This is the BEST dental office in the Treasure Valley! We are so thankful that a friend told us about Signature Dental 7 years ago. Dr. Kooyman and the staff always make my family feel very comfortable. My son has sensory issues, but you would never know it observing him getting a filling or a tooth pulled by Dr. Kooyman. They are so good with him. He enjoys getting his teeth cleaned and is bummed when he is told he has to wait 6 months to come back in and see them. I highly recommend Signature dental to all families.

I have NEVER in my life been to a better dentist—and I am 62. Dr. Kooyman makes you feel relaxed and he’s very gentle. The whole staff is amazing! I broke an old old crown and was leaving for an emergency trip this weekend. They got me in on the same day to my amazement. I didn’t know WHAT I was going to do! My temp crown feels great and I have peace of mind so I can go on my trip without worry. Thank you Signature Dental! Most highly recommended!

Amazing staff! Dental hygienist Karisa was amazing!!! I also took my almost 2 year old in for her first visit (first time ever not going to a specialized pediatric dentist-mom of 5). It was an amazing experience for her and she actually laid in the chair for the whole exam. All the staff was great professional, it was the first time I didn’t feel like I was going to a mechanic and being talked into repairs.

My wife had dental implants and both upper and lower full permanent dentures put in and is very happy with the result and care given. They use state-of-art technology that produces and much higher quality product. I’ve had two re-crowns done there and Dr. Kooyman and his staff very professional, friendly and they do great work. Dr. Kooyman has been my dentist for almost 7 years, the amount of time I have lived in this area, and I would rate him as one of the best dentists I ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable about the latest techniques, and applies them always when necessary. He’s patient, courteous, and friendly. Most importantly, he is honest, and would not attempt to perform a procedure just to do so. I do and would recommend him to any and all new and/or other patients looking for an extremely good dentist.

I just had the best experience having my teeth cleaned. Karynn was very thorough and I can tell she is a perfectionist when it comes to her job. But what I really liked was the fact that she asked me questions to really understand everything about what my current routine is and where I could improve. she even went so far as to find out how I felt about some of the chemicals on the market for mouth wash and other treatments. She described the equipment they use there and why it is so nice to have state of the art tools in the office for patients. I really felt I was getting the best possible treatment. At the end of the appointment she and Dr. Kooyman came up with a great plan for me to really keep on top of my dental health. I was very impressed with the visit. I will recommend Signature dental in the future.

This dentist and all his staff are amazing, professional and you can tell, they really care about you as a person! Their prices are the best around too! I have needed an implant for 3 years, but could not afford the quotes I received at many other dentists around Boise. I did not want to sacrifice quality so I worried that I needed to spend more “to get better” care; then I found Signature Dental. Amazingly priced and totally painless, I had my implant procedure and it has been a cake walk experience. I was terrified of the procedure but the dental assistant, Cassy, totally took care of me, she understood and helped make the experience a total breeze. The rest of the staff are also very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Then there is the Dentist, who was the best dentist EVER. He is skilled, confident, caring, calm and really “down to earth.” He really cares and is very, very skilled, a totally painless dentist. Love them all! If you are looking for a dentist or even just an implant, you must try this office before you go anywhere else.

Dr. Kooyman and staff are a great bunch of people. I’ve been going there many years, as well as my kids, and we have been well taken care of for our dental needs. My youngest had to had some teeth pulled to make room before getting braces. Dr. Kooyman was very gentle with him, explaining in great detail the difference between pain and pressure and really put my boy at ease. Their office is friendly and I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Yesterday was my first visit to Signature Dental. I had a broken molar and was able to get in pretty quickly with time allotted for the repair. I had a great experience – the staff was so pleasant. Dr. Kooyman is very professional and dilligent. I like that this is a no frills dental office. I agree that the atmosphere is calming, and I feel like it is up to me what work I can afford to have done or not. There is no pushiness.
