So far the best dental experience I ever had. Everyone there were so caring and I love it how gracefully they treat their patients. Trust me guys, when it comes to teeth I’m always so nervous about it. I went there for my deep cleaning. I was already so nervous when my hygienist mentioned about the shots I was about to get for the deep cleaning. I was literally shivering and crying. But they so care about their patients and if they are comfortable  about it or not. They consoled me in such a good way like how parents console their child. I didn’t even feel the shot. It was so much easy for me and I was so comfortable with the cleaning. I was really happy with my visit. Hands down guys, they are the best ones in raleigh. You won’t regret, TRUST ME!

This is the best dentistry! I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and they have been great. I neglected to go to the dentist for 3+ years because of my fear and that has all changed. Very patient focused and they communicate so well as they are doing everything, even the routine preventative work. Also, the facility is so nice and welcoming, including TVs on the ceiling. They also take Covid-19 seriously and have a great screening process.

I moved to the Triangle last year and was super sad about having to find a new dentist because my dentist in Mississippi was so awesome. I initially tried a dental office near Whole Foods on Wade and they told me I had seven cavities even though six months earlier my dentist in Mississippi told me I had zero.  Needless to say, I did not return to this practice on Wade Ave. I put off finding a new dentist until this week, and found the option closest to me: Crabtree Valley Dental. They surpassed my expectations! Registering as a new patient was incredibly easy and professional. The staff was kind and made a point to shake my hand when they met me. At no point did I feel like another file they file away for insurance purposes, but they consistently made me feel like a human that should be cared for and they even explained everything to me as if I wasn’t too dumb to understand “dental speak.” They even have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want while getting your teeth cleaned! They were also very thorough explaining to me cost options of x-rays and other treatment. I am so happy to have found them in the Triangle and I can’t recommend them enough!

wow, who would of thought i would ever enjoy going to a dentist?  the staff is great, very friendly and the quality of dentistry from the doctors is great. they are very specific about laying out your dental plan and what is covered and what isn’t. There is virtually no wait when you get there on time and are waiting to be taken back for your appointment. Highly recommend for anyone needing dental work. very happy

I have had the best experience ever since I switched to Crabtree Valley Dental. The waiting area is what you come to first and that is most inviting. Very friendly and very professional Staff. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist and I have some horrible nightmare stories to explain why. I had a very bad experience at my previous dentist so the search for a new dentist began. I drove past Crabtree Valley Dental every day and I always wondered if they were more expensive due to the fact their building is beautiful! I was beyond nervous but I scheduled my first appointment and from the very first phone call I was greeted by a friendly voice. When I showed up for my first appointment the experience literally took my breathe away. As I walked in my name was on a chalk board welcoming me to their office. They then took the time to give me a tour, introduce me to the staff, and gave me a bag full of goodies. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Dr. Matthew Wirick is one of kind. I have never met a more compassionate, detail oriented, caring Dentist. He took the time to get to know me and he has shared his own personal stories with me. Every time I visit the conversation picks back up where we left off. When he works on my teeth I would confidently say he makes decisions as if it were his own teeth and when third party companies are involved (crowns, dentures, etc) he does not settle for anything less than perfect. I have had such an amazing experience at Crabtree Valley Dental every single time I have visited. I even referred a family member who needed new dentures and I knew that I could count on Dr. Wirick, Dr. Valentinas, and the support staff of Crabtree Valley Dental to provide a level of service and end product that left both of us in tears of joy and truly changed our lives. We cannot thank Dr. Wirick and the staff at Crabtree Valley Dental enough!!

My experience with Crabtree Valley Dental has by far been the best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot (I kid you not – I called the office because there was no parking and I wasn’t sure where to go – and the receptionist came out and MOVED her car for me so I’d have a spot), to the care from the hygienist and doctor to the billing, it was 5 stars the entire way. It was personalized (I filled out a form in the beginning on how I wanted to be communicated with and was introduced to each person individually who called me by name), it was caring (they listened to me every step of the way and patiently explained everything in detail as I had requested), it was friendly (they all remembered me each time I came back and everyone had a smile on their face to greet me) and it was professional (everyone was very intelligent, capable and helpful). Beyond just the experience, their dental work was phenomenal. For something I had been putting off for years (getting 2 veneers replaced), I am so glad I found Crabtree Valley Dental to finally get the work done. Thank you to everyone on the team there!!

I’ve called Crabtree Valley Dental my dentist for 5 years now and the office continues to impress me with their professionalism and A+ service. Their staff – receptionists, hygienists, and doctors- are always welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective from booking to walking out the door after a visit. The building has a forest cottage feel and is well maintained and comfortable. I thankfully have not needed some of their state of the art dental technologies, but know they are capable a such.  During the covid pandemic, the office has practiced reassuring safety measures including providing guidelines prior to your appt, questionnaire upon check in, temperature check, and hand sanitizer availability. The office continues to impress me and I’ll continue trusting them with my dental health.

I had what turned out to be a sinus infection so severe it was driving pain into my teeth and jaw. In 3 days I was to get on a plane to China travelling for a week. With the pain at that time there was no way I would be able to travel. The team at Crabtree made a last minute appointment for me and were able to take me in and do x-rays and evaluation that helped determine it was not a problem with my teeth. The next day i went to urgent care and got medication to help with my issue. They were very kind, helpful, and compassionate. They really helped me alot and i will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

This place feels like a spa. You get a “comfort menu” to choose from: Music, television, extra pillows, fuzzy blankets, and even gentle sedation for those of us with anxiety. Sometimes there’s even fresh cookies! The staff are friendly, warm, and thorough. I’m a very nervous patient, but my dentist is always patient and helpful. I had been avoiding dental work for more than 8 years — now, I never need to avoid it again. Thank you all so much! 🙂
