Let me say up front: at the time of this review, I am not reclined in a dental chair looking up at a blinding light with scrapers and other dental equipment being used as, uh, “encouragement” to write this from my phone – I am submitting this of my own free will. I have lived through 5 decades in NY, NJ, 2 cities on either ends of PA and in numerous areas of Massachusetts – with as many dentists, and I have to say Dr. Knapik is the best dentist I have had by far. Of course, every time you meet a new dentist, one is always a bit apprehensive: Did I brush enough? Floss enough? Cut out sugar enough? You sit in the chair, with a paper bib on, waiting for a masked mad scientist, pulling on gloves until you hear them snap tight, coming out from behind a wall wearing extendable/retractable focusing eyepieces all while they say, “Now open wide” followed by a maniacal “mwuahahahaha.” Yeah, well, that didn’t happen. After a friendly ushering by her assistant to your reserved seating with a view, for me it was Angie, Dr. Knapik comes out to you to say hello and right from the start 1 thing is very clear, she has one goal, to do what is best for the patient. During my first appointment, one of the first things she asked me, “What do you want from your teeth?” Knowing my family history I said, “I want to keep them.” Without hesitation she replied, “Ok, good. That’s what we’ll do.” She then told me what I needed to do to make that happen. She is willing to work with her patients to keep them on track for what they want for their dental needs. Appointments are scheduled so that you have time to question or bring up any concerns – and maybe chat a bit. She is willing to take the time to answer your questions and will explain all you need to know in a way that you understand a procedure or what is needed for your oral health care. And isn’t that what you want in a dentist, someone who knows exactly what is needed and is confident knowing how to proceed to achieve it, all with your best interest in mind? Since I have had a few appointments this year already, I know the background music can be anything from Disney tunes to 80’s, 90’s, Country music or any such playlist that soothes you and takes your mind off all the pain she is about inflict- um. To Dr. Knapik’s credit, she is not one of those dentists who, in the middle of probing your teeth and gums, while the saliva vacuum sucks on your tongue, asks you a question so that you feel compelled to reply in a way that is bound to come out as, “Glap boop bleque. Nop, frouph doon.” Don’t even try, because if you do, she will be very bluntly tell you, “Wait. I can’t understand you.” And isn’t that what you want from a dentist, to be upfront and honest? Besides all the great work that goes on beyond the waiting room, how can you go wrong with the new Quote Board, containing such pearls as: I brush, therefore I am. To floss or not to floss, that is the question. And my personal favorite 2 quote mashup from Gertrude Stein and William Shakespeare: A cavity is a cavity is a cavity… – …by any other name, is still a cavity. (Brilliant!) Not to mention, while some dentists may make reference to the Tooth Fairy, sitting in this waiting room is the Tooth Chairy, that quietly greets you when you walk in. Congratulations! You made it this far and I have said a mouthful, but thanks to Dr. Knapik, it’s a healthy mouthful. All seriousness aside, Dr. Knapik is welcoming, receives you with a smile, is personable, has a great sense of humor and, most importantly, wants you to have the most comfortable experience in her workspace, as she is grateful to have you as a patient – all while, she, and her staff, use the best resources available to provide you with the finest dental care for your needs. When you venture in, her practice is bright, open, cheery and professional. It is a true reflection of the person who works within. And isn’t THAT what you want from a dentist? To sum up: Why are you still reading this? Make an appointment!

I made an appointment with Facilitated Healing Center just recently. I was having problems with pain in my legs and my left arm. I was impressed by how the rooms were setup and how professionally they conducted the interview. But most of all, was the massage I received during my session. They asked important questions during the massage and calmed down my tensions throughout. I was so glad I choose this facility for massage treatment and I have passed the word to my friends and family, suggesting them to visit Facilitated Healing Center for massage therapy.

Dr. Knapik is a wonderful, caring, and competent dentist. We agree with the virtues expressed by others and would like to add an experience that blew our minds. After my wife had surgery necessitating the cancellation of an appointment we were floored by receipt of large bouquet of flowers with well wishes from Dr. Knapik. Wow! That is who she is: a warm, caring person in addition to being an obviously competent dentist. Highly recommended to one and all.

If I could give six stars I would. Not only do you feel warm and comfortable when you walk into her office. Courtney knows her patients and follows up on life events. You can tell she loves what she does. She was always encouraging and uplifting. Thank you for always providing a positive and happy experience!

Dr. Knapik is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. She makes me feel comfortable getting cleanings and all that jazz. I highly recommend her. She’s professional and very cute! You can’t and won’t go wrong with her. She cares about her patients way more than other dental places. I love my dentist and I’m sure you’ll be saying the same if you have Dr. Knapik as your dentist.

Just had my semi-annual dental appointment today. They just reopened after pandemic. It looks like they are very exciting to meet patients. I enjoyed the whole time with Dr. Knapik and Angie, talked about family and life while got my teeth checked and cleaned. It felt very comfortable when sitting in the chair and they told me they just renovated the room and all equipments were new! A great place to recommend if you live close to quincy.

Came highly recommended so we travelled the distance from western MA. She was extremely accommodating to my husbands urgent dental needs. He is highly anxious with any dental procedures but with her exceptionally friendly and caring personality it allowed him to feel at ease. We’ve now transferred the entire families care over! Thank you!!!

Dr. Knapik and her staff are awesome! They care about me as a patient, but more importantly, as a person. The office has been completely updated recently. Additionally, the office has implemented strict policies regarding COVID-19 and both the policies and cleaning procedures make me feel safe getting my teeth cleaned. If you’re looking for a dentist, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Knapik!

Dr. Knapik is wise beyond her years, both intellectually and with her skills. I hate going to the dentist because I never feel like they do a great job, and it hurts. But Dr. Knapik explains everything she’s doing in a way you can understand, and is gentle and effective at what she does. Since I’ve been seeing her, I feel more confident about my teeth and dental health. I highly highly recommend her!!

What can I say about Dr. Knapik? She is amazing !! I’ve never liked the dentist, but she has made all my visits the most enjoyable experience. She has a hands on friendly approach on patient care and treatment. I would recommend her office to everyone I know! She’s amazing with an emmaculate office and staff!

Courtney is amazing!! I have been seeing her for a number of years at her old practice, and she makes me like going to the dentist. Honestly, if my insurance would cover 4 cleanings a year, I would go just to see her. She is a wonderful dentist and a wonderful person and a joy to be around. You really can’t find anyone better. Case in point: I am chasing her to her new practice. HIGHLY recommend!

Had a great appointment at Dr Kanpik’s, she was very gentle and immaculate in her work, made me feel at ease throughout my long appointment and even laughing at times. Angie ( her assistant) was very gentle as well taking my xrays, since I tend to gag lol not a fun feeling. They really seem to love their jobs and it is a fun environment to be in. I highly recommend her !!!
