I am 72 years old. My Uncle was a dentist, my cousins are dentist, my best friend is a dentist and professor at UNC Chapel Hill. I used the same dentist in Orlando since 1984 as well as the dentist above. Not to go on or bore you, the above should qualify me to give a fair evaluation of a dentist or even more the total practice from (1) the front office (2) hygienist, and (3) Doctors in the practice. If you think this is a qualified person to give an evaluation then——–you must believe my report card regarding this practice. (1) Very qualified professional females (2) the hygienist (A++) gave the detailed and least painful cleaning procedure in 72 years (3) Dr. “PP” (partner in the practice) is incredible and what you wish had been your dentist since you were able to stop crying when Mom said you are going to the dentist. Final observation: This practice is so efficient and professional you surely expect them to give you a “jaw dropping” estimate as they are standing in the door to schedule the next payment for the Mercedes. The prices of the procedures are 100% fair and less than what you would expect from such a highly qualified and professional practice. If you read this and inclined to trust my evaluation for this practise, you better schedule today since the best experience in life is always worth waiting! God bless the “smile” practice! HTW

I’ve moved around a lot, over 20 times actually, and have had a good 20 dentist’s over the years. Have to say – the team at Creating Smiles is incredible! I feel comfortable with them and they always go out of their way to make the experience as best as possible. Even when I was gone for a few years and came back, we picked right up from where we left off like no time had passed. And whoa that infrared scan of my teeth was mind-blowing. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a friendly and highly professional dentist in St. Pete!

I had the best new patient experience from beginning to end. Lan was exceptional in helping me get booked and working around my fiancé’s busy schedule. Jesseca was highly skilled and did a great job walking me through the cleaning and understanding details of my oral health. Dr. Phane has a friendly and easy going personality and answered all my questions so easily. Lastly checking out was even wonderful. The women at the front desk are so kind and genuine.

Somehow my previous post only gave you 4 stars. This was a huge mistake as I wanted to give them 10 stars! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist in the past, but surely do now. Thanks to all for taking such good care of Steve and me. We once asked if we could bring in our dog for her dental care. Lol

After looking for a dentist almost fo a year a friend recommended me Creating Smiles Dental and let me tell you they really put a smile in my face. First Dr Phong K Phane took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with different solutions for my dental issues, then I had the pleasure of having Tiffany Feger as my hygienist, I can tell you that she is just the BEST! She was friendly, caring, kind, she treated me with such respect and professionalism but most importantly her gentle touch was a nlessing for me. I definitely have so much respect for this team, from the girls at the front desk to the professionals that take their time to help you with your dental issues. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you to all of you especially to Tiffany for such a great experience.

The customer experience from start to finish is absolutely excellent. Everyone is on the ball, proactive, professional, friendly and great at their job. Jessica was my dental hygienist and I was grateful to have help from Lan and Kyla at the front desk. Everyone went above and beyond to get me contacts I needed for services and provide the best recommendations for my requests. Can’t recommend enough!

Came to Creating Smiles Dental for my dental needs including Invisalign. The staff there along with Dr. Brayer are truly spectacular. I was not easy to work with as I moved half way through my treatment and then got sick, but they made everything work and were very helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist in the St. Petersburg area.

Fortunately I get the pleasure of working with these incredible people. Some of the most amazing and intelligent people I’ve ever met, to be honest. The teamwork and passion I’ve come to witness is unmeasurable. Before Creating Smiles, I never could’ve imagined being a contributing factor in something so powerful. I’d love to say your coming for just dental work, but in reality your joining us for so much more than that. I’m proud to say I am apart of the Creating Smiles team.
