My daughter and I started going to Dr. Jim Muff about a year and a half ago.  We love this place!  He, his hygienist, office staff, everyone is so friendly.  The prices are very reasonable too.  My 19 yr old daughter got her teeth cleaned this week and went on and on about how nice they were and how pretty her teeth looked.  This is someone I had to drag to the dentist 2 years ago.  So glad we are patients of this office.

I had the most wonderful experience at Willow Creek Dentistry recently. The dentist was amazing and gentle. The staff went above and beyond what they needed too. I could not find anyone to watch my 2 year old so I needed to bring him with me. The receptionist Tana read books and colored with him while I had my cleaning. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Very, very kind and comforting office.

I had been neglecting my teeth for 2 years! They started to hurt & I called today as a new patient to see when I could get in. Expecting it to be in 2021…I actually ended up getting an appointment in 3 weeks but got a call today. He squeezed me in at the end of his day. Great receptionist, dental tech & Dentist! The tree outside my room was even decorated with ornaments. 5 stars

Very impressed with both doctors and all the staff.  Professional and so nice and friendly.  Location was close to home and beautiful office.  Took our 3 boys and it was a great experience for our kids.  I even felt comfortable leaving one kid behind for 20 min while he was getting his teeth cleaned, to get the others to school on time!  I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend going in and be seen by dr. Muff, it’s a great place, nice people as soon as you walk in, assistants are all very nice and try to make your experience the best as possible. Dr. Muff is a very nice guy he knows exactly what he’s doing and tries to do his job the best way possible making you feel comfortable. The work he has done on me has been perfect and I haven’t had any problems with my teeth since I saw him. Best dentist I’ve been to without a doubt.

The BEST DR. In the world!!! Dr. Muff stayed after closing time with his staff to help my niece who had fallen and broke her front teeth after having a seizure. She was having pain and was very scared. He and his staff made her feel very comfortable and safe. He fixed her teeth so she could eat again. What a wonderful man. This Dr is what all Dr’s should be like! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a kind , Intelligent Dr. you are amazing!! Thank You so much …

I am in awe over this dentist office. From past experience I started to have a high anxiety in going to offices so I haven’t gone to a dentist in years. But when reading over their website and seeing their paper work on how they handle patients with anxiety, I decided to give it a try. The staff is very kind, organized, and with COVID they take all the precautions from fever check at the door, mask on when not on the chair, sanitized everything. They work with your anxiety, actually listen and explain what they are doing. Its comforting. They also help with payments and offer care credit. I don’t have much anxiety going here now and its amazing. Thank you guys!

Love Willow Creek Dentistry! Doctors and staff are amazing! I recently had braces put on to correct some mild crowding and need to replace some veneers on my front teeth. Dr. Jim Muff has been very involved in my orthodontic treatment and I cannot wait for the end result! If you want quality dentistry and attention to detail, this is the office to be at!

I can’t say enough good things about Willow Creek Dentistry! I broke a filling on Sunday and was able to get an appointment to have it repaired within 2 days! I used to require sedation for even the most minor dental procedure but today, while laying comfortably in the chair, I realized that my dental anxieties have completely disappeared! I never thought I’d look at a trip to the dentist as “no big deal” but I guess I just had to find the right dentist! It’s so nice to be relaxed and able to smile and interact with your dentist instead of laying there with your toes curled, fingernails digging into your palm while you sweat bullets, waiting for the next bolt of pain to shoot through your spine! Dr. Muff and his wonderful staff go out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and well-informed about everything that’s happening in my mouth. He is gentle and patient and doesn’t rush through the procedure before the anesthetic has had time to have an affect. He did a fantastic job on my tooth and other than some lingering numbness, you can’t even see where the tooth stops and the filling begins! The price was more than reasonable (under $300) and they even give discounts if you pay right away. Willow Creek also donated a tremendous amount of dental hygiene supplies to help the displaced victims of the recent Valley fire in Lake County. With nearly 1,300 homes destroyed and thousands of people evacuated, things like toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss become that much more appreciated. The generosity of Drs. Muff and staff helped ensure that people could continue with at least part of their daily routine – like brushing their teeth! I’m very happy that Dr. Muff is my dentist and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who needs quality dental care at a reasonable price! I can say without exaggeration that Dr. Jim Muff is the best dentist I’ve ever had!

After I chipped a filling on Thanksgiving, I knew I needed an appointment at a dentist right away. Dr. Muff was able to see me immediately. He fixed me up in no time. He was very concerned about any discomfort he caused while working on my mouth and made sure I was comfortable. I will be taking my whole family back! Great dentist!

I am a recent transplant to Chico, and finally got around to finding a new dentist here. I’ve had some less than stellar experiences with dentists in the past, so I’m usually not in a rush to find people to poke around inside my mouth. My sister-in-law recommended Willow Creek, and I went in for my first appointment (a cleaning) with them yesterday. For the first time maybe ever, I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to my next cleaning in sixth months. Willow Creek has fantastic customer service! As others have pointed out, the entire staff from the front desk, to the assistants, to the dentists are kind, caring and great and what they do. As a patient, I appreciated the use of technology as an aid to outline the course of action. They also provide a very clear and concise treatment plan which is helpful for deciding what and when you may want to do down the road. Thank you Willow Creek and keep up the great work!
