I’ve never had a bad experience with the professionals who make up that dental group known as Creative Smiles — not one. They take their jobs very seriously; but the atmosphere they create is anything but. Everyone always has a big smile, and is friendly and caring. They take an interest in you as a person, which means they know you well enough to treat you properly and help with whatever dental issues might be affecting your life. Just a terrific practice.

I was reading old posts today before I started my own. And I would like everyone to give this place another chance!! New Practice owner Dr Cook is “Awesome”!!! Young and ready to take care of any of your dental needs with “NO PRESSURE” what so ever!! Went in for a cleaning luckily everything looked good!! Asked me if I had any concerns if I didn’t he would see me at my next cleaning. If I had any concerns later to give him a call anytime. Dr Cook along with his staff are so laid back and very personable and make you feel very comfortable. You feel like you’re in good hands. Because I hate going to the dentist and they made my experience so much different than I was anticipating!! It all starts when you walk in the door and greeted so nicely by the people at the front desk, (which I can’t remember all their names) So sorry..til you walk out the door. This whole practice just loves what they do and it shows!! Can’t wait for another cleaning!! It was that good

I am so grateful to have Creative Smiles as my dental team. They are very kind and truly get to know you as an individual- not just as a patient sitting in the chair. The team is always consistent and you have appointments that are timely and professional. I have not had to wait in the waiting room and follow-up appointments are scheduled within a week or two vs months away. The new technology has been helpful to understand my dental needs which I appreciate!! In terms of the dental care- they are gentle and thorough with everything they do from teeth cleaning, cavity fillings, and more. I highly recommend Creative Smiles as your new dentist!

This was THE BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff from check in to out was amazing. So caring, friendly and very informative! I had a sensitivity issue and my hygienist was so sweet and so careful to not irritate the area! The dr. Was so informative and gave me a ton of options and recommendations. His assistant was great! Friendly! Funny! This was a great experience and I will be sure to recommend you guys in the future!

I originally went to Creative Smiles because of a Groupon deal–I’ve chosen to make CS my permanent place to receive dental care. The entire office is very clean and modern. They have wi-Fi and a Keurig machine for coffee or tea while waiting. Every, single person is so nice, friendly and warm. Great customer service. I’ve learned so much about dental health and I thought I knew the basics! They really take the time to answer your questions and show you how to improve your oral health techniques. They are ON TIME with their appointments. I had a dental filling & from the time I checked in, completed the process, paid and walked out of the door, it was exactly 30 minutes. Perfect, since I had to get back to work. The first time I did have to wait a while after my cleaning to see the dentist, but to my surprise, they gave me a gift card for waiting! So kind and thoughtful. They send you text messages or you can receive a phone call to remind you of your appointment. (Make sure you call at least 2 days in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule.) I was deciding between CS & another place and I don’t want to think about what would’ve happened if I never found this gem. 🙂

Had a lovely experience at Creative Smiles. Friendly staff that values service and high quality of care. In particular, I valued the staff’s focus on explaining WHY they were doing WHAT they were doing. They answered all of my questions well & weren’t quick to recommend unnecessary services/treatments. I really appreciated their care. & would highly recommend.

I can honestly say this place provides the best dental care I’ve ever experienced. AND it’s obvious that the staff enjoys what they do, and treats each other like family. This place is perfect if you’ve got dental anxiety, if you’re looking for dentistry with the latest tech, and just wanting to take charge of your dental health.

The hygenists, doctors, and receptionists at Creative Smiles are thorough, knowledgeable, and super helpful (as well as extremely modern in the tech/equipment department). I normally hate going to the dentist, but the staff here really make the whole experience an easy and relaxed one! When I first came to see them, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was a bit anxious, but they took all the worry from my visit. Highly recommended!

Just had my first exam, x-ray, and cleaning at Creative Smiles. The entire staff is super nice and helpful, the exams and cleaning are really thorough in a good way, and they seemed to be up to date with technology and procedures. But let’s talk about going above and beyond, all I had on me was a $20 for the bus and they don’t give you change back so a $3.50 ride would have cost me $20. They weren’t able to break the $20, even after Lindsay went around and asked the staff, but instead they gave me $2 to cover my bus fare. You won’t find that kind of generosity in many places. In addition to that, after the exam and cleaning they review your treatment plan with you and offer options to help reduce the cost of procedures you may need done. 5 stars across the board. This was my first Yelp review rightfully so as I haven’t had service like this that has warranted a good Yelp review.

You can definitely tell that the staff loves their jobs and their patients.  The staff make sure that you are comfortable in all aspects, they explain your treatment if needed and make sure you have a clear understanding of what it is and why it is needed.  Recommend this office highly!

Everyone at Creative Smiles is very helpful, kind, and courteous throughout each appointment. They are willing to converse with you about potential options and make you feel as comfortable as they can when entering a Dentist’s office. Additionally, they take the time to answer any questions that you may have. I would recommend Creative Smiles to anyone looking for a Dentist’s office!

After coming here originally with a groupon back a few years I decided to make Creative Smile my regular dentist. The staff is very friendly and professional and they take their time to go through every little thing in detail. If you ask questions they help you better understand it. I highly recommend them as your regular dentist group.

My experiences with Creative Smiles are always pleasant. Staff is professional and friendly. When my dentist comes in to review the cleaning and get any new information from the hygienist, she always explains what was found and if there is something to watch out for, she lets me know it and only recommends further treatment if necessary. This time around, I do need to have a couple of fillings repaired. So, I will return in a couple of weeks and have the work done

I purchased a Groupon for Creative Smiles never knowing that I would have such a great experience at a dentist.  Every single person here went above and beyond to make me feel  welcomed and  I am so glad to have purchased that Groupon as now I have a forever dentist!  They are an honest practice that I feel is focused on their clients.  I had a scheduled appointment in March but was experiencing some tooth pain and called first thing in the morning and they got me right in a few hours later no questions asked.   Not only did they treat my issue but did not charge me for any additional costs as they said they did not want me to be in pain and the Groupon cost would cover it.  They called me the next day to check up on me and I cannot wait to go back and see everyone in March.  My fiancé is also changing his dentist to Creative Smiles and I would highly recommend  them to anyone looking for a dentist practice that is honest and genuinely cares about their patients and not over pricing and charging unnecessary costs.  Thank you so much to the whole entire staff!
