am so thankful to have found a new dentist that I honestly feel cares enough to invest in getting to know me as a person and my oral health. It wasn’t just about cranking me in and out for the $

I met Dr Willardson at my first appointment yesterday for a teeth cleaning. I was extremely impressed. He had a friendly manner than instantly put me at ease and it made me feel comfortable. In discussing my X-ray and concerns. I explained about a crown I had received from a previous dentist. It was not done correctly and I had a appointment the following day for it to be replaced. I was nervous and he walked me through what to expect of the replacement process. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Getting a crown in the first place isn’t a pleasant experience but having to get it removed because it wasn’t done correctly and redone was something I was dreading. I decided at that appointment that even if I had to pay for it out of pocket, I didn’t want to run the risk of another shoddy job so I canceled that appointment and scheduled with Dr Willardson to get it done right. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The office area was clean and I felt Covid safe. I would highly recommend Dr Willardson!

My mom is elderly. She had an infection and this place is so amazing walk ins are difficult. The receptionist had told us there was no way to see her today. I was persistent as infections in older people can be fatal……she understood and made a special appointment for my mother. This dentist and his staff were so gentle w my mom. The dental assistant knew my mom by first name and named off several of her brothers and sisters. I was upset and bothered and left happy and w a smile. I will be changing dentist immediately.

From my understanding, this office has since switched hands from Dr. Sickels. I wasn’t familiar with him, but bring it up to possibly help with some of the confusion on some of the other reviews… Anyway. I found an ad for an offer on Facebook for this office. I did no research or anything prior to scheduling. It was a really good offer and I desperately needed work done so to me it didn’t matter who did it, I just saw something cheap and I went for it lol. I am so glad I found this office. The entire staff is nothing but amazing! Within the last few months, I’ve had to have four wisdom teeth removed, cavities filled/refilled (my previous dentist stunk), and a massive descale since I hadn’t been in for a cleaning in who knows how long. I’ve always had anxiety when it came to the dentist (…my previous dentist stunk). But these guys were super gentle and calming through all of my anxiety fueled procedures. We don’t get to talk much, but they’ve remembered everything about me, even during short personal conversation. My kiddo also had his first trip to the dentist here and had a great experience!

Veryy good with letting you know what’s going on. Love the environment vibes. They are comforting. Great at assuring you will be okay! I have bad anxiety and she stopped when I wasn’t comfortable. They didn’t dig or hurt while working. 100% would recommend. I wish I would have know about this place two years ago would have saved me a lot of pain and PTSD from other bad dentist.

First impression walking in 4 months ago is wow! Very clean and I love the soft music playing. I was given an appointment very quickly by simply messaging ! Dr Willardson took the time to explain everything in detail and was attentive to my needs (dental anxiety). He did a great job making sure I was at ease and explained everything really well. I went in today and had the pleasure of meeting Dr Shaw. Of course I was a little leery because I had already had Dr. Willardson and had built a rapport with him, but Dr. Shaw is just as amazing and compassionate. I was grateful that he took the time to prepare a treatment plan that would help me maximize my benefits and also help with my out-of-pocket costs!
I am so thankful to both dentists and they’re amazing dental hygienists because they made sure that I was comfortable and well aware of what was going to take place before proceeding with my procedures. They honestly care enough to invest in getting to know their patients. It wasn’t just about the $$. And now all of my family members have been in for dental hygiene. Cottonwood Dental is unique to other dental practices. I’ve never been so impressed in all my life with the professionalism yet humbleness of the doctor and staff! They sincerely have the families best interest at heart and do everything in their power to make sure you’re taken care of. I love how they are a top notch dental practice yet accept my United Healthcare Medicaid insurance too. What a blessing to find them. They are also unique because they see Adults, Children and do special procedures like dental implants and an in depth Dental evaluation. They care about the whole person not just one part. They care about families, not ripping people off to make a profit. Unlike my old dentist (Boynton Family Dental), the staff went through and explained how the insurance was going to pay and what my payment would be.
