Great office. The staff is really nice and accommodating. I have been going here for years and love the fact that my hygienist remembers my last visits and asks me questions about my personal life we shared in the past. It was hard to get used to having such friendly dental people actually engaging in conversation that really care. Mikell is super gentle with my cleanings – remembering all my little sensitive spots – and pretty meticulous. I always leave there with my teeth feeling so good! Every dentist I have seen here has a fantastic “bedside manner” and have been super thorough. I recommend Creative Smiles to all my friends and family.

Before installation of braces, I was referred to Creative Smiles for deep cleaning and cavity filling. Had a great experience going to this place for a routine cleaning and check up. Maryke the dental hygienist is the best Ive ever had. My husband and I have been going to Creative Smiles for years. Though the staff has seen some changes over the years, whether it be hygienists, assistants, front desk, or the doctor, I have always had a great experience!!! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and go way above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best dental care. I recently had a situation, where the staff left me their personal phone number to get in contact with them if I had an emergency. And the doctor offered to come in on his day off, to fix a broken crown. I honestly feel like this is not just “the dentist office” I go to, they are my friends, and they genuinely care about me. Went for my clean up here today and I love it! The office is really nice and the staff here is extremely friendly! As soon as I walked into the doors I felt very welcomed. The hygienist was very gentle and was very thorough. The dentist was great! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained a few things while looking at my X-rays to me in a way I could understand. I didn’t get this kind of excellent customer service at the last place I had gone to so it was nice to know how my teeth were, and of course they were good! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family for all their dental needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome experience here. I moved here recently from CA and found this great office. The staff are all great, the hygienist best I’ve ever had. My husband and I have been going to Creative Smiles since we moved to AZ in 2004. When Dr. Rick purchased the practice, it was a seamless transition. Dr. Rick and his team genuinely care about the health of their patients and always take time to learn what is new since the previous 6 month visit. The professional, fun environment keeps us coming back twice a year! The facilities are top notch and the extras are unbelievable – warm blankets and face towels, television and movies with noise cancellation head sets for those long procedures, paraffin wax hand treatment, retainer and ring cleaning – just to name a few. We have had excellent experiences from regular dental cleaning to cavities and crowns. We can’t say enough about how happy we are with Dr. Rick and the Creative Smiles Team (a special shout out to Sonia, our hygienist – you are the best)!!!

Our family has been going to creative smiles for over a decade now and as someone who suffers from extreme fear of Dentist and I mean extreme, I can tell you from my experience I have never found a more caring Dentist DR staff then here. This dental office is awesome! We recently moved from California where our family dentist treated our entire family for several years. I’m very picky because I had some pretty terrifying childhood experiences with dentistry back in Russia (old equipment, rude and frustrated dentists etc. It was not their fault. It was a tough time back then). When I called Creative Smiles, I had a cosmetic dental emergency (these are the worst in my opinion, especially if you are a bit vain like me 🙂 IT was easy to schedule an appointment and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The office is very nice and updated. I did not have to wait a long time, and the doctor was professional and on point. The pricing is great, and they didn’t try to sell me on bunch of services, as I have experienced with some dental offices in the past. I will definitely be back.

This whole office is great, the receptionist Linda couldn’t have took better care of me and my needs. As well as the assistants and dr. I have a hard time breathing when getting work done on my mouth and they made sure to give me plenty of breaks as needed and felt no need to rush me. Also I have a crazy work schedule and they made sure to get me in and out in a timely manner as well as asking what time I had to work so they could get me out in time. Over all 10/10 love this place

I have been a patient at Creative Smiles since the practice opened in 2004 and have been loyal to Dr. Rick and his team for many reasons. Firstly, his hygenist Mykell has been there for all 11 years and helps make the twice a year visit pleasant, painless and easy. The staff is always very professional and helpful. I had my complete Invisalign treatment done with Creative Smiles as well as chip repairs, fillings, and whitening, and all with fantastic results. There is a reason why there is no turnover in the staff at Creative Smiles. Everyone is happy to be working together and you get a sense of professionalism and service which is rarely seen. All of my family are patients as well as many of my friends. I will be a patient of Creative Smiles for many years to come!

Our family has been seeing Dr. Rick and his team for approximately 8 years. I really like the fact that we can take our 8 year old son to the same practice and he receives the same excellent care. Dr. Rick loves kids and I would highly recommend that anyone considering a new dentist take the whole family. All the staff, from the front office to the clinical staff, is professional, very competent and extremely friendly. Our visits ever 6 months always feels like a visit with friends. My son has never complained about going to see Dr. Rick and the ladies, he knows that he won’t experience any pain while he is there.

Unfortunately as a young child I had several fillings that later required crowns. One finally required replacement. A few days after the replacement crown was installed by Dr. Rogowski I said to my wife “I’ve had several crowns, but the one just done by Dr. Rogowski is the best experience I ‘ve ever had. It fits perfectly. He is truly a technician of the highest degree.” That was my experience!
